Excellent location just on the lake. Parking is very comfortable on the hotel's premises. The staff was exceptionally helpful and nice. Good breakfast too.

Quaint family friendly hotel with panoramic views of Lake Iseo.

Lovely comfortable hotel with amazing views over the lake. Spacious rooms, although our bathroom needed an upgrade. Pool with sun beds is gorgeous-again with great views! Food is delicious, carefully prepared and beautifully served. We had lunch there on the sunny terrace with our guests & the staff prepared little extras that were not on the menu! The staff were always attentive and helpful-in fact when we arrived at the train station, looking for a taxi to the hotel, one of their staff collected us & our luggage and did the same when we left! Fantastic service!

Simply STUNNING.

Right on the shore of the lake, enveloped with lovely gardens. Beautifully set out. Lovely design throughout. Rooms and bedding smelled wonderful. Comfy bed and linen. Pets welcome. Food....WOW!!!!! So.ething special. Staff really helpful.

The perfect stay at Lago d’Iseo

We originally planned to stay for one night, but ended up staying four nights. Villa Kinzica is a charming, country house-like hotel right by Lago d’Iseo, perfectly located for short walks and long hikes in the mountains. Our spaceous well-equipped room was the perfect hideaway for a few amazing days. Staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good and the hotel just has a lovely, cozy vibe. We’ll be back!

WiFi was a bit spotty in our room. Not many healthy options at breakfast (but the cakes were amazing!)

Best place to stay to see the Iseo Lake

Everything from facilities, sevices, and to the location. Particularly, all staffs were helping us at the best to have my wife in peaceful state as she was at her beginning stage of her pregnancy, including changing the room to the ground floor right next to the lobby so she didn't have to walk up and down. The breakfast was fabulous, where you can make a 100% pure-squeezed orange juice. The great view of Lago di Iseo appears at the moment you come out of the front door of the hotel. If you have car, I strongly recommend this place.

We enjoyed it because of staff and breakfast but it barely met our expectations.

The staff and breakfast was great and the room comfortable but with a smelly bathroom.

The resaurant has a very odd menu. So heavily oriented to shellfish and tuna most 'normal' dishes are squeezed out. The claim of a private beach is VERY optimistic. A gate to a few pebbles and a jetty that fell to bits perhaps 20 years ago. The loo was smelly as I said above.

This is by far one of the best hotels I ever stayed in. Very friendly staff, excellent food, great atmosphere and a stunning view. Very nice pool and for the price you can't expect more.

Good location, just needs a refresh in the bedrooms

Excellent location, good car parking

Shower did not have a curtain or screen so the entire bathroom became wet when anyone used the shower. There was no hook for the shower head so you had to hold it above your head to use it, which was awkward when trying to wash yourself at the same time.
