A beautiful and relaxing location and accomodation. Free parking on site. Restaurant had very nice meals and wine. Breakfast was very good and a big selection. Views were so pretty with snow on the mountain tops and lake Iseo near by.

What a wonderful setting on the countryside

Very nice and quiet place on the countryside and close to lake Iseo (10 minutes by car). Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Huge parking, great restaurant, friendly and helpful staff and wonderful terrasse for breakfast.

Rooms would benefit from a refreshment. Waiters kept forgetting what you ordered. Breakfast tables used to remain « as-is « for very, very long minutes after the customers left.

Very good buffet breakfast.

Unfortunately, there was no way we could grab a bite on the premises when we got there, so we had to drive to the nearest village. The overall impression is that our room, although very spacious and comfy, needs a little refurbishing, but all things considered, we'd love to go back for a longer stay!

Excelent option for a romantic weekend

The hotel is located 5 minutes driving from lake Iseo, which we could see from the balcony of our room. Restaurant is excelent, and the price is absolutely in line with the level of its service. Room was comfortable, very clean. Staff was very kind.

The hotel is bit old, but it is well kept and very clean. Some events were taking place during our stay, but they did not interfere at all with our experience. The shower could be better, but it's just a small detail in an overall very positive stay.

Nice stay for one night

The ambience of the hotel is really nice, quiet located, and parking is really not a problem. if you want to be in Iseo you have to go with the car. The rooms are a bit outdated, but ok.

Can't recommend the restaurant, it is not really matching with the rest of the hotel (quality, price). Inattentive, incompetent service (they told us warm white wine tastes better, on the bottle it was written recomended temperature 10-12°C), well the bottle was not in the fridge, what a low brainer.

Great Luxurious Hotel... Unsatisfactory Restaurant Service.

Great Location in the middle of Franciacorta and very close to the amazing Lake Iseo, luxurious ambience, abundant and varied breakfast, beautiful Hotel grounds, charismatic staff in the reception area and during breakfast. BUT...

We were a family of 4 people (two separate rooms) and we decided to dine at the Hotel's restaurant. 3 of us wanted to do the Tasting Menu but we were not allowed because we were told that all 4 of us needed to take the tasting menu, which we found very strange. My wife is very limited with what she can eat due to a digestive disease she has, so forcing her to take the full tasting menu would have been a waste of money and a waste of products. We expressed our disappointment to the waiter, and the type of response we got was NOT very professional, verging on arrogant. What followed afterwards was a poor service - No one was checking on our table, no one asking whether the food was to our liking etc. Simply not the Italian hospitality standard we are used to. Similar reviews on the restaurant are available on google, so this must surely be an area to look into.

Not a place to relax but for large events

Good breakfast. Nice location.

Some sort of event industry, built and managed for large groups that you can hear and experience. No relax here, we had not the cleanest room, duvet with cover was placed in the closet where usually the shoes go. Heating worked full power, no possibility to control - slept with open windows in winter, with energy crisis .. Restaurant expensive, not the best, and occupied by a loud event group.

The hotel is in a great location, the room was spacious and nice. The breakfast had lots of choice, both savoury and sweet.

The check in took quite long. Even if I already booked and paid they took a while to actually give the keys.

The place has a nice courtyard with a good restaurant for a dinner. The overall atmosphere is very cozy and exactly like a dream location of Italian vacation. The lake is a short drive away, nice wine yards surrounding the accommodation.
