Nice place to spend a night or two

Best thing was the breakfast. The room was ok, the beds were comfy and clean.

It was lacking of basic things like a kettle, bottle of water, and electric plugs to recharge our devices.

The toilette is very dated, cold (no heating), and the hairdryer was useless. overall it needs a refurbishment.

Clean hotel with basic rooms which was what we needed for our stay to attend a wedding nearby.

The hotel is dated but was clean. The continental breakfast offered is fine, we only used it to have a coffee. Staff were friendly. Room was furnished basically but it was ok for what we needed.

Wi-Fi would drop out in the evening sometimes, which was annoying when I was trying to work.

Super helpful and friendly staff, nice place close to Aquasplash, and Lago D'Iseo, which was lovely, and some good local restaurants and bars.

Breakfast could have been much better with some vegetables and higher quality drinks/food. The electric bikes we wanted to rent were too small and not well maintained, so we ended up walking instead, unfortunately. The bed was comfortable, although not proper double bed (two separate mattresses).

It's comparable to a low budget motel in the US when you're on a roadtrip

The staff was incredibly friendly and the free parking.

The room had one window which was connected to a patio to another room, so essentially no privacy unless you fenced it off with the curtains; which resulted in a pitch-dark room. The light is very aggressive and reminded me of floodlights in a stadium.

Very friendly owner, made us feel extremely welcome. Room was big, confy and very clean. Perfect to explore Franciacorta and Lago d'Iseo. Breakfast vas delicious (very Italian, meaning all sweet, no savoury options).

The bed was a bit hard, but I guess that's personal preference...

The best in hotel is worm welcome from Enzo just when you arrived you are feel someone on your holiday take care about you. Hi is amazing, please keep him 😙 Room was big and clean,breakfast very good, great location, close to lake. Next to Pizzeria with great pizza.

Più che soddisfacente.

Il mio giudizio è conseguente ad un soggiorno di una sola notte nel mese di gennaio del 2026. A distanza di un anno ritorno presso questa struttura. E’ un ottimo tre stelle, ben curato nelle varie aree di ogni locale. La posizione è strategica per poter visitare il lago d’Iseo e le zone circostanti. E’ ubicato in un’area centrale del paese, comunque molto tranquilla. Camera spaziosa, ben arredata e pulita, eccellente il materasso, adatto a chi soffre di mal di schiena. Molto ampia la doccia, munita di porta a soffietto. Ampia possibilità di posteggio gratuito di fronte alla struttura. Ottima e abbondante la colazione, sia nel salato che nel dolce. Estrema ospitalità e gentilezza del personale addetto alla reception. In conclusione: molto bene sotto ogni aspetto.

Breve ma piacevole soggiorno nel pieno della Franciacorta

L'accoglienza è stata davvero cordialissima da parte del simpaticissimo receptionist. Ci ha permesso di sistemare le biciclette con le quali viaggiavamo in un luogo sicuro e ci ha dato ottimi consigli per la cena e altre attività. Stanza comoda, dotata di tutto ciò che ci serviva, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e buona colazione, completa di salato e dolce.
