Nice hotel in great location overlooking Lake Iseo

Comfortable room with great lake views from balcony. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a lovely dinner in the restaurant and breakfast was also very good.

Lovely pool and gardens and fantastic view down to the lake. Friendly, helpful reception staff.

Hard beds. Staff at breakfast were unwelcoming, untrained and appeared overwhelmed. Despite the quality of the food being very good, the poor service detracted from the experience.

Super tranquil - hidden gem but not for thise looking for a lively break.

Amazing property - very peaceful. Staff were brilliant.

You’ll need a car for the local bars and restaurants otherwise you’ll have to eat and drink in the hotel. The food was too notch but it’s expensive. You get what you pay for.

Absolutely incredible views to the lake and every spot of hotel’s territory is well maintained and clean. Staff is really polite and friendly. Not the first time in this hotel and every stay is exceptional.

There could be a kettle in the room with some tea and coffee and a better cooling fridge.

Fantastic treat altogether, the view from the terrace and balcony over Lago d’Iseo is magical. The pool area and the breakfast - both the facilities and the food - top nodge! The staff very nice 👌

The perfect place for a relaxing holiday!

Everything was wonderful! Beautifully located on a hillside overlooking Lake Iseo, the accommodation is clean and spacious, rooms having a terrace with a lake view. Nice pool. Excellent restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Beautiful place to unwind.

The view was spectacular! Room was clean, and swimming pool was amazing with pool side service. The breakfast spread was incredible! So many options with eggs cooked fresh. Receptionist helped us to get a booking at a nearby restaurant for dinner and also booked our taxi.

No internet access or movie streaming on the TV. Channels were mostly product sales and they don’t work properly - lots of glitching. No kettle with coffee/tea available in the room (unless requested) and you have to pay for the water.

only one restaurant that is Michelin star so very expensive. you need a car. but we did so was fine for us. but not really walking distance to anywhere.
