Nice hotel, noisy town

Very clean and quiet except for the church bells in front of the hotel. Windows successfully silenced street noise. Great breakfast.

The town is composed of private villas on the hill side of the main road, and a few hotels and restaurants adjacent to the road. Nothing to do here. The road is permanently transited by noisy motorcycle gangs and sport cars without muffler. The hotel is nice, the town is boring and unbearably noisy, the exact opposite you'd expect from the location. The beauty of the lake can be admired from better points around it.

A perfect location for a holiday, whether it is relaxing on the lake or other activities like hiking

The hotel was right in this small town, a short walk from the lake. The bar and restaurant was frequented by locals and the food was very good and plentiful. We ate there four nights out of five! Everything was clean and comfortable, and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and spoke good English.

Breakfast was good, but there wasn't much variation. The church near the hotel was ringing its bells at all hours day and night and kept some of our group of hikers awake.

The rooms are clean, but they look like dorm (however maybe it's okay of a two stars hotel). Extreme noisy neighborhood. Hard to find parking place.

Great value for money - would stay again.

The room was clean and comfortable and simply furnished with the basics but had aircon, fridge, safe, hairdryer and TV (but no english speaking channels!). Our room (no.208) was one (maybe the only one) with a large rooftop terrace with views of lake and Predore town. We found the bed and bedlinen very comfortable and the room generally very quiet. Very good buffet breakfast with option of ordering eggs and bacon if you wished. Covered outside dining made it a very enjoyable experience. Over all great value for money.

Can't think of anything..... maybe lack of free parking; parking only free on the roads outside from 23.00 to 9.00 am otherwise parking was not really too expense. Also, easy to do via the 'EasyPark' app on your phone

We really enjoyed our stay at the hoyel, thanks to the warm hospitatlity by all staff.

The best thing about breakfast was the service by Cesar. Heis welcoming and lehpful attitude made our breakfast a real pleasure

It was a really good stay!

The staff is amazing! They all are nice and helpful. I have never been treated better in any hotel than here! We stayed on the second floor, so the room was old but clean. I was suprised that we have just for ourselves a huge balcony. Breakfasts were monotenues, but quite OK. It is a really good place to stay by the Iseo Lake.

Nice spot in what seems to be a non-touristy part of the lake. Basically the 'Town Pub'...😉 Locals drinking, restaurant seems good (didn't eat there). Quiet and 'locals' vibe, at least in May. Might be busier in June/July/Aug as they get into summer season? Great rooms, especially the lower floors that are renovated. Would (will!) stay again.

Parking dramas... On arrival had local parking cop pounce on us as we (briefly!) parked in spaces outside (!?). Reception sorted it out, but cop was aggressive/ persistent !?! Finally got motorbikes into difficult spot off street. Will be sorted on next stop.

Again I face the same problem, where the estimate is too high, an old room with tired furniture. Those who give such high marks have not lived in decent apartments in Italy. Booking earns money for change so be kind to create a quality control department.In order not to spoil further rest for people Breakfast consisting of four slices of cheese and four slices of ham with bread and jam and coffee is terrible.Is this what you call an amazing breakfast?With the price-quality ratio at the lower level

NOT MUCH POSITIVE TO SAY - but breakfast was nice…

STAY AWAY!!! - Awful location, very smal hotel 200 meters from lake, cramped, smal worn-down rooms, old furnityre, lots of traffic, no out-door area in +30 degrees heat, rooms far from pictures, worst service from host; would not cancel/ refund our reservation, but closed the entire hotel 1/2 a day, no beach - nothing to do in the smal city

The restaurant at the hotel was amazing, best pizza ever! The staff were lovely. Location in Predore was so close to ferry port and bus stop. Very clean room.

Very lovely small hotel. The rooms were clean and nice. The staff was friendly and breakfast good. There is a restaurant downstairs and all the dinners we had were good.

Very good and friendly service, the staff had limited english skills but worked out everything.

Heating was inconsistent: the room was very hot at times(our stay was in november-the radiators were on full blast and could not be adjusted), on the last morning our bag was attacked by ants

Very nice restaurant, Hotel-Room OK

The staff was very friendly and the food was really nice! We booked very spontaneous the day before we arrived - therefore, it was a nice stay.

The Room was a bit old and the interior was pretty ordinary and not really cozy.
