Nice hotel, but the cleaning issue needs to be checked.

The stuff was amazing, the design and overall look of the hotel is really good. The breakfast was nice, the room was spacious.

It’s not clean! I booked the hotel because of the brand name only. We were traveling with the child and I expected everything to be clean - the bedding, the towels and the window covers were covered with stains. The mirrors were dirty as well. Overall it didn’t feel clean.

Deception. Doesn’t seems Hilton

Positive things: the smell of the soap was really good and the gave you lots of towells (face, hands, etc)

The room seemed it was prepared for only one person. The bed was small for two, it only had one chair so if you would like to eat on the room one would have to eat on the bed, one bedside table. The toilet was dirty, the coffee cups weren’t clean, one night they put us broken towells. The towells in my opinion smell. Also, the shampoo was broken and although they came every day to clean they didn’t fix it. There was few gel/soap left but they didn’t refill it (thank god I took my own just in case, but they don’t check this things when cleaning?). In the bathroom it would be nice to have something to put the toothbrush/paste. They have a filter like they have private parking (we booked because of this), but they only have two small parkings: one near and the other one two blocks away. The first one was always full and the other you have to wait to someone to come open manually. One detail, when we arrived on a wednesday at 14hs (it was november, no holidays, just a random day) they told us the room wasn’t ready but they offer us to go to the bar to wait. When the bar closed they told us that the room was ready. It was weird, its the first time that a hotel doesn’t have the room ready just one hour before the check in. It’s ussualy a gesture from them if they don’t have full booked rooms. Likewise, we waited till 14.30 for nothing because it was dirty.

Not what we expect of a Hilton type of hotel.

Location as expected and close to Metro services.

I had to ask for a new duvet on one of our beds. The original was both dirty and lumpy from washing. I had to ask TWICE some handwash for our bathroom and tea and coffe were not refilled. We asked before booking if the swimming pool was in use and were told that it would be available through our dates. It was closed until the day AFTER we left ! No parking available and given the impression that we would have SOME TV channels in English. Only the news. Overall very disappointed.

The hotel didn't have our reservation which then took a little more time at check in which was frustrating. But the staff was very cordial and handled things very professionally, without incident.

The noise coming from the other rooms. I was hearing one neighbor scrolling video content and the other speaking on the phone. The queen room i got, had common doors that could easily be opened from the other side.

Good Hotel just outside the city

The hotel looks and is new. Spacious Parking (Secured), and the room that i had was big with two double beds. The staff is very polite and is trying to help you. If you are looking for a hotel just outside of the city centre then this is a good choice.

I checked in and there was no hot water (Checked in at 21:00 so i thought that it was night therefore no hot water). Waked up the next day and still the problem was there. i called the reception, and they told me there was a problem which they fixed it after 40-50 minutes. problem was i wanted to take a shower as i had meetings all day and the day before, and that was not possible at the time. I left the hotel and when i came back, i realized that the dinner i had the other day, plus other garbage were still in my room. even though someone clearly got in, they failed to clean it. As it was 17:00 i asked the restaurant to prepare me a meal. they said yes and i went upstairs. 3 hours later, no dinner!!!! i called them 3 times, but all they said was, there is a misunderstanding we will explain. Finally their explanation was that they made a mistake and chef started preparing the food every day at 19:00 (of course no one notified me about this). i went down to the reception to complain,and i demanded to see the manager. She was very polite and i appreciate this very much. Without excuses she apologised and offered for the hotel to pay for my stay (i refused). i have to say even though this was a bad experience, the manager showed she knows what she is doing, and of course i accepted the hotel's apology.

One night stay during traveling.

Great place to stay on our traveling with family. Big clean and well equiped room.

During breakfast there was soo many people that some things were missing and we needed to wait for them. Personal was doing theire best to support. Nice pool, but open aleo in summer just till 7.

Tricky booking process, it says, u need two rooms for 2 adults and 2 kids (0 and 7 yo). At the property, after check in (rooms 428 and 430), it was clear, that 1 room was enough. Kids were free of charge. I've asked at front office to cxl one of the rooms and informed them, we gonna stay in 1 room anyway, they refused and told me, i have to pay even for empty one. 5 min later they gave me a call, if they can use pillows from the room we're not sleeping in (but paying for)! I granted permission, at least they thanked... but offered nothing

Staff on reception wasn't that great, we arrived very late and as they are first impression of every stay, it could be better. Also housekeeping woke us up after a long drive by entering the room at 9am to clean the room even though check out is till 12pm.

I checked out 17 March and till now (21 May) they didn't send me back my deposit I followed 2 times and every time they said, "we don't know what is the issue and we will write to you" More than 2 months already what are you waiting for???

we were really hungry after all the flights and roads when came to the hotel. And whithin the check in each of us got a warm choco cookie. It was just what we needed! rooms were comfy and clean, breakfasts really delicious and varied.
