The price. We stayed only for one night with two adults and two kids

The shower was a bit out of date. May need some redesign. The bed covers also need renewal.

Brescia is a great town - this hotel is about 1km from the centre

Staff were friendly

Hotel is very dated. Bed was very hard. Aircon struggled in the heat. Paper cups for coffee in room.

Ambasciatori is a clean and well run hotel that is showing signs of age.

Breakfast had a good choice of items, available tables and good cleanliness. Room was a single and quite small but OK for 3 nights. Parking was available but tight on spaces.

My bathroom shower was a corner unit with hardly any access. There was a 200mm step to get into it making the shower experience dangerous, I slipped on the first use which was scary.

Nice , clean , easy to reach but needs a renovation

It easy to find, clean, the breakfast is nice , and the hotel looks like it was once a very good hotel but now it seems to be a bit oldfashioned , especially the rooms

A lovely, relaxing place with wonderful staff

Staff VERY helpful in all matters, including support to organise local services eg emergency dentist. Relaxing lounge areas, quiet atmosphere

Restaurant lunch/dinner not available at weekend - although others very nearby, walking distance so ok. Breakfast choice reasonsble, self service, including tea and a coffee machine. Better coffee from bar which was requested and obligingly provided as part of breakfast. Hinges inside wardrobe were unexpectedly oversized. Knocked myself on 3 separate occasions.

Exceptional

Amazing hotel in the perfect location in Brescia, very close to the city center. Very quiet and very good breakfast! The staff was also very helpful, they were available 24/7 and even had a little map with tourist attractions at the front desk. 10/10 I strongly recommend

Very friendly staff, especially the girl who was at the reception. She instructed us, where and what we can see in Brescia. The fortress is magical, and the view of the city is beautiful.

Dober hotel.

Parking is next to the hotel. The parking lots are big enough to park the car and go in and out from the car. Room was good and clean. Breakfast was good, like in Italy expected :)

The air conditioner in the room was not working. In a 4-star hotel, I would also expect slippers.

We'll come again

We just stayed one night in Brescia and were very pleased with the hotel and the close location to the inner city. It was a very nice place to stay. Clean and the room itself was quiet in a previously renovated, but still a bit old fashioned looking hotel. I like this charme.

However there is a nearby hospital and we frequently heard ambulance cars bringing patients to the place.

You get what you pay for.

Nothing in particular. The breakfast is good, but only if you realise that you can order cooked eggs and properly made coffee. The hotel staff do not advertise this service.

The power plugs were the very old and small European plugs and there were not nearly enough of them. It was difficult to find places to charge phones etc.

Not a 4 star experience

It had parking

This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. The building is old with very poor sound isolation. At around 10am we had to request to be moved to another floor as the people next to us were very loud. It was frustrating as the stuff tried to convince us that’s it’s still not very late and we should wait for the people next door to go to bed, and it will then be quiet! This is unacceptable, as we’re paying customers that want peace and quiet especially after driving for 600km. We traveled extensively and so far never had a issue like this at another hotel. I guess the old buildings, needs to be refurbished at some point especially if they want the 4 star rating.

Very well looked after 70s style hotel with great staff

staff was very polite and nice, bed was comfortable and bathroom very spacious. very good value for money. only 20 minutes walk from the centre

we were travelling with a pushchair for our 4 month old baby and we were sad to see there was no ramp by the three stairs next to the lift (se we had to lift the pushchair up every time). perhaps worth considering investing in a small ramp for disabled guests and families with kids? underground parking is not easy to find, could do with better signs!
