Perfect for friends hangout at Brescia

Not up the standards of a 4-star hotel (but very nice Spa)

We liked to location (close to the city center), the jacuzzi in our room and the Spa. The reception staff was welcoming.

Our room was not soundproof at all! We could here every conversation from the corridor, every door bang and the cleaning ladies shouting every morning. Walking through the corridors, we could also here conversations of guests within their rooms. This is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel, specially when "soundproof" is mentioned within the rooms' details. The breakfast was also very disappointing: a very basic continental breakfast, with very few options, tasteless coffee (unbelievable in the country of Espresso and Cappuccino) and concentrate-based juices. There were no signs mentioning omelettes, pancakes/waffles, crepes. No vegan options. We've had better breakfasts in 3-star hotels.

Great Staff, clean and free parking.

The staff member at the front desk was able to offered us a 'Superior with Spa Bath' that was much nicer, bigger and more comfortable than the 'Superior Double' that we originally booked. (Thank you Ewa). This made our stay a lot better. We liked the added Jacuzzi. Free Parking is great.

The AC didn't work well in the Superior Double room we first checked into (we were offered an upgrade). The hotel common areas were also exceptionally hot. The 'Superior Double Room' is pretty basic and feels dated. (The one with the Spa bath feels nicer). We did not try the Hotel SPA, but the "Swimming Pool" is tiny. The Hotel is a bit too far to walk to the city center.

Modern city hotel

Hotel has a parking space in the back. It is free of charge. Nice hotel and I styed for the first time. Beds ar good and the room is with airco. Breakfast is typical Italian so a lot of sweet things. The hotel is in walking distance of the town center.

The hotel is a short walk to the city center. The breakfast is good and offers a wide variety of food. The thing we enjoyed the most about the hotel was the staff. Anna was such a big help to us. We would have never made it to our next destination without her help. She was always kind and professional. Natalia was also very kind.

Good location to see the sights without the added price tag of being in Old Town Brescia

The hotel location is a ~20 min walk to the Old Town centre, but comes with secure free parking so we didn't have to worry about the car. Room was clean, and the staff very friendly.

A big hotel, close to the city center, with good breakfast and own parking. Good value for money.

Location: cc 10 minutes walk from city center, bus station nearby to the hotel Parking: own, big parking space, within the hotel's territory. Closed with gates. Room: spacious, clean. Air conditioning was working properly. Breakfast: fresh fruits, various, good food. Automatic coffee machines, good coffee. Staff: polite, friendly.

Water: there was some issue with water temperature and pressure. There was always water in the bathroom, though the water's temperature was changing by unknown reason. Maybe it was only in our room and it's not something that ruined our stay.

Very nice clean room for a hotel at that price. Close walking distance to restaurants and there is a food market right across the street.

The free parking was very tight to find a spot but I made it work.

Advertised spa but this was 20 euros for one hour...far to expensive for us, so a bit disappointing that we couldn't use this. Room was nice and clean but very small. Shower had intermittent hot water, went from boiling to freezing and no in-between.

personnel steels personal things!

when I was leaving the hotel, I left my iphone charger neat the bed. Afyer I called the same day to the reception, they told that nobody found anything. T That is very clear that houskeeper stole it and didn't find anything after. Terrible aftertasye.
