Very clean, in a very good state, beautiful decoration, confortable, peaceful. Very close to the city center, turistic highlights and shops, coffee shops and restaurants. Not too far away from the train station, quite easy way from there. Good organization and communication with the host. I hope this constructive feedback in the section below about the breakfast will be useful. I think that despite that, it is largely worth staying at La Filanda (just buy your own vegetables and fruits ;) for the breakfast) Because of everything else that is so positive, and because this accomodation has high standards, I wanted to highlight the only negative thing, so it can be improved in the future.

The breakfast even if partially appreciable and very abundant is in my opinion absolutely NOT what most of the international travelers would like. Of course there is a big quantity of products but only industrial very sweet products in plastic pacages. Many people, and at least me, would really prefer less choice and FRESH products, vegetables, fruits, fresh bakery... Today people take care of their health, and pay attention to the environment, they like local products... and above all they don't want to become diabetical.

Bellissimo Brescia!

Walking distance from the train station. Booked a single room, ended up with a full apartment, which was a bonus after a frustrating delay at Bergamo airport. Communication and directions via WhatsApp were excellent and very clear. Host met me with the keys and instructions on how to access the apartment, and breakfast, which was in a different part of the building. Facilities were very good, more than enough for a longer stay. I was only there for one night. The room was charming and characterful, very quiet. The 'help yourself' breakfast was generous and varied. I would definitely return if I visit Brescia again. Also highly recommend Spine craft beer bar, which is a few minutes walk away. Many thanks again!

Clean and comfortable B&B in a great location

The hotel was in a quiet street in Brescia, just a short walk from the main town. It had a lift, which was very handy with my heavy suitcase! My room was massive, with a comfy bed, tea/coffee-making facilities, a desk and plenty of storage. Good-sized bathroom too. The room was beautifully cleaned and tidied every day. Easy to contact staff over WhatsApp with any issues. Can recommend L'Oste Sobrio and Dukka for food!

The breakfast was plentiful, but the majority of things were in single-serve packets, which seems like a lot of packaging. It would have been nice to have some fresh fruit or vegetables, as it was mostly cakes, pastries and bread. There was a lot of noise from the room above, it sounded like they were doing step aerobics from 7pm-11pm every night - as it's an old building with a lot of wood, it all sounds very loud!

Breakfasts were beautifully served, and the room was cleaned with great attention: my clothes were gently placed on the chair, and all my skincare products were neatly arranged in the bathroom. The location is also very convenient — just a 14-minute walk from the train station. The city itself is charming and picturesque. I would definitely love to come back!

It was sparkling clean! Beautifully renovated historic building in the heart of Old Town Brescia. Friendly staff. Spacious room and bathroom.

Both times I took my shower, water went from hot to warm in a matter of minutes. Since I really enjoy hot showers, this was disappointing.

The room was exceptionally clean! I was greeted warmly by the host and he explained everything I needed to know. The location is quiet but at the heart of Brescia and everything you need is close.

What I missed was fruit at breakfast and a full-body mirror. You needed to log in the wifi every time, which was a bit annoying, but the speed was great.
