Friendly staff easy to communicate.

The location was great very convenient to all attractions

Bathroom and especially shower stall extremely small. Parking was a problem with garage very far and expensive. Breakfast meager needed fresh fruit and healthy, cold, cereal or some oatmeal.

Fantastic boutique hotel in Breschia

The air conditioning wasn’t very powerful, but everything else was perfect.

I like the location, very close to both train station and the city. Also, the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The room was a bit so/so. It worked fine, but if the toilet door was open you couldn’t open the door to the room. This was the case when I arrived and I tripped down the small stair to the room. All in all ok though, I definitely got what I paid for.

Great location and good value for a short stay

Great location, next to the touristic attractions and not very far from the bus and train stations . Good value for money. The room was clean as was the bathroom. It was possible to communicate in English.

The AC was not working properly, the ventilation fins were stuck and this was causing frequent noise. The empty minibar that was in the room was also very noisy. The shower temperature was not constant and kept alternating between hot and cold during the shower.

The hotel was easy to find, nearby the train station and the city centre. Staff on the day of arrival could be nicer but staff on the day we left was very friendly and helpful.

On the website it states there are coffee & tea facilities in the room + slippers, but they were not in the room. Also we found a white stain on the bed sheets which looks like people had some fun in bed. The room is not sound proof. You can hear construction workers work and also cars drive by.

Perfekt location in the centre, near the railway station, personal was friendly. My room was really big for one person. For this money it was good choice in Brescia.

Staff was friendly and location is good.

The bed was not comfortable, the internet connection was slow, the room was extremely cold and had a strong mold odor, and there were issues with accessing the hotel after hours. Despite turning on the AC for heating, the room still smelled of mold and was unpleasant. Additionally, when attempting to enter the hotel after 12 PM, the door was locked and there was no response to the buzzer. This resulted in having to wait outside in freezing temperatures for an hour and eventually needing to contact the police for assistance in gaining entry. It's worth noting that the local police were helpful, but the overall experience was unacceptable for a hotel.

There was soap in the bathroom, when I came to breakfast 1 hour after it started, there was almost no food ,and nobody took care of it. Keys are not comfortable to use to lock and unlock the doors and it also was very cold in the room.

Superb

A perfect place to stay for a few days. About 10 minutes walk from the train station and another 5 from the city centre. Local restaurants around and lovely architecture. Huge, clean and very comfortable bedroom with bed suitable even for 2m tall person. I had to work a bit, so the desk was very nice to have. Breakfast was tasty and enough to fill my hungry belly. Every single member of staff was super friendly and helpful.

The shower curtain was way too big. It clogged the drain and caused water splashing all over the bathroom. Easy fix and not really inconvenient for the guests, but probably for cleaning staff.

Great location to see the Mille Miglia

Location was perfect for being in Brescia for the Mille Miglia. Parking space right outside was a tight fit when another car was in the space, but it was Free = excellent!

Rooms were surprisingly spacious, but a few wee things needed some maintenance in bathroom
