An authentic Italian retreat in the heart of nature. Beautiful people, food and place.

The hotel is absolutely superb. In the centre of a beautiful historic village surrounded by mountains. It is a place where the old men come and hang out for an aperitivo when the suns starts to set. The food is superb and the owners and staff couldn’t be more hospitable. The restaurants in town are great value, with beautiful food and very safe and family friendly. Overall it is a place to come and unwind in nature and do what the Italians do best, enjoy great food and great company.

The property was always clean and smell good and everyday after i leave the room someone gets in and clean everything in the room changes the bin bags and put you new shower shampoo .

Ok overall, but ...

Nature and the location overall, the owner a great person.

Unfortunately the place was packed with lousy people gathering in the bar, there were often shouts and discussions till late night. Not the ideal place for a quiet vacation.

Very good

The room was exceptuonally spatious and the bathroom even had a bidet. The fact that the WiFi signal only reached into the living room and not the bedroom, wasn't a big deal, because I fell asleep on the comfortable couch anyway. 😅 Absolutely recommendable!

Nice rooms, but completely empty kitchen

Very friendly hosts! Wonderful breakfast and good communication. There is a large place in front of the house where you can leave your car- that is descripted different on booking com. The reality is much better than the description :)! The village has very narrow streets, parking around there would be impossible. You could get in trouble to reach the house if your car is large. It worked with my Skoda Octavia. The rooms are clean and nice.

You have to read very precise so you learn that there is a kitchen built in the flat you rent but it obviously is not meant to be used. Nothing is there to cook or prepare food. No plates, no cooking pot, no forks, knifes and so on. There is a restaurant that belongs the hosts. They want their guests to take their meals in the restaurant. That is ok, but I think that it is a bit cheating to show pictures of a kitchen that cannot be used. Without genius the price was 80€. I think this is too much for what you get.

Location familiare e accogliente

La location è in un posto tranquillo. La camera una piacevole sorpresa: pulita, calda, grande e accogliente. Al bagno non mancava nulla... asciugacapelli compreso. Cenato con prodotti locali ma soprattutto in piacevole compagnia del sig.giacomo, della sig.ra ile e degli altri ospiti presenti. Ci siamo trovati bene in un contesto molto familiare e accogliente.

Un mini appartamento

Camera molto ampia e spaziosa. In realtà era un 2 locali. Un locale adibito a soggiorno e cucina, l'altro era la camera. Anche i servizi belli ampi. Tutto ben pulito e riscaldato. Sicuramente sarà un mio punto di riferimento. La signora è il titolare sono gentilissimi e simpatici.

Qualche indicazione per arrivarci non guasterebbe. La TV andrebbe posizionata un pò più in alto.

Un hote très sympa et un grand appartement bien équipé

Des hotes très gentils qui nous ont accueilli tardivement sans problème. Une situation très calme en bord de rivière. Un petit déjeuner simple mais très bon. Un grand appartement avec coin cuisine et salle à manger bien équipés, même si on n'en a pas profité

L'hotel est un peu difficile à trouver de nuit, même avec un GPS. Le portail d'entrée n'est pas visible depuis l'entrée de la rue qui est une impasse qui semble privée. Donc on a hésité et pas mal cherché. Le Wifi n'est pas disponible à l'intérieur de l'appartement mais uniquement dans la cour

la struttura si trova in un paesino proprio bellino da vedere e per passarci qualche giorno anche se, per i m iei gusti, un poi' troppo lontano dal lago. In complesso direi molto positivo.

La colazione era un po' scarsina ma abbastanza soddisfacente.

Posizione della struttura ampiezza degli appartamenti posteggio per le moto e il cancello della struttura viene chiuso e lo può aprire solo chi risiede li. La struttura è oro colato, ma gestita male e lasciata andare. Potenzialità infinita

Completa disorganizzazione del personale, uno dei tre appartamenti a noi destinati è stato dato ad altro ospite, a noi è stata data una camera con il bagno in riparazione e sporca.
