Pure hospitality

Staying here felt like being part of a mini-series — the perfect slice of Italian dolce vita. To be honest, we were just expecting a place to spend the night, but this stay turned out to be so much more. We truly and sincerely recommend this place: • exceptional hospitality, • a beautiful and peaceful location, • and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. A quick note about breakfast — not many reviews mention it, but it’s absolutely worth highlighting. The host prepares a lovely breakfast every morning: delicious pastries, fresh fruit, eggs, and great coffee. Also, free bottled water throughout the stay — which might seem like a small thing, but during our whole trip we were constantly buying water, so this was a huge bonus!

Exceptional

Dominic was a perfect host, he welcomed us warmly and gave us every day tips and recommendations for trips, best beaches, restaurants etc. He also offered us a very good breakfast with sweet as well as salty alternative and prepared fresh scrambled eggs for us. Our room was a bit smaller with the window only under the ceiling, but this was what we expected and it was air-conditioned. The location is farther from the lake (25-30 minutes to walk), therefore having a car is recommended, but there was no problem to find a free parking space. There was even free water in the fridge and internet connection was without problems. We really enjoyed staying at this B&B and would recommend it.

Feel the real Italy

The B&B is in a romantic little city. It's very quiet and calm at night. You are right nearby a beautiful church with an interesting history. We were there in the first week of August and that was a special week were everyday was another event at the church. Also you will hear a nice song from the church bells at 07:30 Am. You will reach any beach you desire in 5 to 10 mins car drive. Also you are well positioned at the West side of the lake and you can reach any beautiful city within an hour car drive maximum (Peschiera, Sirmione, Bardolino, Limone, Riva del Garda) There are also Plenty of parking spaces and your hotel host will tell you with pleasure where to find one should it be too crowded. The rooms are small and cozy. The bed was nice and you have your own bathroom with everything essential you need. And also there is a fridge in the hotel for everyone to use as they desire. The breakfast is rich and very delicious. It contains plenty of Selfmade cake and you have to try the brownies! The buffet is mostly sweet but Dominic will come to your table and offers you fresh cheese and meat if you want and also makes you very delicious scrambled eggs. He makes your coffee and tea and will serve it to your table. Dominic is a very good host if not the best. He has always time for your questions and even offers you to contact him via WhatsApp whenever you need it. He can tell you Must-Sees and even shows you the directions on a map. He is very polite and friendly and likes to chat and joking around and always has some good advices for your trip. But you have to experience it on your own! We will for sure come back here! Maybe with our dog, since this B&B welcomes your dogs.

The perfect place to stay

Dominik is beyond nice and also nice to talk to. He gave the best advice regarding restaurants and beaches. Also the B&B is very beautiful and next to a charming little church. The breakfast was great. The best scrambled eggs I ever had and also the homemade cakes were amazing. We will definitely visit here again!

Dominic is one of the kindest host we've ever met. He was super frendly and helpful :) The breakfast was perfect, the bed was comfortable :) The weather was so hot, but the air conditioner was working well.

We could hear all the noises from the other rooms, , but it doesn't matter, I'll give 10/10 :)

Clean & quiet. The staircase was sparkling clean ! Able to park our car right opposite the B&B (plenty more parking lots a few steps away) When we arrived (45 mins late (many apologies) Dominic waited patiently at the carpark, welcomed us with a big big smile, helped to carry our luggage & shopping to the room, what a sweet gentleman :-) Loved how breakfast was served in an elegant & covid measure way (exceeded B&B standard), cheese, eggs, ham, tomatoes, yogurt, bread etc and the delicious cakes baked solely by Dominic ;-) In summary Dominic cares for the guests like family & friends, Perfect host in every sense. What a fantastic host ! 5 mins walk to a local restaurant, bar and shops. We highly recommend the B&B and sure we hope to be back. Salo, the lovely town is just 10 mins drive away, perfect ! Yes, Dominic speaks perfect English too ;-))

Very friendly and accommodating host, always happy to help and give advice on what to do around the area. Enjoyed the breakfast a lot, clean spaces, extra covid measures in place, free parking... I would definitely advice this place, it's everything a B&B should be!

If I had to point out 1 negative thing, then I would mention the location. It's a bit remote, in a cute village where not a lot happens... As we had a car, it was perfect to discover the area though.

Hostitel Dominic byl naprosto skvělý. Velmi milý a vstřícný ke všem našim přáním. K snídani byla na výběr slaná varianta v podobě míchaných vajíček, salámů a sýrů, sladká varianta obsahovala hostitelem připravené výborné koláče a buchty, k dispozici byly také jogurty s cereáliemi a ovoce. Postele byly velmi pohodlné a v pokoji, který byl v říjnu chladnější, bylo možné si přitopit klimatizací. K dispozici bylo jedno parkovací místo přímo u penzionu nebo veřejné bezplatné parkoviště pod penzionem, ke kterému se seběhlo po schodech.

Toller Gastgeber, gute Lage

Der Gastgeber Dominic ist super freundlich und hat uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ebenfalls sehr gut, da es kein überfüllter Touri-Ort ist, es aber trotzdem alles gibt. Ein Auto ist jedoch von Vorteil, um zum See und an umliegende Orte zu gelangen. Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis ist bei dieser Unterkunft wirklich außergewöhnlich gut. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft definitiv! :)

Die Wände sind etwas hellhörig, man hört andere Gäste und z.B die Kirchturmuhr nebenan relativ deutlich. Mit Oropax lässt sich das jedoch leicht lösen :) Unser Zimmer hatte ein relativ kleines Fenster, da wir aber eine Klimaanlage hatten und uns nicht viel in dem Zimmer aufgehalten haben, war auch das in Ordnung.

Grandiös, super Gastgeber, unbedingt buchen !!!!! erste Klasse 👌👌👌

Der Gastgeber hat Freude bei seiner Passion, das merkt man :), Bei Ankunft wird Kaffee und Mineralwasser angeboten. Gibt Tipps zum Essengehen und für Unternehmungen, sofort ohne Nachzufragen :) , Zimmer sehr sauber und zentral gelegen um Ausflüge (ca 6,5 km nach Salo, oder 2,5 km nach Felice) zu machen. Immer freundlich und zuvorkommend der Gastgeber 👌👏👏👏 Es könnten Einige Bookinghotels zur Schulung zu ihm gehen, wie man ein 1a Gastgeber ist. Frühstück, alles vorhanden und man wird immer gefragt, ob man noch was möchte :) Fahrradabstellraum vorhanden. Absolut zu Empfehlen!!!
