Oustanding room for a not too hot day...:)

1) Indeed newly renovated rooms! 2) and outstandingly clean. 3) Has AC, kettle for boiling water, tea coffee making.

1) AC is limited to 3 deg C lower than ambient.... on a hot 33 deg C day, this is too uncomfortable in the room. Everywhere in the world AC can be set to 21 deg C... 2) the newly renovated room still has a bit of paint/ solvent smell, perhaps more can be done about this. 3) we were 4 in a room, and each only got 6 euro coupons for breakfast each.

Very nice accomodation in the centre of beautiful town, perfect restaurant just below the accomodation, great breakfast. Really new flat, nice furnished. Recommended fór others, I would also come back.

Gli asciugamani non sono mai stati cambiati e la pulizia della camera era prevista solo a fine soggiorno.

Enttäuschend nicht zu empfehlen

Es war alles neu renoviert und ist für zwei Person Platz. Ein ist noch ein Einzel Bett vorhanden für eine dritte Person. Allerdings nicht genügend Stauraum für 3. Lage mitten im Zentrum.

Wir hatten 4 Nächte gebucht und mussten 3 mal umziehen. Die ganze Nacht ging alle 5-10 Minuten ein lautes Geräusch von einer Wasserpumpe. Es hörte sich an wie ein Kompressor. Das Umziehen in andere Zimmer hat auch nicht geholfen. Es war auch leider keine Ansprechperson da und wir mussten immer zu die Kellner von dem dazugehörigen Restaurant. Da konnte auch niemand wirklich englisch. Am dritten Tag rief uns endlich der Vermieter an und hat sich wenigstens entschuldigt. Ich verstehe nicht, dass man die Zimmer vermieten obwohl er weiß dass man da unmöglich schlafen kann. Erholung war es keine in diesem Urlaub. Das Frühstück hätte auch etwas mehr sein können und nicht immer das gleiche.

Struttura accogliente, con camere decisamente spaziose e dotate di tutti i confort tra cui aria condizionata e frigo. Disponibilità di parcheggio gratuito distante solo qualche minuto. Colazione dolce e salata ottima con uno staff impeccabile e attento alle esigenze del cliente. Roberta é davvero un valore aggiunto: gentile, disponibile e molto simpatica.

Unica nota negativa, avevamo chiesto alla signora delle pulizie il cambio asciugamani ma non è stato fatto, tuttavia essendoci fermate poco non è stato un grande problema.

Hätten eine bessere Unterkunft mit 3 Monate jungen Baby wählen können !

Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit war sehr gut für unsere junge Familie. Hervorragend mit kleinem Baby. Personal war stets freundlich und das Frühstück sehr toll.
