Great pool and outside area! Nice and helpful staff. Close (6-7 minutes walk) to a small but very nice beach.

Kind of out dated interior, clean but spiderweb in the corners and ceiling. The wifi were pretty bad.

Overpriced, our stay ended earlier than planned

Swimming pools. Nearby mini grocery store,where you can buy fresh bread and croissants in the morning. The owner tried to solve our issues. The kitchen was well equipped. The concept of residemce is nice, unfortunately not maintained.

Very old furniture and equipment. The apartments desperately need general cleaning. Wifi is not working. Poor electricity - you cannot use hair dryer and other appliances at the same time. Molded walls. You can hear flushing toilet of upper neighbors. Bad value for the money - way overpriced for what you get. First we have moved from the apartment we have booked to another bigger apartment, but it was still bad experience. Never ever coming back!

Doggy and family friendly residence, close to the beach

The residence is located close to the beach. It offers several pools outside and at least one inside. It has tennis courts, children areas and has a very nice “community” feeling. The room seemed clean, bedsheets as well. In the welcome “tote bag”, you are provided with dish washing fluid, a scrub, drying towels (for the dishes) and some information in the residence and surroundings. Sadly we were not provided with toilet paper and no one from the residence seemed around anymore, but despite the Easter Sunday, we found a supermarket nearby which was opened and got the opportunity to buy some food as well. There is a small diner/bar which can save you in case you cannot go out for eating or need a coffee/drink. There are several supermarkets nearby in case you want to stack up food and cook yourself, but also a few restaurants in case you prefer that. The kitchen comes equipped, so dishes, glasses, pans, cutlery is there. We washed everything over again before first use just to be sure. Quite a few tourists when we arrived and got a bit noisy because of the kids, but nothing special. At 22:00 normally everything gets quiet and 7:30 or so starts the chairs-pulling (breakfast) from the other rooms. Quite ok. We brought our dogs (2) and were not bothered by the noises. For the dogs you can take them on for walks on any direction. There is a doggy beach close by which is great and clean, and then some open “unregulated” beach in which you all can continue your walk. This is a rocky beach. The fee for the dogs was better than other similar locations. Back in the residence, you are encouraged to categorise your garbage and take it to the dumpsters, which I found good for the environmental consciousness. Overall, very satisfied with the stay.

The only thing was probably that one doesn’t get towels included in the price, but ok, we took ours anyway. And that we didn’t get toilet paper, but minor detail.

Wonderful well organised comfortable apartments near Lake Garda

Lovely set up with apartments around a swimming pool, so nice and safe for children. The apartment is really well managed and you get given a bag of useful things on arrival which includes very useful information of events for that week in the surrounding area, tourist booklets, plus some kitchen cleaning equipment which was really useful in a useful bag. The surrounding area is very pretty with views of the lake in between the apartment buildings, depending on which place you have. Nice balconies with chairs and parasol so we had breakfast out there every day. The beds were incredibly comfortable and big. The TV is set up with English channels as well as other languages. There is a pizzaria and little shop just outside the entrance, and you can walk down to the stony beach 10 minutes walk away. You have access to a private beach run by a camp site nearby. The harbour of nearby Moniga is very close and you can take boats across the lake although there were less boats running in September after season. We had a lovely day visiting villages by the boat. We used this as a base to travel from but you can just enjoy a relaxing stay here. There is a bar on site, but we didn't use it and most facilities were closed as it was out of season. Staff were all lovely and helpful. We booked our boat tickets here and could ask any questions. We really enjoyed our stay.

The only things were points we would have had to pay a lot for, such as being nearer the lake etc. We had issues with our key not working very well, but didn't bother the staff as we were only there a few days. Can't give full marks but very nearly.

location was very nice , half hour from Gardalland resort , and 20 minutes from Garda lake main area .. the pool was the good part of the stay there was multiple pools in the resort all of them was great . big and very nice refrigerator in the room .

the room wasnt clean , sheets where dirty , no towels but they bring it after we asked.the air conditioning was only in the bed room so we had to move one of the kids beds inside the bedroom so they can sleep in normal temperature . one big bed and the other two beds where like a couch that open to two different bed , not confutable . pillows where very low quality

Great stay, great location, great staff and great amenities.

The staff were really friendly and accommodating. They helped us with all our requests and made sure we had a great time. We were able to use the private pool, sauna and the steam bath for ourselves and enjoyed the same.

The WiFi could have been a bit better with connectivity and speed.

Clean outside area (pool, garden), nice staff, good location, market not far, good tennis courts, new playgrounds, collaboration with a camping area to use there private beach, fast booking response

Parking slots to small (sometimes the steal beam is part of the slot), Furniture heavy used (often with splinter), couch not comfortable (saggy mattress), old/not working electric (e.g. in the bath), clotheshorse are rusty and broken, untrained staff in case of problems with tech tools like the AC (answer after second request not initially by the staff), really bad or not working wifi in the apartment only a little bit outside (balcony or terrace)

Position was good. I'm nice surrounds.

Rooms were dull, everything out dated in the accommodation, didn't have electric kettle just an old one you heat up using gas ring, no toaster or grill so couldn't cook anything. Bathroom had awful stale smell so wasn't comfortable at all. Electrics kept blowing using own hairdryer.

Dieser Urlaub war enttäuschend

Die Lage und der Außenbereich sind sehr schön.

Wir sind nicht zum ersten Mal dort gewesen aber vermutlich das letzte Mal. Wie gesagt wir kenne die Anlage und wussten das die Appartmens eher einfach sind was für uns um diese Jahreszeit auch völlig ok ist, jedoch können wir mit wirklich Schmutz eher schlecht um. Bei der Anreise gab es eine Whg. Welche so gar nicht ging vom SCHIMMEL in der Dusche über wirklich grobe Verschmutzung der Ferienwohnung. Nachdem wir einer Dame dieses zeigten gab es die Wahl einer anderen Wohnung welche zwar besser aber auch nicht gut war. Nach der ersten Nacht wo dann auch nicht die Heizung ging waren wir schon Echt bedient aber wir wollten dieses nicht einfach hin nehmen, also am nächsten Morgen mit einer anderen Dame gesprochen welche nur meinte sie wird einmal schauen was Sie machen kann. Entgegen kommend zeigte Sie uns ein Luxus Appartement welches wir nun nutzen können ohne mehr Kosten. Dankend nahmen wir dieses an aber auch da muss man sagen das es erst gereinigt werden musste und selbst danach war das Thema Schimmel in der Dusche nicht ganz vom Tisch . Nun die Kinder freuten sich es waren nur ein paar Tage und wir haben dann dankend das „Luxus“ Appartement bezogen. Man kann nur sagen schade um die wirklich schöne Anlage denn außen sieht es sehr nett aus von den Olivenbäumen schön eingewachsen mit schönen Kinderspielplätzen und schönen Außenpools gleich am See wirklich klasse. Das Personal war sehr bemüht aber dieses ändert nichts wenn die Wohnungen alle nicht mehr wirklich schön sind es fehlt an allen Stellen die Polster verschmutz die Betten ebenso und das braucht man im Urlaub so gar nicht. Weiter geht es im Innenpool welcher ebenso in die Jahre gekommen ist und auch dazu verschmutzt ein Bodensauger im Pool ist nun wirklich nicht teuer und schon gar kein Hexenwerk, weiter geht es in der Dusche dieses „Spa“ Bereich wo der kleine sich gleich mal den Fuß am Abfluss aufgeschnitten hat klasse gelaufen.

Gut und günstiger Urlaub als Familie mit Hund in der Nebensaison

Im Sommer sind die vielen Pools sicherlich sehr attraktiv, im Oktober stand es bei 19 grad nicht zur Debatte in den Pool zu gehen, obwohl es tatsächlich noch Einige Mutige gab die draußen den Pool nutzten! Wir haben das kleine aber feine Innenbecken genutzt. Viel Grün, viele Spielplätze, für Groß und Klein ist bei guten Wetter Möglichkeit für Tennis , Tischtennis und Fußball, am besten Bälle und Schläger selbst einpacken, dann spart man sich Leihgebühren! Die Dame an der Rezeption war auch sehr nett und deutschsprachig! Check in und out war super unkompliziert

Wer abhängig ist vom Internet ist hier schlecht bedient, uns war es egal! Klar ist alles schon in die Jahre gekommen und vieles gehört mal erneuert! An alten Möbeln stören wir uns gar nicht, dafür haben wir hier zu 5. mit Hund eine Woche günstig Urlaub gemacht, wer auf Design und Neues wert legt ist hier falsch! Allerdings könnte man in Punkto Sauberkeit definitiv verbessern, in die Ecken im Bad schaut man lieber nicht und an der Decke überall Spinnenweben! Was auch definitiv fehlt war ein Backofen, ansonsten war die Küche gut ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht! Ein Toaster wäre noch schön gewesen den haben wir uns für 12€ beim kik gekauft! Am Gardasee generell braucht man natürlich ein Auto außer man hat vor, nur auf dem Gelände zu bleiben, aber das wussten wir schon, da wir Jahre zuvor schon in einer anderen Region waren!

Tolle Anlage mit renovierungsbedürftigen Zimmern

Die Anlage ist sehr toll und gepflegt. Die vielen Pools, Spielplätze und die tolle bar haben uns gut gefallen

Die Wohnung war sehr abgewohnt, nur notdürftig ausgestattet und es fehlten Fliegengitter an den Fenstern, sodass wir leider eine Mückenplage hatten.

Geräumige Unterkunft mit sehr vielen Möglichkeiten für die Kinder. Mehrere Pools, Bolzplatz, Volleyball, Tennis, Tischtennis, Spielplätze, Grills und die Bar, welche sehr moderate Preise hatte. Sogar Abendprogramm. In der Wohnung sogar Klimageräte.

In die Jahre gekommen und die Lage ist nicht direkt am See.

Gut gelegen, super Pool und insgesamt gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Der Pool ist richtig gut und sehr sauber. Man kann richtig schwimmen, auch für mehrere Personen bietet er genügend Platz. Die Infrastruktur ust sehr gut und das Personal außerordentlich hilfsbereit.

Einigen Ecken in der Anlage wurde nicht viel Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt. Es hängen Spinnweben rum und es ist manchmal schmutzig. Die Zimmer selbst sind ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen und es wird offenbar nicht oft etwas erneuert. Die Matratzen auf dem Doppelbett waren zu groß und es wurde irgendwie improvisiert. Jeden Morgen waren die Matratzen vom Bett verrutscht.

Heel fijn verblijf, ondanks de afwezigheid van een vaatwasser. En die wifi is drama.

Je krijgt een overdekte parkeerplaats vlakbij het appartement, er is een kleine supermarkt vlakbij de ingang en er zijn vier zwembaden, twee tennisbaden, twee bars en een restaurant.

De wifi was absoluut waardeloos. Bovendien waren ook de 5G en telefoonverbinding ronduit slecht. Alsof je ergens in de jungle bent. Klagen bij de receptie had geen enkel effect ("u bent de enige die klaagt"), terwijl andere gasten in ons gebouw bevestigden dat ook zij een slechte wifi verbinding hadden.

Flere hyggelige pools. Hyggeligt område hvis det havde været velholdt. Poolbar med snacks. Ok resturant på nabo hotellet. Lille kiosk ved nabo hotellet. Sengene var rene og gode. Personalet var venlige da vi tjekkede ind.

Meget slidt overalt. Værelset var som at bo i en gul og brun cigar kasse. Beskidt i hjørnerne. Slidte solsenge. Ikke meget i området lige omkring. Ekstra betaling for håndklæder. Ingen rengøring/opfyldning af toiletpapir mv. Ingen sæbe på toilettet.

Für uns war der Aufenthalt perfekt, auch mit Hund sehr empfehlenswert.

Schöne und gepflegte Anlage, mit verschiedenen Pools und Spielplätzen. Strand beim Camping ruhig und sauberes Wasser.

Der nähergelegene wilde Strand ist mit Dornensträuchern überwuchert und es gibt auch keine Schattenplätze.

Vi är ledsna över oflexibla regler

Omgivningarna. Gardasjön är fantastisk. Välstädat och rent.

Oflexibelt. Vi hade vår hund med oss men den fick inte stanna sista natten. Inte ens ett par timmar extra Bestämmelserna är att hundar får endast vistas fram till 12/7. Vi skulle resa hem 13/7. Detta orsakade oss problem och drog ner vår glädje med resan. Vi hade ingen möjlighet att omboka pga flera i sällskapet redan betalda flygbiljetter som inte kunde ombokas. Sen ganska oskön bäddsoffa för vuxna.
