More of a three-star hotel, don't expect a luxurious environment

After reading the reviews we were concerned about the cleanliness especially the bathroom but the whole apartment was absolutely clean. The staff were nice and we didn't have to deal with any inconveniences during our stay.

The furniture was in an older style, which we expected, but we found the furniture quite uncomfortable. The double bed consisted of two single beds on wheels, which were connected by a sheet, so when you pushed yourself in the middle you started to fall into the gap. The bathroom was very dimly lit, on the other hand. The hotel is located almost immediately next to the train station, around which there are a lot of dangerous-looking people, however it is very easily accessible from the train station if you are travelling with train.

Perfect for 1 night when passing through town.

Very good location and staff. 0-24 reception.

The bathroom could use a deep cleaning and the walls are very thin, we could hear when the toilet was flushed.

Very nice

The hotel is very well located, just a few meters from the Brescia train station, making it ideal for quickly reaching the trains that provide access to the Lombardy and Veneto regions. The hotel is elegant, the staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is rich enough to give you a perfect start to the day. It costs €7 and can be paid at the end of your stay, unless it's already included in your reservation. The room was very spacious, consisting of two connecting rooms, so four people can stay very comfortably. Especially since each room has its own bathroom, safe, TV, and fridge, with water in the minibar (€2 per bottle). It was clean, quiet, and we felt safe. Housekeeping is done daily. A very successful stay. Thank you!

Maybe a softer pillow would be a nice add.

Not up to our expectations

Good location Spacious room with high ceilings AC unit was great

Our experience was disappointing. We went for triple room and one bed was very low, almost on the floor with a thin mattress. For you to charge your phone by the bed side, you would need to turn on the lamp and the bathroom wasn’t the best as the shower door was almost falling off. Unfortunately as a 4 star hotel , we were expecting something better. Aside all , staff was nice and breakfast was okay. I don’t think we would like to come back to this hotel again unfortunately..

Comfortable stay and a friendly staff.

I must say although the location is close to the historic center and a couple of minutes away from the train station, but as a solo woman traveler, the walk from the hotel to the historic center honestly did not feel safe. I made sure to be at the hotel by sunset (which is a shame). To be fair This is not against the hotel itself but rather the area

Good value for money

Big lobby and big rooms. Friendly staff and lots of in room amenities (tv, bath tub and shower, hair dryer, two closets, desk ecc.)

Not a very nice location. Close to the train station which is great if you have to take the train, but not the safest once the sun sets. I think they might have some sewage problems, our bathroom sink didn’t drain properly and would fill up to the rim

Standard hotel

It is a standard, no frills hotel right across the road from the train station, which makes it a good location if you’re taking day trips and using the train. The old town is about a 15min walk away.

There are no washing facilities at the hotel. We also found the area outside the hotel to be a little unsafe - but if you’re not hanging around that area then it’s not a problem.

Towel me up and roll me a fat one

There were a ton of towels to accomodate all of my towelly needs.

The hallways are nice but have Stanley Kubrick's The Shining vibe going. Not recommended for children with psychic powers. Otherwise, pretty nice.

Adequate stay for one night could have been so much better with a little bit more care

First impressions in the foyer and reception desk were good. The selection for breakfast was not bad. The room was quiet as requested. They found an item I left in the room and kept it for me until I returned.

The state of maintenance in the room was poor. The lift was below standard. There was a sign saying that they were refurbishing but it looked as if it had been there many months. Breakfast service was non existent.

Next to the Brescia centrale, the location is convenient for all that arive in the evening or in the night. Close to the centrum 15 minutes walk. Coffee and tea appliances. Pleasent stay

The smell of smoke was awful

Staff were pleasant. Good location.

Room smelled heavily of smoke. Aircon barely worked. Only three pillows. No blanket, just a sheet. Only one roll of toilet paper. Noisy, could hear other guests walking overhead. Poor cleaning. Only one working lamp, the two other beside lamps didn't work.

it was adequate but I won’t be back in a hurry

Nothing really

Not a 4 star hotel! also renovation works ongoing and room was in the middle of works that appeared partially complete. Room very warm and aircon didn’t seem to lower the temperature. Carpet either very badly worn or heavily contaminated with building dust!

Very good

The location was pretty good, 20 min to center. It was easy to find, and though I didn't need it there's a train station very close to the hotel. I enjoyed breakfast. staff was helpful, bed was comfy and wifi signal was good.

There was no other thing than bed sheet to cover while sleeping. But after I asked at the reception they provided a blanket :) it would be nice if at least it was available in a closet so that guests can have an option And the room was pretty dark, at least for my standard- just lamps no main light
