We found a great restaurant around the corner Bella Napoli. You need to book, we got take away and took it back to our room as there were no tables available. The bathroom is spacious.

It was alright for one night. The room has a nice balcony, and the breakfast provided by a nearby bar (with excellent hospitality) was nice.

The room size is in general a bit small for two people, but it's functional.

It was very clean. Beds and pillows are realy comfortable. It is 10, 15 min from center and train station by foot. Easy communication and self check in.

Wonderful!

The villa is so poetic and the concept of independent suites inside the same villa works very well. The staff is amazing - super nice and supportive of your stay. The front porch covered with nature keeps it fresh. Breakfast at a local coffee shop work well.

The first contacts are done by Whatsapp, which can be a bit annoying - specially by the amount of information needed. But after that, it's actually useful. The breakfast choice on the coffee shop could be a bit wider.

La Struttura è nuova, la camera era pulita, letti comodi bella doccia, vi erano prodotti per igiene personale, c’era la possibilità di farsi un caff o un the e acqua. Comodo al centro di Brescia

Nulla, c’è stato un disguido con il bar di fronte che si occupa del servizio delle colazioni, (non avevano avvisato il b&b della chiusura straordinaria) e il proprietario per scusarsi ci ha fatto uno sconto che ho molto apprezzato.

La posizione, la camera spaziosa e molto pulita. Accessori per un caffè o un thè, bottiglie di acqua in vetro, perfetta spiegazione per ingresso in struttura, vicinanza al centro storico di Brescia ( 15 minuti a piedi) e colazione con voucher presso una bella pasticceria nelle vicinanze.

Struttura ben organizzata e pulita a due passi dal centro. Diversi bar, ristoranti, negozietti e farmacia nel quartiere

Unica pecca, non direttamente della struttura è che gli amici a 4 zampe sono ben accetti, ma nel bar convenzionato con la struttura no. Per cui abbiamo dovuto rimanere fuori dal bar per la colazione

Sistemazione carina, non lontana dalla stazione fs, ma priva di parcheggio

Bella la stanza, terrazzino molto carino, bagno con tutto il necessario. Si trova a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro. Non c’è un parcheggio e non e’ sempre facile trovarlo vicino. Viene dato un voucher per una bevanda calda ed una brioche in un bel caffè lì vicino.

Purtroppo dalle 8.30/9 iniziavano i lavori in una stanza vicina e i rumori erano veramente forti, non si riusciva nemmeno a telefonare… averlo saputo prima non avrei prenotato, penso che avrebbero dovuto dirlo.

Ai Poeti è un B&B molto carino, a pochi passi dal centro di Brescia. La stanza era spaziosa e molto pulita, il letto comodo ed era dotata di tutti i servizi di cui avevo bisogno. OK il rapporto qualità prezzo

- La stanza non è per niente insonorizzata, la finestra affacciava sul cancelletto d'ingresso e ogni volta che veniva aperto e richiuso ci svegliavamo - la porta, una volta chiusa rimaneva con il battente aperto ed era facile guardare dentro la stanza. una cosa davvero inquietante sapere che mentre dormivamo qualcuno poteva avvicinarsi alla porta e spiarci - non era specificato che la colazione era al bar convenzionato e quindi limitata a cornetto e cappuccio

struttura per noi comoda, per esigenze familiari. Stanza ampia e ben rifinita. Letto comodo e buona dotazione di cuscini. La nostra stanza era dotata di un bel terrazzino. La struttura è nuova e pulita. Credo che con il tempo e l'esperienza si potrà solo migliorare.

La mancanza del bidet, per noi essenziale. La colazione è un po' "risicata", solo un cappuccino e una brioche o in alternativa un succo. Non era compreso neanche il caffè. E' vero che la dotazione della stanza prevede un bollitore con bustina di tè (ma niente tazze!) e una macchina per caffè con capsule, ma visto che la colazione si fa al bar, almeno un espresso bisognerebbe prevederlo.

Sehr wenig Möglichkeiten die Kleidung für eine Woche abzulegen. Der Kleiderschank hat nur eine Ablagefläche. Kühlschrank ist im Kleiderschrank installiert. Abluft und Kondenswasser gehen in den Schrank. Keine Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad. 2 Wandhaken für alle Handtücher. Toilettensitz droht bei jeder Berührung abzufallen. Nur ein Stuhl für 2 Personen. Keine Nachttischlampen. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Man erfährt viel über das Zusammenleben der Nachbarn. Morgens um 7.00 Uhr beginnt der Baulärm im Anbau des Hauses. Das schwere Eisentor dröhnt wie ein Tanker der gegen die Kaimauer fährt. Den Vermieter haben wir nie gesehen und auf Anfragen wurde nicht immer frendlch reagiert. Das Frühstück im 300m entfernten Cafe bestand lediglich aus einem Heißgetränk und einem Croissant. Fenste zeigen in einen verwahrlosen Hinterhof.

L’appartamento in zona residenziale, a 5 minuti a piedi da Piazza Garibaldi e poi dal centro. Comodissima modalità di ritiro chiavi. La camera grande , ben disposta , pulita, area condizionata, appoggio per valigie , scrivania con un set completo per caffè tisane acqua. Tv grande con accesso a pay tv. Letto comodissimo con doppio cuscino. Il bagno molto grande , ben organizzato , doccia comodissima. Cestini sia in bagno che in camera. Wi-Fi gratuita. Host super gentile e disponibile, ha risposto anche in tarda serata fornendo il codice per accedere alla pay tv. Ottimo anche il bar a pochi minuti di distanza dove fare colazione con un voucher. Parcheggi gratuiti nelle strette vicinanze. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.

A szoba viszonylag kicsi, de alvásra éppen elegendő volt. Tiszta volt, naponta takarítottak. A légkondi csendes, az ágyon a matrac kényelmes volt. Egy közeli bárban kaptunk reggelit, egy kávét (gyümölcslét) és egy péksütit, a nagy melegben ez elég is volt. A kommunikáció rendben működött, a kéréseimet figyelembe vették.

Jó elhelyezkedésű, kényelmes, modern szálláshely.

A szállás kb 20 perc sétára volt a vasútállomástól, és 10 percre az óvárostól. Járt ugyan helyijárat a főúton, de felesleges lett volna arra várni. A szoba, fürdőszoba mérete, felszereltsége megfelelő volt, az ágy nagyon kényelmes. A szekrényben egy minihűtőt is elhelyeztek, és volt kávégép, vízforraló is. A bejelentkezés flottul ment, minden tudnivalót megküldött a szállásadó, aki bármilyen kérés/kérdés esetén azonnal válaszolt és segített. Reggelihez napi voucherek álltak rendelkezésre, amit a közeli bárban lehetett beváltani. Főzési lehetőség nincs, de hát nem is ezért megy az ember. :)

Soggiorno breve ma perfetto

Ho soggiornato una notte in questa struttura durante una tappa a Brescia, posizione comoda e centrale, e ne sono rimasta molto soddisfatta. La camera era pulita, silenziosa e ben arredata, ideale per un riposo rigenerante. Il personale è stato cordiale e attento, pronto a fornire tutte le informazioni necessarie. Consigliata la camera con il terrazzino esterno. Un’ottima scelta anche per soggiorni brevi!

La cama, muy cómoda. El baño también cómodo,todo bastante nuevo.

Hubo dos incidencias, una con la cafetera y otra con el Aire Acondicionado que no funcionaba en una noche de calor. Pero se pudo arreglar antes de dormir y el anfitrión estuvo bastante pendiente.

Complessivamente l’albergo era piccolino ma carino

La zona è terribile. Ci sono cantieri aperti ovunque e non ho mai visto una persona italiana. Sembrava di stare in un paese straniero . Non ho avuto l’impressione di stare in una zona molto sicura. L’albergo sembrava carino ma poco curato nei dettagli. Mancava il sapone nella doccia e ho trovato dei peli vicino al bollitore. Nel corridoio c’era un leggero odore di fumo piuttosto fastidioso . Non sono riuscita a restare. Me ne sono andata senza neanche dormirci. Ho lasciato la tassa di soggiorno sul tavolino e sono andata.
