The room with no window, dark. The breakfast was very poor and not fresh.

Overall, it was comfortable and great to stay at this hotel!!

As it was very close to my friend’s house, I chose this hotel to stay.

They forgot to charge two nights that I had stayed for, so I had to go back there to pay for one more night.

Pleasant

Make sure you will not be charged twice as happened to us. When booing, I chose to pay at the hotel and there was no indication that my credit card will be charged prior to our arrival. However, that happened and we were not notified at the hotel that our credit card was charged and paid again. We had to take care of getting a refund ourselves from Booking.com. It was a Hussle and, shouldn't have happened. We choose hotels which work with Booking.com because we trust them to be fair and not to occupy us after our vacation ended.

Good

The room was ok and had the basic facilities. Cleaning was good, but for a sensitive nose the strong smell of detergent might be an issue. Breakfast was better then expected for Italy.

We stayed for a whole week and I would have appreciated better ventilation (very humid in the room) and some more power outputs in the room. The was only one next to the bed, I had to unplug the reading light to charge my phone. Also a small fridge in the room would have been nice.

All rooms above ground floor and the information on elevator in the building is misleading, as this is the "service elevator". When we arrive with wheelchair absolutely no assistance to get up steep stairs. Information - I speak Italian - that elevator was out of service, was incorrect: In fact, the staff just did not want to empty their sevice elevator at 09:30 PM, nor take laundry out of the way. Even then on 1st floor various steps up or down on the same level.

Air condition not working - terrible grumpy staff

only the location was OK. The rest to forget

Air conditioning not working - the room could not cool down even after hours of air conditioning on. Told this problem to the staff: he was annoyed and simply said "give it time". Result: the room temperature was always above 27 degrees.

Nice stop!

Everything was fantastic. We were traveling as a couple with the dog and stayed at the hotel for one night. Location wise the hotel is 7 min drive from the Franciacorta outlet village. The room is renovated, very clean. There's a big onsite parking. Also, we really enjoyed the dinner and the breakfast at the restaurant (even though they were not included in our booking). The food was really tasty. Breakfast is a huge one with ham, cheese, yogurt, muesli, juice, brioche, and cappuccino.
