Easy communication with hotel stuff. Very polite stuff, ready to help also with advice on what to visit. The reception is open all night. The room was big enough for 3 adults, with comfortable beds. Clean room. Good breakfast. Free parking around the hotel.
I know that is not on the hotel, but during next morning of our stay there was a strange and slightly unpleasant smell in the part of town where the hotel is located. Although it is really close to the highway on the map, you have to drive a little longer to get to the hotel, which is not a disadvantage of the hotel itself.

Very calm, clean and comfortable hotel. Here You can rest and have great spot for visiting Bresia. I was in this hotel 20 times already and I am not going to change ;-)
