Perfect stay, it is my second stay there and I am pretty sure it won't be the last

Τhe location is SUPERB and the staff is amongst the friendliest and helpful I have seen in my travels! The bed is super comfortable and the pillows. Oh, the pillows!! I wish I had remembered to ask them where did they get them from.

Nothing to add here. There are some minor details, but in the end they really don't matter all things considered

A cozy gem in the heart of the city

The person at the reception desk was exceptionally polite, helpful and gave excellent recommendations. The bathroom had all the essentials. The hotel itself had a lovely rustic feel and was situated in a prime location. Lots of great shops, restaurants and sights nearby. The breakfast was nice.

It was very hot (early October) with no way to turn down or switch off the heating. Opening the window was not an option if we wanted to get plenty of sleep - it's a good location and naturally there was lots of partying on our doorstep.

Lovely room in central Brescia plus some minor issues

Centralissimo!! location, easy walk from the undergrtound car park at pza Vittoria, very efficient and friendly receptionist with excellent command of english, Lift. Room was on the top floor (nobody above us) as requested, WiFi works, bed comfy, towels soft. Would come again as one does need to walk anywhere being in the centre already.

The extractor fan in the bathroom was struggling, giving out end of life noises. Probably needs to be replaced. The curtain on the door was broken, one could not lift it, making room light difficult to achieve. Not sure what the function of it was as the door had milky glass anyway. All in all room needs some TLC

Exceptional location! Right in the centre, surrounded by several great restaurants an attractions. Spacious room with a lovely view from the balcony and comfortable beds. Good breakfast and very friendly staff.

Good to stay here, no issues, good staff.

I would like to recommend the accommodation due to location. We arrived by car and left it on free parking near the castle. It was 5-10 mins by walk. We really liked he mattress which was comfortable. The room size was quite enough for a couple, bathroom was smaller but for short stay quite so sufficient. The street outside is more busy.

Good choice

I loved the position - in the heart of the old town , surrounded by great eateries, and close to everything We had a wonderful room with two balconies , overlooking the street - I am not sure what any of the other rooms would be like. We left the window ajar to listen to the gentle hubbub of people enjoying themselves into the evening

Comfortable stay

We had a spacious room with a balcony, a spacious bathroom, everything was clean. Very kind stuff. The hotel is just in the centre, but we didn't hear any noise from the street, it was ok.

Simple breakfast, with warm buns and pancakes, but no eggs for example.

Happy if brief stay.

Great location. Easy to get to from the train station on the Metro. Near most of what you’d want to see and surrounded by many bars and restaurants. Very helpful staff. Quiet room. Comfortable bed. Pretty good breakfast. Good value.

Bathroom could use some updating. On the other hand it and the room was very clean. Some of the hotels we stayed at were overpriced. This is not one of them. I’ll take the bathroom as is over a more expensive room.

Very good

Lovely quirky little hotel, right in the middle of Brescia and literally yards from the main squares and all the tourist areas. 15 minutes walking from the railway station. Staff were very welcoming. I would happily recommend this place for a stopover in Brescia.

For us, because of the old and quirky nature of the property, the bathroom for our room was slightly tricky to use, having several steps up and down inside. Other rooms may not have similar concerns. For younger people, this wouldn't be any issue. It didn't prevent us enjoying our stay.

Perfect location, right in the center of Brescia. All places of interest easily reached on foot. Good restaurants close by.

Free parking option recommended by hotel is around 400 meters away, but beware it is quite an uphill. To be considered when you have luggage. Breakfast room is rather small and choice is limited.

Great place to stay in Brescia!

The hotel is very cozy, great location and the staff is nice and helpful. I liked the room and it has everything you need (good hair dryer); it's clean and silent during the night. I could not get breakfast because I needed to leave early so they offered to give me some muffins and biscuits to take away, very thoughtful.

Comfy bed, clean room and perfect location

No parking at the hotel as per booking.com filters ("free parking" description is not correct). Room was overheated in winter and no option to set the temperature ourselves, we had to open the window in December... No hot water in the shower, very mild temperature. Low quality breakfast.

Location is great! Right in the Center, 10 minutes walk from train station. Very nice room, big bathroom.

It's very noisy, bring earplugs if you are a sensitive sleeper! Breakfast is rather poor. Apples not washed.
