A pleasant stay with beautiful views on the lake!

The location is very good, with lots of on-site parking. The room was spacious, with a comfy bed and pillows, a nice bathroom, good air conditioning, and a minibar. The pool was great for cooling down, and there was a pool bar where you could get drinks in the afternoon. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choices and friendly staff providing good service. Last but not least, the location was excellent — about a 10-minute walk down to the lake and the town center, with bars, restaurants, and a few supermarkets.

I believe that when the hotel is fully booked, the pool area might feel a bit small and may not have enough sunbeds. However, there are also lots of tables and chairs to sit at — just not to lie down on.

A delightful small Italian hotel with an amazing staff.

The staff were all excellent. Breakfast was extremely good. Good location - a short walk to the little town. Beautifully quiet.I appreciated the bike room availability.

Bedroom and bathroom are very nicely appointed but very small. Having a shower you keep banging into the taps and door and I am quite small! I think in an hotel of this quality, I don’t expect shower gel and shampoo bottles attached to the wall so difficult to use.

Breakfast was good, and our room had a great view of the lake. Staff were friendly. Dinner, reduced by 10% for guests, was good value. Stylist hotel.

It was a fair climb up from the station with luggage. The pool is summer only. It was very quiet when we were there. Small room.

I'd come back 100%

The place is amazing. First of all it's situated bit up the hill and the view is increadible on the lake and the mountains. The girls on the reception are super welcoming and nice and helpful. We've took the bikes right there, so convenient! The hotel itself is modern, well designed, I personally love the colour combination. So cozy. We've also took an advantage of spa- the massage. It was probably the best massage I've had in many many years! The masseuse is just great! I truly regret I took only 30 mins. The room was cozy with no balcony but with a lake view. Super comfortable bed and soft pillows. To conclude we had a wonderful stay and this is a place that you want to come back to. Thank you!

Only that the mini bar wasn't filled with the listed drinks. But that's just a little unserious thing.

nice, frindly and supporitive service all day long; good breakfast with "brioche", small selecion of local cheeses and salami, fresh made polenta and scrambled eggs; possibility to rent bikes; nice outside pool; rooms with a lovely view over the lake iseo; 10 minute walk to the historic downtown;

the towels need not be changed every day;

Please fix the air conditioning, otherwise great.

A great hotel with excellent staff and a high quality restaurant and great chef... BUT, before you book, if it is summer ask them if the AIRCONDITIONING IS FIXED. It was extremely noisy. It was summer so we had two options, turn off the AC and be very hot, or have it on and not get enough sleep due to the noise. I hope it's fixed by now because everything else is excellent.

Homely, Efficient and Friendly Welcome

Alfio and Francesca made our stay very memorable and enjoyable. Comfy beds, cosy rooms and a lovely pool by the terrace. Service was very good, drinks were very reasonably priced and the staff made every effort to accommodate all our requests.

Above expectations

We booked this hotel for a little longer holiday. The weather at lake Iseo was expertregister to be sunny and nice, so we booked the best looking hotel and it was a very good choice. The hotel looks and smells brand new. The staff is super friendly. We got 2 welcome drinks at arrival and a little gift when leaving. Even when just sitting outside, they asked if they coupe do something for us. We even booked an extra night, which was no problem and fixed in 1 minute. For breakfast we had to fill in a form what we want the next day and then it was served on the table. The list was 2 A4 (!) and the choice was very big and divers. The room was perfect and above all: the bed. Wow, so comfy. Fridge, tea/coffee, airco, dimm curtains, the amenities in the bathroom, the view on the lake. Just superb. I would have loved to the take the pillows with me :)!

To only little thing is, when showering, the floor gets quite wet. Maybe other or better doors?

Super Hotel a Pisogne

Piacevole il drink di benvenuto. Staff cortese e gentile con mille informazioni. Facilità di accesso al riparo per la bicicletta. Confort della camera. Bagno completo di cabina doccia. Buon dormire letto comodo, camera isonorizzata, tv di giuste dimensioni. Ottima colazione abbondante e variegata. Comodità della chiave digitale che apre tutto anche fuori orario. Registrazione e ceck-out rapidi.

Forse troppo caldo nella camera. Pericoloso (secondo me) gli scalini che separano tavolone del buffett dalla zona colazione, con i piatti in mano si rischia di scivolare o inciampare.

Schönes Hotel an guter Lage nahe See und schöne Aussicht. SPA nur mit Badekleider!

Schönes Hotel in wenigen Gehminuten zur Piazza und Seepromenade. Freundliche Direktorin und vielseitiges Frühstücksbuffet. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und praktisch. Gerne wieder.

In Italien ist bei SPA Benutzung Badekleider Tragepflicht. Wir hatten keine dabei. Der Hinweis fehlte auf der Bestätigung und wäre bei der "automatischen Antwort/Benachrichtigung kurz vor Anreise" hilfreich gewesen. Ostertage bei 10 Grad hätten wir gern den Spa Bereich benutzt.

Es hätte ein kleines mehr an Wurst Auswahl zum Frühstück gegeben können aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau denn mit alles anderen Angeboten haben sie geglänzt!!
