Peaceful Stay in the Countryside

We stayed one night during a road trip and really enjoyed the peaceful, remote location. The room was spacious, clean, and well-decorated, though the mattress was a bit too soft for my taste. Rooms open to the shared breakfast area, so it can be a bit noisy in the morning. Breakfast was nicely prepared with sweet or salty options, labeled with our room name. The host was friendly and helpful, gave us a great restaurant tip and helped with the reservation. The presence of dogs and horses on the property added to the relaxed, countryside feel.

An incredibly pleasant stay!

This place was wonderful! We were a little hesitant at first due to the location but once we arrived we were greeted with sweet horses in the front yard, a welcoming host, and a beautiful home. The breakfast was tasty (I had the sweet option which was very filling, the savory option was on the lighter side) and the entire place was clean and chic. I would definitely recommend this to anyone staying in the area. The grey room had huge windows, lots of light, and a cute balcony.

The location, although the bus stop is conveniently located at the end of the street and the horses make up for it.

Not worth a stay

The property in country side.

Breakfast facilities outside your bedroom which makes lots of noise and disturb you. Breakfast prepared at ?7.00 am or earlier and was ice cold when we visited at 9.00 am.

The wifi reception was a not great, and therefor the Netflix as well didn't really work. Plenty of local tv channels if you speak Italian.

Shockingly rude host

We were shocked by the unacceptable behavior of the hostess. It was raining when we arrived. The hostess Michaela refused to let us in (the entrance to our apartment was outside the building) saying that she DID NOT WANT TO GO OUTSIDE BECAUSE OF THE RAIN. She told us to wait in the car because ‘the weather was bad and she did not want to get wet’. We could not believe how rude this was. We had to literally demand her to come outside and hand us the key. After having prepaid for this apartment! We DO NOT recommend this property. The host was unkind and arrogant, the location is not good, it is definitely not worth the money.

Exceptional

This was a lovely farm stay, close to the lake and with a great view of the mountains. There are horses and dogs in the front yard, bicycles for rent (mine was actually for free) and the rooms are quite spacious. The villa is close to a supermarket and a bunch of restaurants but it's also situated on a quiet road so noise pollution is not a problem. The breakfast was simple but very good. Everything was great, definitely one of the most memorable places I have been to.

Villa per modo di dire...

La proprietaria non è per niente cordiale, le camere erano fredde e non sono insonorizzate purtroppo si sente tutto.. La presa del bagno non funzionava e la placchetta si staccava facilmente..Il soffione della doccia era scarso da 4 soldi, insomma non è questa gran villa di lusso che vuole far credere miss simpatia.. Assolutamente non vale la pena il costo delle camere.

La struttura è ben tenuta e le camere pulite e ben arredate, bella la vasca idromassaggio esterna a disposizione degli ospiti.

Critiche costruttive: stanze da letto che affacciano nella sala per la colazione (capisco che lo spazio è quello che è ma se capitano ospiti chiacchieroni chi dorme nelle stanze è penalizzato) cane della proprietà che abbaia 20' prima che qualcuno lo porti fuori empatia dei proprietari migliorabile check in alle 16:30 è un po' tardivo Aggiornamento in risposta alla proprietà: la richiesta di check-in anticipato era stata fatta, probabilmente non le è arrivata, pazienza

Struttura in una posizione abbastanza comoda e piacevole. Molto carina la stanza green e la sala d accoglienza/colazione. Pulizia della stanza impeccabile e letto comodo.

Peccato per i servizi leggermente più scarsi delle aspettative vista la location. Qualche malfunzionamento elettrico all interno del bagno e nel cancello esterno.. nonostante la titolare sia molto disponibile e cordiale telefonicamente non vi è sempre la presenza fisica di personale.

Nelle vicinanze del Lago d'Iseo in un posto tranquillo

Struttura di recente costruzione nella campagna di Costa Volpino a due minuti da Lovere e Pisogne sul lago d'Iseo. Perfetta per chi ama stare in posti tranquilli. Colazione veramente buona e abbondante. Parcheggio interno per auto. Camera abbastanza spaziosa con bagno perfetto.
