It was fantastic. Very clean and bright room with bath and shower. There is coffee, tea and slippers in the room. Great service. you can eat at the Vulcano restaurant.

Good hotel for holiday but not for work.

Nice room, modern feel and great location next to the lake.

Not for work related trips, no desk and slow WiFi. Room was very cold upon arrival. Breakfast was very limited.

Nice room, amazing view, and some special details.

Very nice and modern room, wonderful view! The stuff was very helpful and friendly. We’ve got surprised about some details in the room, for example, the wash basin had a glass bottom, very fancy.

It’s next to the main road, our room had a window towards the street, some noise during the day because of the motorbikes

Staff were disappointing and not client-oriented.

Hotel staff is very rude and unpleasant. I accidentally made a booking error with wrong date, but after referring to the hotel staff was told that all they want is money and I have to pay both for wrong date and next day with higher price, if I want to stay at the hotel. I told them when they have messaged me at 7 pm with the question when I am going to arrive I have replied that I will be arriving at 2.30 pm tomorrow that automatically means that I got dated wrong. I asked them to consider a 50% charge, but the manager refused. Manager said its booking that charges and they cant do anything about it, which is a complete lie! After all I was charged for the night and never gone for the next night. I can't judge the hotel itself, but the staff is definitely incompetent and rude!

Not much happening in town, but only 15 min walk to Lovere. The room has these led panels for door and AC, keeping the room from being dark at night. No safe for valuables.

Fabulous, beautiful, awesome.

This is a beautiful spot. One problem, there is no bus to Costa, no train and no taxi. The hotel is approx 2.5 km from Lovere where the bus stops. So don’t take a lot of luggage. Our hosts were wonderful as we had big suitcases so they fetched us from the bus stop and took us back again. If you have little luggage, it is a pleasant half hour walk. One of the real gems of Italy on Lake Iseo. Fabulous.

A proper kettle would have been nice. But the coffee machine sufficed.

Amazing View, modern room!

Traveling by car around the lakes of Italy (Garda, Como, etc) one evening I ended up on lake Iseo. Late in the evening I realized that I had forgotten to book a hotel. At the beginning I was quite calm, I hoped that as usual there wouldn’t be any problems with it but it turned out that all the hotels were busy. I even tried to go to the hotels to ask for available rooms but no. And at 21:30, being in a panic, I booked a hotel just choosing beautiful photos and excellent option available for check-in until 23:00. Realizing that it is a 40-minute drive along the shore to the opposite part of the lake, I decided to take a risk and go and if everything is as in the photos, it's worth it! And you know what? In the end, I changed all my plans and stayed at Vulkan Palace for 3 days!!! I stayed in rooms 72 and 71. I recommend it even to the most demanding guests. No breakfast for me it's a plus you can sleep as long as you want and don't have to wake up just for going for breakfast. I like to have breakfast after 11)

Bella struttura moderna

Struttura moderna e recentemente ristrutturata, molto curata nei dettagli. Camera molto spaziosa, pulita e luminosa. Letto sospeso comodo con cuscini in Memory comodissimi. Posizione ottima fronte lago, si può raggiungere a piedi con una bella passeggiata la città vicina di Lovere (20 Min a piedi) non c'è parcheggio subito attacco ma se ne trova comunque vicino. Molto bella la sala da bigliardo.

La doccia è molto bella ma essendo in centro alla stanza mancava un posto dove appoggiare gli asciugamani, anche solo degli appendini. Le finestre sono grandi e luminose, molto belle, ma le tende sono trasparenti e quindi di sera non danno privacy, soprattutto con il fatto che una dava sul letto e una direttamente sulla doccia.

Habitación 64, muy amplia y muy luminosa. Cama y almohadas muy cómodas, ventanas excelentes, eran las fiestas del pueblo cuando fuimos y la insonorización es excelente. El hotel tiene billar y agua y café en la habitación gratuitos. Una estancia muy agradable a escasos metros del lago.
