I often visit Schwerin and this apartment was the worst I've ever stayed in.

The room was not cleaned. There was an unpleasant smell that was not ventilated; it lasted for all 5 days. The bed linen was terrible. The pillow was left over from the war.

Highly recommended if not too hot

Unable to open windows fully. This could be an issue if it’s hot but the sky windows are ok if it’s only warm. Toilet needs fixing but works.

Superb

Second stay at the flat. I like it. Kitchen, bath, bedroom and all the necessary stuff you need for a 1-3 week trip on vacation or business. Easy check-in and check-out, very nice landlord and easy to communicate with.

Especially at night you hear the trains, I don't care. But for those, wo might have a light sleep, this might be a bit disturbing.

obwohl die Wohnung sehr gut gelegen ist, würde ich sie nicht mehr buchen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr nahe an der Stadtmitte gelegen.

Direkt am Haus fuhren die Straßenbahnen vorbei und durch die Häuserschlucht war der Lärm enorm. Man hat das Vorbeifahren sogar im 3. Stock gespürt. Vermieter antwortet nicht auf Mailanfragen.

Apartment in Innenstadtnähe - für ein paar Tage okay

Geräumiges Zimmer, großer Tisch. Aufenthalt war für ein paar Nächte okay. Die Straßenbahn fährt direkt vor dem Gebäude vorbei. Zur Innenstadt sind es zu Fuß circa acht Minuten.

Die Lichtquelle im Bad; nur am Spiegel, ich habe immer noch das Licht im Flur angemacht. Eine Deckenlampe im Bad wäre gut. Der Toilettendeckel ist locker. Der Kühlschrank ist klein, aber für ein paar Sachen ist Platz. Mehr Möglichkeiten für Sachen zum Abstellen im Bad wäre gut.

Neu eingerichtetes Apartment im 2.Stock mit guter Anbindung

Wir fanden eine neu eingerichtete Wohnung vor; die alten Möbel standen noch vor dem Apartment im Flur. Schlafen konnten wir gut. Die nahe Anbindung an S-Bahn und Bus war optimal. Sogar der Bahnhof Mitte war fußläufig zu erreichen. Die City war näher als erwartet.

Die Dusche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen: dunkle Flecken in den Ecken.
