Sauberkeit, gute Matratze, ruhige Lage , einfache, unkomplizierte und zuverlässige Kommunikation mit Vermieter!
Heizung im Bad war eher kühl ( wir haben aber auch nicht um Verbesserung gebeten)
Bei den Dachschrägen am Bett muss man gut aufpassen…😉

Hübsches kleines Apartment mit überdachter Terrasse, in einem begrünten Hinterhof gelegen.
In zentraler Lage, nur ca. 20 Gehminuten vom Zentrum oder von der Kongresshalle entfernt. Etwa 10 Gehminuten sind es zur Bahnstation Schwerin Mitte.
Das Apartment ist klein, aber freundlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, mit allem was man braucht.
In naher Umgebung gibt es mehrere Restaurants und Schnellrestaurants, einen Supermarkt, ein Kino und zwei urige Kneipen.
Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber ist freundlich, das Apartment ist sehr schön sauber.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Die Verdunklungsvorhänge ließen sich nur sehr schwer öffnen/schließen, da die Hakenleiste defekt ist.
Die Schiebetür des Kleiderschranks ist ebenfalls schwer zu öffnen, da die Tür nicht ganz gerade ist.
Die Matratzen sind ziemlich fest, was mir persönlich nicht so gut gefällt.
