Cosy and quiet - ideals for walks.

The location is close to Schwerin Castle and not far away from lakes where you can swim in natural surroundings. The kitchenette and the table and seats outside are nice. The trains cannot be heard, although the rails ade very close.

The sleeping situation on the second floor is very tight for two people, especially when the temperatures are high.

Tha apartment was cute and cozy.

The owner was not straightforward about the wifi situation. It wasn't the biggest problem but instead of being honest about it, he kept me waiting for the wifi code. Most likely there was not wifi connection.

Das Bett ist mit ca. 140 Breite für 2 Personen etwas knapp. Dadurch dass es im Dachgeschoss steht sind an beiden Seiten Schrägen und für große Personen schwierig.

Ein wunderbares Refugium in Schwerin

Es war ein wirklich schönes Refugium für meinen Aufenthalt in Schwerin. Es hat alles gehabt was man braucht.

Das warme Wasser reicht nicht um die Badewanne zu füllen. HQ3 ist nicht geeignet für sehr grosse Personen

Praktisches Tiny Haus in n ruhiger Lage

Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in wenigen Minuten im Stadtzentrum. Das Häuschen war sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Es war sehr ruhig.

Die Küchenausstattung ist minimalistisch. Im Schlafbereich hat man sich, bedingt durch die Dachschräge, öfter mal den Kopf gestoßen.

Schöne Unterkunft in Schwerin

Es ist alles wie beschrieben. Schöne ruhig gelegene Unterkunft; selbst bei hohen Temperaturen durch einen entsprechenden Vorhang schön kühl, inkl. Insektenschutz. Check-In und check-out super bequem. Man muss nur aufpassen, dass man sich nicht aus Versehen aus sperrt 😉. In 10 Geh-Minuten befinden sich auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein Pizzaservice (wer zu später Stunde anreist); Supermarkt (REWE) hat bis 23:30 geöffnet. Parkplätze stehen im öffentlichen Raum zur Verfügung (APP-Parken von Mo.-Sa. 8:00-20:00 Uhr). Unterkunft kann man ausdrücklich empfehlen!

Das Miniappartement bietet auf kleinstem Raum alles was man für ein paar Nächte braucht.

Ich habe schlecht geschlafen, weiß aber nicht genau woran es liegt: Bett zu weich? Raumklima? Straßenlärm? Jedenfalls wäre es unmöglich gewesen, mit geschlossenem Fenster zu schlafen, aber es offen zu haben war auch nicht gut.

Ruhiger, charmanter Rückzugsort mit gemütlichem Garten

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Tiny-House mit einem kleinen Außensitzbereich. Toller kleiner Garten. Mein HQ war mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet und sehr angenehm ruhig. Das Check-in war ganz unkompliziert über einen Schlüsselsafe und Code. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (5-10 Min zu Fuß zu Aldi und Rewe), Bahn und Tram-Haltestelle sind auch recht nahe. Die Fußgängerzone und das Schloss kann man in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Ich habe mich im Appartment mit Gartenblick sehr wohl gefühlt.

Es hat mich persönlich nicht gestört, sollte man nur wissen, dass HQ liegt etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt, die Fußgängerzone ist etwa 15 Fußminuten entfernt - dafür ist es sehr ruhig gelegen.

Schönes Wochenende in einer lebenswerten Stadt

Die Lage der Fewo ist zentral und ruhig. In wenigen Gehminuten ist man am Schloss oder am Marienplatz. Die Fewo HQ1 ist gut ausgestattet, war sauber und recht gemütlich. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war freundlich, der Check-in unkompliziert über Schlüsselsafe.

Die Ausstattung war für ein Wochenende und 2 Personen sehr gut. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre sie mir persönlich zu klein. Sie entspricht aber genau den Fotos und der Größenangabe in der Beschreibung. Das Preisniveau in den Schweriner Restaurants und Cafés ist stark gestiegen und kann mit Hamburg mithalten.

Sehr stilvoll, super Lage, perfekt für Alleinreisende

Ich habe 5 Tage im Tiny House verbringen dürfen und war begeistert, von der Einrichtung, der Ruhe trotz der zentralen Lage und der Freundlichkeit des Vermieters. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Unterkunft und Wetter gut, viel gesehen, war gut essen. Ein gelungener Urlaub.

Von der Unterkuft aus ist fußläufig alles schnell erreichbar, Altstadt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten öffnetliche Verkehrsmittel. Im oberen Zimmer ist alles was man braucht. Hell und freundlich. Herd jedoch gewöhnungsbedürftig. Der erbetene Stuhl, damit man sich nach draußen setzen kann stand bereit und wurde von mir auch viel genutzt. Leider ist die Treppe sehr steil, würde beim nächsten mal ebenerdig buchen.

Der Handlauf der Treppe hätte bis über die Treppe gehen müssen, für ältere Personen etwas schierig, ebenso hätte auf der anderen Seite der Treppe vielleicht ein Sichereheitsgitter, mehr sichereheit gebracht. Leider geht man bei dieser Unterkunft eher von Kurzreisenden aus, da reicht einmal Handtücher. Ich war jedoch länger da. Gott sei Dank nette Reinigungskraft, diese hat mich dann noch versorgt. Das Fenster im Bad könnte bis oben einen Sichtschutz gebrauchen, man fühlt sich doch beobachtet. Badewanne etwas zu hoch, Dusche wäre es besser gewesen.

Sehr ruhig. Relativ zentrumsnah. Alles sehr unkompliziert.

Nicht geeignet für Menschen mit Einschränkung, wegen der Treppe und der eingeschränkten Bewegungsfreiheit.
