Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist für einen Stadtaufenthalt optimal. Für eine "Premium-Bewertung" könnte das Objekt noch etwas aufgehübscht werden, z.B. mit Bildern an den überwiegend weißen Wänden. Sehr störend waren die Knackgeräusche des Fußbodens in der gesamten Wohnung mit Ausnahme des Bades. Man konnte keinen Schritt gehen, ohne dass es "knarzte", und das nicht gerade leise.
