A lot of unexpected surprises

There were no people in the apartment

The problem with the entrance to the apartment. Hopefully we managed, but for couple of hours we weren’t able to reach the landlady, so we used the hotline. With the help of the employee, we managed to enter and sleep in the apartment.

Stilvoll eingerichtet, mit allem, was man benötigt. Sehr nahe dem Zentrum und mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut vernetzt. Sehr freundliche und gut erreichbare Vermieterin.

Leider hat uns ein defekter Rauchmelder die Nacht gestört, was jedoch eher ein technisches Problem war.

Die Unterkunft können wir leider nur anhand der Kommunikation bewerten - und diese war mehr als schlecht. Zur Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung können wir leider nicht sagen, weil wir die Reise nicht antreten konnten.

Wegen einer kurzfristigen Erkrankung mussten wir das Zimmer stornieren. Vom Veranstalter wurden wir gebeten, uns direkt mit der Unterkunft in Verbindung zu setzen. Auf unsere Anfrage, ob auf Grund unseres besonderen Umstandes eine kostenlose Stornierung möglich ist, wurde uns nicht geantwortet.

Sehr moderne und individuelle Ausstattung. Komfortabel. Alles ds, was nan braucht, auch bei Selbstversorgung. 10 Minuten Fußweg bis zur Innenstadt und 5 Minuten bis zum Bahnhof top.

Es war in der Beschreibung der Ferienwohnung nicht ersichtlich, dass die Küche gemeinschaftlich genutzt wird. Nach Rückfrage liegt das wohl an Booking. Haustür war nur selten verschlossen.

Super Unterkunft für kurze und lange Trips nach Schwerin.

Unkomplizierte Anreise, kostenloser Parkplatz, saubere, gemütliche Unterkunft. Man konnte den Schlafbereich komplett abdunkeln. Wir durften auf Nachfrage das Auto auch nach der Check-out Zeit noch auf dem Parkplatz stehen lassen, um in der Stadt zu frühstücken.

Es war ein bisschen lauter, wenn die Nachbarn die Tür auf und zu schließen. Auch die Straßenbahn hört man etwas, aber uns hat es nicht groß gestört.

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Die Lage zum Erkunden der Innenstadt war gut. Das Schloss ist in 15 minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Altstadt und Hauptbahnhof in weniger als 10 Minuten. Ausstattung war gut. Parkplatz direkt im Hinterhof.

Der Aufenthalt war super angenehm und ich würde jederzeit wieder diese Adresse buchen.

Besonders gefallen hat uns die Sauberkeit des Zimmers und die Ausstattung der Gemeinschaftsküche. Außerdem ist die Verkehrsanbindung (Straßenbahnhaltestelle vor der Haustür) super, denn so kann man sein Auto auf dem kostenfreien Parkplatz, der zur Ferienwohnung gehört, stehen lassen.

Ein bisschen störend war die Hellhörigkeit in den Zimmern und dass kein Fliegen-/Mückenschutz vor den Fenstern angebracht ist.

letto comodissimo, stanza arredata bene, veramente accogliente, era un piacere starci. Posizione comoda perché vicina al

camera accogliente, ben arredata e luminosa, con una bella finestra che dà su una nel quartiere residenziale della città. cucina in camera ed anche in comune con tutto il necessario.

la posizione non é esattamente un centro, nonostante sia una camminata di 20 minuti circa.

Sehr angenehm

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Ausschaltung gab’s im Komplettpaket über Kaffeemaschine, Töpfe, Messer, Föhn, Schränke etc. Sehr schönes Geschirr passend zur Einrichtung. Für die Kinder gab es super niedliche Bettwäsche. Ein Smart TV für ein gemeinsamen Filmeabend nach einem lange Tag in der schönen Stadt. Ein sehr großes Bad und für jeden genug Handtücher. Es war wirklich schön. Wir würden jederzeit wieder Buchen. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt vor einer Straßenbahn und unsere Unterkunft war zu Straßenbahn hin, aber es hat überhaupt nicht gestört.

Das einzige , was man eventuell bemängeln könnte ist, dass im kleinen Schlafzimmer keine Gardinen gab. Dadurch waren unsere Kinder immer sehr früh wach und nachts war auch der bewegungsmelder für Licht vom haus gegenüber immer mal wieder sehr hell.

USB-Nachttischlampe funktionierte nicht (war nicht geladen?). Auf den Fotos kommt es so rüber, als ob Wasserkocher und die kleine MiniKüchenzeile im Zimmer wären, war jedoch außerhalb und daher eine Gemeinschaftsküche. Ist kein Problem, könnte aber in der Beschreibung erwähnt werden. Die Straßenbahn hört man als deutliches dumpfes Rumpeln bei offenem Fenster. Als Berliner hat es uns nicht gestört, sollte aber vielleicht auch in der Beschreibung erwähnt werden.

Wir haben die Tage genossen und nichts hat uns aus der Ruhe gebracht

Die Lage war gut, Leider hatte Schwerin sehr viele Baustellen. Wir haben kostenlos geparkt. Das Haus und das Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Die keine Küche war gut eingerichtet und man konnte eine Gemeinschaftsküche mit nutzen. Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle und Kaffeemachine.

Leider war die Wohnung im 2 Stockwerk. Ich hatte das nicht erfragt. Da ich etwas Gehbehindert bin, war es mühselig.

Sehr sauber und gute Lage.

Schöne Wohungseinrichtung, großes Bad, zentrale Lage, sehr saubere und großzügige Wohnung.

Leider konnte man keine Heizung anmachen. Es war zwar Ende Mai, aber das Wetter war viel zu kalt und man hätte abends gut eine Heizung vertragen, v.a. im Bad. Zudem hörte man die Trambahn durch die geschlossenen Fenster, was zum Schlafen nicht so angenehm war. Im 2. Schlafzimmer gab es weder Vorhänge noch Rolladen.
