A gem in less traveled Schwerin

Great location, walking distance to the castle, boat charters, restaurants, pubs, and shopping.

Nowhere to park. Fortunately the underground garage at the nearby mall was only €10/day

Good choice for a short stay

Great location, comfortable beds, good size room. Walking distance to castle and restaurants. Furniture was pretty good overall. Dishwasher and oven were good.

Shower was barely functional, sink fixtures also not easy to use. What looks like an overhead shower is just the frame of a once-functioning unit, that was disappointing. Pillows on the beds were not so good. Toaster didn't work. Towels were kind of musty smelling.

The apartment is in the middle of the old town, close to all attractions. Clean and friendly arranged apartment. Kitchen fully equipped. Nice balcony.

Because the shower handle was broken, it was difficult to adjust hot water (you have to be very careful or you'll get the whole shower knob out). The bed in the bedroom is small with 3 sides up, so a person ~2m can't fit in it. It was a problem when we asked for an extra towel (since we only stayed 2 nights). They don't have a locker for the suitcases in case you come earlier or want to leave your bag(s) for a few hours.

Schwerin ist immer wieder eine Reise wert.

Schwerin ist eine tolle Stadt - die Lage der Unterkunft war perfekt. Aussicht von der Dachterrasse war besonders.

In der Wohnung gab es eine sehr steile Treppe zum Schlafzimmer. Ziemlich gefährlich würde ich sagen. Die Stufen sehr klein und glatt. Einfach hoch und runter war schwierig und wir sind noch sehr fit.

Ein schönes langes Wochenende in Schwerin

Unkompliziertes Check In, super Lage für Stadtbummel durch die Altstadt, Shopping und Schlossbesuch. Kurze Wege zu verschiedenen Restaurants und Cafes, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Moderne zweckmäßige Einrichtung mit genug Platz für 3 Personen. Parkmöglichkeiten in Parkhäusern und auf Parkplätzen im Umkreis von ca. 500 m (z.B. Parkplatz Altstadt mit 10 € je Tag, keine 10 min Fußweg zur Wohnung)

In einer Ferienwohnung für 3 bis 4 Personen wären ggf. auch 4 Sessel nicht schlecht (anstatt 2). Aber das ist eher Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Es war alles in Ordnung in der Wohnung und wir haben nichts zu bemängeln

Auf der Homepage steht,daß Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden sind,aber es gibt keine Parkplätze in direkter Nähe.Es wäre als Hinweis für gehbehinderte Menschen von großer Bedeutung. Wir mußten im Parkhaus parken und pro Nacht 24,-€ (gesamt 48,-€) bezahlen und das ist nicht gerade günstig..........

Schöne Tage in der kleinsten Landeshauptstadt

Die Lage der Wohnung ist klasse. In den Betten haben wir prima (ver-) schlafen. Wie schon sehr oft erwähnt, ist die steile Treppe zum Schlafbereich nicht gefahrlos. Man muss schon konzentriert sein. Und wenn man nachts aufs Klo muss, ist eine Taschenlampe zwingend erforderlich, wenn man seinen Bettnachbar nicht mit hellem Deckenlicht unsanft aufwecken will. Das Bewegungslicht an den Stufen funktioniert nicht, das im Schlafzimmer am Bett springt bei jeder Drehung an. Ansonsten alles sehr schoen.

Die beiden Clubsessel im Wohnbereich sind nicht wirklich komfortabel. Ansonsten gibt es nix zu meckern. ;-)

Tolle Lage - leider wurde der Aufenthalt durch mangelnden Kundenservice negativ getrübt

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung mitten in der Altstadt ist super - alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Küchenausstattung ist völlig ausreichend. Die Wohnung hat einen schönen großen Balkon.

Das Badezimmer ist mit einem Duschpaneel ausgestattet, dass leider nicht funktioniert. Weder aus der Regendusche noch aus den Düsen kommt Wasser. Die an dem Duschpaneel angebrachte Handbrause hatte keine Halterung. Leider wirkte sich das negativ auf den Komfort aus. Auf die Mängelanzeige folgte eine sehr schlechte Kommunikation seitens des Vermieters - unzuverlässig und unfreundlich. Kundenservice leider Fehlanzeige.

Eine 7 mit Augen zudrücken

Zentrale Lage. Sehr saubere Wohnung.

In der Dusche funktionierte die Handbrause nicht. Die Kopfbrause war verkalkt und sprühte das Wasser in alle Richtungen. Minimalistische Ausstattung der Küche (kein Bierglas, nur ein Weinglas, nur ein Blatt Papier auf der Küchenrolle). Zu wenig Geschirr. Die Kaffeemaschine funktionierte nicht richtig (es wurde auf meinen Hinweis sofort Ersatz bereit gestellt, ebenso Mehrzweckgläser). Am Wasserhahn in der Küche fehlte das Auslaufsieb. Im Wohnzimmer fehlte ein Verdunkelungsvorhang, sodass man abends vom 10m entfernten gegenüber liegenden Haus gesehen werden konnte (Privatsphäre?) Aus diesem Grund mochte man den Balkon im Innenhof auch gar nicht nutzen. Die sehr steile Treppe zum Schlafbereich war sehr glatt und müsste mit einem Antirutschbelag versehen werden. Nachdem ich diese Mängel an die Vermieterin übermittelt hatte, wurde mir schnippisch mitgeteilt, dass es sich um kein 5 Sterne Hotel handelt, und ich mich eventuell nach einer anderen Unterkunft umsehen soll. Außerdem wurde mir unterstellt, dass ich gezielt Mängel suchen würde, um den Preis zu drücken. Alles in allem ziemlich enttäuschend für 100 Euro die Nacht.

Zugang zur FeWo nur zu Fuß, da Zufahrt schwierig & zeitlich begrenzt. FeWo sehr spatanisch eingerichtet, ohne Liebe zum Detail. Fernsehsender waren erst am 2. Tag einstellbar

Der Aufgang zu den Betten eine Zumutung Nr. 5

Die Betten konnte man nur über eine Treppe bzw. Es war keine Treppe sondern eher eine Leiter erreichen. In unseren Augen eine Zumutung. Nachts wenn man zur Toilette ging war es eine Herausforderung diese steile Treppe herab zusteigen. Da man den Lichtschalter nicht erreichen konnte war man auf die Handylampe angewiesen. Es war nur 1 Nachtschrank da.

Man muss die steile Treppe mit Treppenstufen von 15 cm in die Beschreibung aufnehmen. Nicht jeder ist so flexibel und kann diese Treppe gehen.

Die Stadt und die Lage ist toll. Die Vermieter weniger.

Die Lage ist wunderbar. Restaurants und Cafes in unmittelbarer Nähe. Und Schwerin ist eine sehr attraktive Stadt.

Allerdings ist beim Service viel Luft nach oben: Bei Booking ist die falsche Tel Nummer hinterlegt. Über Google kann man die korrekte Nummer finden - nutzt aber nix, da Vermieter die Anrufe nicht entgegennehmen und auch nicht zurückruft. Im App 2 wird bei Regen der Boden im Wohnzimmer nass. Bei den Dreiersteckdosen sind nur zwei funktionstüchtig. Im kleinen Schlafzimmer sind Betten direkt an der Wand, so dass beim Ein-und Aussteigen der Hintere entweder über den Vorderen steigen muss, oder man schläft quer auf 1,60 Meter Länge, es gibt keine Ablagemöglichkeit am Bett und die Zimmertüre schließt nicht richtig. Beim Eingang ist die Haustür sehr schwer, so man alleine mit Gepäck oder Fahrrad große Schwierigkeiten beim Eintritt hat. Zudem sind anfangs im Treppenhaus gleich zwei nicht markierte Stufen in unterschiedlicher Höhe und Tiefe, was eine erhebliche Stolpergefahr ist.

Alles in allem für 3 Nächte in Ordnung. Schwerin selbst hat uns super gefallen. Haben viel erlebt.

Mehrere kleine Mängel, die wir den Gastgebern mitgeteilt haben. "Balkon" hat enttäuscht, Aussicht aus dem Schlafzimmer ist nicht angenehm, Taubenschmutz, ein Rohrsystem stört, lautes Telefongespräch aus einer der Nebenwohnungen (oder Büro?) zu früher Morgenstunde. Parkhaus musste genutzt und teuer bezahlt werden, da die Wohnung in einer Fussgängerzone liegt. Hätte vorher mitgeteilt werden müssen. Die Treppe sollte evtl. an Ansatz gekennzeichnet werden.Ansonsten war alles da, was man für ein paar Tage Urlaub benötigt. In der Dusche fehlt eine Abstellmöglichkeit für Duschbad usw. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis m. E. nicht gerechtfertigt.

Sehr nett eingerichtet und für kleine Familien oder Freundesgruppen super geeignet.

Die Wohnung war (na klar es ist Winter) beim Betreten sehr kalt, die Heizung war ausgestellt und es hat lange gedauert, bis sich die Temperatur erwärmt hat... Im einen Apartment waren die Amaturen an der Dusche nicht vorhanden, sodass sich nur die Handbrause benutzen ließ.

Ein Traum!!

Die Unterkunft ist wahnsinnig!! Der Blick auf dem Dom ist wie ein Traum! Allerdings ist das überhaupt nicht barrierefrei! Das Schlafzimmer ist mit Treppe erreichbar. Es war erstmal für meine 3-jährige Tochter schwierig aber ab zweites Mal hatte sie Spaß gehabt! Sehr gerne wieder!!
