Beautiful Schwerin
Location was great, found parking within walking distance, really handy!
Finding lipstick on the coffee cups...but wasn't any stress to give them all a good wash. Everything else was great, cozy and comfy.

Nice location close to main streets, Public transport and the Schwerin Castle.
The room was big enough for 2 people with everything you would need.

In general it has been pleasant to stay here, if I would come back to Schwerin I would for sure book it again.
The location was perfect, right in the centre of city and close to all the shops.
Bed was comfortable. Very quiet place, and clean.
Apartment was spacious, apart from the bathroom.
In the kitchen you have everything you need in terms of crockery and Household appliances.
There was the noise of the fire fan from the bathroom that was on from the moment you would turn on the light, and even with the light off it would still go on for another 15-20 minutes. This was a little disturbing for me but I understand this might be because of bathroom airing.
I found a package of ground coffee that was open and almost empty. I would have appreciated if they would have changed that from the guest before.
I had only one garbage bag which was a pity for my three days stay, would have appreciated if they would have put at least another one to exchange in the middle of my stay.

Great apartment in the heart of beautiful Schwerin
Fantastic location. You can't do better than that in Schwerin. The magnificent castle is virtually just across the road. The apartment is also spacious, clean, and has pretty much everything you need. It was also very easy to check in and out.
The apartment is on the ground floor, and the windows of our room were facing the street. It's not a busy one, and it's quiet during the night, but it's not very comfortable having people looking directly at you through the window from the other side during the day. The bed was also rather small if you are taller than 180 cm, but these are the only complaints from our side. Everything else was great.

Self Check In Instructions need timely and improved communication.
Room was mostly quiet and close to work and old area of town. Coffee in room was appreciated. Coffee maker worked. Dish soap provided. Refrigerator worked.
Check in process not made clear upon arrival. Did not received instructions prior to arrival. Waited one hour before email arrived explaining how to retrieve key to room. No shampoo available. Room was at street level and curtains did not cover entire window (direct view to bed and bathroom). Light on wall near bed fell down. Bed is not a platform bed. The floor is raised. A high step is required (up and down) where a regular bed is located on the raised floor. The bed is next to windows at street level.

Cute, well located apartment
Check-in was uncomplicated. The apartment is easy to find, really nicely decorated and equipped with everything we needed like coffee machine or toaster. There was a little gift waiting for us which was really cute.
The apartment is located right in the old town of Schwerin only some minutes from the castle but the street is really quiet.
The communication was good, the owner answered all the messages really fast.
The only small thing we can complain about are squeaky door hinges. They definitely need some oil 😉

A really lovely and cosy apartment, five minutes to walk to the Schloss and the museum. All kinds of grocery stores, bakeries ect. just around the corner. Bed and pull out sofa were super comfortable, kitchen very well stocked with whatever appliance or tool you need (no oven but there is a microwave).
We have a very nice time here and would definitely rent this apartment again.

Wir haben selbst in der Ferienwohnung gefrühstückt und sie liegt sehr zentral.
Die riesige Deckenlampe an der Decke und es wäre schön wenn im Flur oder im Appartement ein großer Spiegel vorhanden wäre.

Katastrophe...wir buchen diese Wohnung bestimmt kein 2.Mal...
Uns hatte die Lage und kurze Wege zum Schloss und die eingestellten Bilder der Wohnung zur Buchung Beeinflusst.
Der Preis der Wohnung steht in keinem Verhältnis zur Ausstattung..es war kein Kleiderschrank vorhanden.. die Bettliege war so eng und verruscht ständig, wenn sich der Partner in der Nach drehte...es war auf eine Art Podest auf gebaut auf ca.0,50cm höhen unterschied, wer in der Nacht auf Toilette mußte ein gefährlicher Akt...(die Bilder in der Anzeige stimmen nicht mit der Realität überein...)der 2.Schlafplatz ist so eng, das ich als Mann von vorn über die Liege krappeln musste um an den Schlafplatz zu kommen...meine Frau war anschließend munter..einen Ofen im Schlafraum???Der Zimmerpreis und ohne Stellplatz(kostet im Parkhaus für 4 Tage 60,00€ zusätzlich)kann man auch ein Hotelplatz buchen...völlig überteuert...

Die Lage nahe zum Schloss und zur Innenstadt war optimal. Die FeWo hatte auf kleinem Raum, alles, was wichtig ist.

Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar . Konnten vieles zu Fuß machen . Einkaufen, shoppen, essen gehen.
Mit e-Scooter auch rum gefahren, bis zum Strand und weitere Burg und Museums besucht . Tolle Stadt. Zum weiter empfehlen.
Ein Sofa im Zimmer wäre bequeme , als 2 Sesseln. Aber kein Muss, da wir viel unterwegs waren.

Ein Teil der erforderlichen Nachbesserungen in Wohnung 5
Lage in Schwerin wie versprochen.
Wunderschöne Stadt und Umgebung.
Wir verstehen nicht, weshalb in einer FEWO, mit der gut Geld verdient wird nur alte, abgenutzte Gegenstände und Möbel Platz finden:
Sessel im WZ/Küche alt, durchgesessen und schmutzig. "Esstisch" alt und wackelig.
Zur unbenutzten, funktionierenden Mikrowelle in der Einbauküche wurden auf die ohnehin kleine Arbeitsfläche eine zusätzliche Mikrowelle und ein Minibackofen platziert. Durch Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine war am Ende kaum Platz ein Brötchen zu schmieren. Geschirr, Gläser u. Besteck sehr sparsam in der Menge (selbst für zwei Personen) und "von jedem Dorf ein Hund".
Badtür war nur mit Kraftaufwand zu schließen - reibt am Boden. Alle Türen quietschten erbärmlich, ich habe sie geölt, dann gingen sie zwar immer noch schwer, ließen sich aber leise bewegen. In der großen Dusche mit ordentlich heißem Wasser, waren die Dichtgummis beider Türen ekelig verdreckt. Lüfter und Spiegelbeleuchtung im Bad funktionierten nicht. Gardinenstangen in Küche und Schlafzimmer wurden lieblos entfernt und im Holzrahmen der Fenster verschraubt. Träger eines alten Rauchmelders wurde an der Schlafzimmerdecke mit heraushängenden Drähten belassen, ein neuer angeschraubt. Alte Bohrlöcher waren nur lieblos verschmiert. Bett mit ungewöhnlicher Matratzenkombination.
Auf eine Gartennutzung wurde in der Wohnung 5
nicht hingewiesen. Erst ein Gespräch mit freundlichen Mietern des Hauses veranlasste uns einen wackeligen Metalltisch im doch gemütlichen Hofgarten zu nutzen.
Da wir sehr aktiv unterwegs waren und die schöne Stadt und Umgebung genossen, konnten wir der Tristesse der Wohnung entfliehen.
Eine derart nachlässig und lieblos unterhalten FEWO haben wir lange nicht gesehen.
Wir erwarten eine finanzielle Entschädigung in Höhe von mindestens 150 Euro!

Die Lage Klosterstraße ist wirklich hervorragend, nah zum Schloss und nah zur Altstadt.
Die Fotos sind nicht mehr aktuell. Ich hatte Fewo 2 im EG Hofseite. Das Mobiliar sehr abgenutzt. Die Dusche war ein Albtraum. Keine Möglichkeit die Fenster zu verdunkeln, weshalb man sich die ganze Nacht an den Neonleuchten des gegenüber stehenden Parkhauses erfreuen durfte. Insgesamt sehr hellhöriges Haus.

Die Lage ist fantastisch. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, von wo aus man in alle Richtungen super laufen kann.
Die Böden scheinen schief zu sein, deshalb rollte man beim Schlafen in die Mitte.

Waren schon bei Betreten der Unterkunft enttäuscht.
Sauberkeit der Unterkunft allgemein. Räume sind Renovierungsbedürftig. Beleuchtung schlecht. Möbel unsauber und riechen unangenehm. Feuerstelle sehr unsauber. Bett für zwei Personen etwas schmal und abgewohnt, müsste mal ausgetauscht werden. Fenstervorhänge verschlissen.Un zum Bett zu kommen muß man einen sehr hohes Podest ersteigen... NACHTS IST STURZGEFAHR SEHR HOCH!!! Nicht für ältere Besucher!!!!!! Die auf Bilder bei Booking. Com entsprechen nicht der vorgefundenen Unterkunft.

Die Lage war sehr gut, gleich um die Ecke war man in der Stadt und hatte viel Angebot ( Einkaufen, Essen usw.), das Schloss und die Sehenswürdigkeiten waren auch schnell erreichbar. Wohnung war sauber.
Insgesamt etwas abgewohnt, Couchseitenlehne defekt, an der Dusche Einstellknopf ab, Gardinen wären schön wegen Parterre, Licht Schlafzimmer großes Licht ging nicht und im Flur flackerte es.
