Cozy apartment

The apartment is incredible. The location is exceptional. Less than 5 minutes walk away you can reach two car parks and a supermarket (Alvi). The apartment has everything you need, no details are missing. It has hot water in the shower and the washing machine work very well. Less than 5 minutes walk away you can reach two car parks and a supermarket (Alvi). The apartment has everything you need, no details are missing. It has hot water in the shower and the washing machine work very well. The apartment is kept very warm. It has a hair dryer, shower towels, dishwasher, tea water heater, toaster, pans and pots, refrigerator, smart TV, a very comfortable sofa, desk for working cabinet and dining room. The back balconies are perfect for breakfast with a coffee. The bedding was very clean and elegant apartment, overall it was very clean. I could repeat. The apartment is incredible. Great locations, comfortable accommodations but a few unexpected inconveniences.

The location was great and the accommodations in general were very good.

I had to contact the property manager to obtain the keys as the communication of the lock box code for the keys was in German. Based upon rental from other trips, I would have expected would have expected shampoo and body wash in the bathroom. We went and purchased some but think it standard to have when renting nowadays. In addition, the TV volume would not go up above a whisper. The property management could easily remedy this with a binder of instructions that includes how to operate the TV and other appliances (e.g., Washer, coffee maker, etc.).

Immaculate flat in quiet area of old town.

Exceptional flat in the old town. Walking distance to groceries, well equipped kitchen for cooking. Immaculately clean with lovely outlook in quiet area with small veranda. Wish we could have stayed longer. Located on second floor with only step access so may not suit older travellers.

An exceptional apartment we'd very happily come back to again :)

- the location is simply fabulous: right in the middle of the old town but just around the corner from the busier streets, so it's nice & quiet. A very short & easy walk to the town square, Café Rothe & Café Prag, supermarkets (Edeka, Schlosspark-Center), and the tram (Marienplatz) - the apartment is exceptionally comfortable & sparkling clean. Seriously. The bed, sofa & rug were large, very clean & so comfortable, the balcony with seating was lovely, the kitchen was spotless and very thoughtfully equipped (aside from the usual plates, glasses, cups & mugs, cutlery, pots & pans & cooking utensils, it had a large refrigerator, baking paper, herbs & spices, salt & pepper, sugar, a large lined bin, dishwasher tabs, sponges & washcloths!), the bathroom was likewise large, clean & comfortable - we travelled in October and the heating was working like a charm - we couldn't figure out if we were in the right place, because we couldn't find the key, so we called and our call was answered straightaway by a very friendly & helpful host. This happened on a Sunday, too.

- there is no elevator and the apartment is on the 2nd floor, so it wasn't very fun carrying our luggage up a winding staircase that somehow gave both of us vertigo — going up! - the bathtub is on the narrow side which makes standing in it not the most comfortable, and the glass panel does leak, so the floor is wet after a shower, but there are enough towels provided to wipe it all up - the oven doesn't have a fan and the light switched off even though the oven was on..? Maybe we just didn't know how to use this particular oven, because our pizza ended up burnt

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Kurzurlaub

Zentrale Lage direkt in der Altstadt und Supermarkt, Bäcker, Geschäfte in 5 Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht.

Schöne Wohnung, tolle Lage

Super Lage und extrem geräumig! Sehr sauber, gute Küchenutensilien (hochwertige Töpfe, Pfannen, scharfe Messer). Bequemes Boxspringbett.

Ein paar kleine Extras könnten noch helfen: Ofenhandschuhe, Suppenteller, Schnapsgläser, Sofakissen.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in bester Lage für Stadterkundungen. Die Wohnung war geräumig, sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Dazu eine ebenfalls sehr schöne Terrasse. Aus unserer Sicht können wir diese Wohnung klar empfehlen und wir werden diese Wohnung bei Bedarf wieder gern nutzen.

Nur Kleinigkeiten, keine Kritik, sondern Hinweise: - die Fernbedienung des Fernsehers war gewöhnungsbedürftig - für Personen mit eingeschränkter Beweglichkeit ist die Treppe eventuell etwas steil/ eng - ebenso könnte für Personen mit eingeschränkter Beweglichkeit der Ausstieg aus der Dusche/ Badewanne etwas schwierig sein

sehr moderne Wohnung an ruhiger Straße in der Nähe des Schlosses, super bequeme Betten, alles perfekt vorhanden, sogar Abzieher im Bad, um Wasserspritzer zu entfernen, Fön...Unproblematischer Bezug der Wohnung via Code. Check- out bis um 11 Uhr. Nette Nachbarn.

Großartige Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Sehr schöne, große, saubere, gepflegte und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit einem tollen Balkon. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Die Wohnung liegt zwischen Altstadt und Schloss in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Das Bett inkl. Kopfkissen und Bettdecken ist sehr bequem. Die große Wohnküche ist komplett ausgestattet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. In dem geräumigen Badezimmer gibt es einen Fön, eine Waschmaschine und genügend Handtücher. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Ich kann die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Der leicht unangenehme Geruch im Badezimmer. Die Duschabtrennung ist undicht und hinterlässt dadurch eine Pfütze auf dem Fußboden. Es gibt leider keinen Fahrstuhl.

Urocze miasteczko, bardzo wygodne zakwaterowanie.

Doskonałe położenie, spacerkiem do pałacu i na stare miasto. Bardzo wygodne łóżko w sypialni i ogromna kanapa w salonie. Łazienka bardzo czysta, pachnące ręczniki. Kuchnia doskonale wyposażona. Parking 6 minut spacerem od obiektu, 10 euro za dobę. Genialny widok z balkonu.

Пребывание в Шверине было для меня знаковым событием!Почти 42 года назад я родился в этом городе,тогда ещё ГДР)Это была первая поезда на историческую Родину,поэтому жильё подбирали особенно.Важно было ,чтобы квартира находилась в самом центре,была современной и просторной!Мы приехали с двумя детьми,поэтому уют и чистота были в приоритете.Забронировали заранее,поэтому цена-качество нас устроило!Все наши ожидания были выполнены!Проживание прошло отлично и с настроением!В следующий раз обязательно вернёмся только туда! Спасибо за прекрасные аппартаменты🔥🤝👍

Die Wohnung ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt um die Stadt zu erkunden.

Die Wohnung liegt wunderbar zentral, dazu ruhig und hat einen schönen Balkon zum Innenhof mit Blick auf den Dom. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig bequem zu erreichen. Die Einrichtung ist modern ohne Schnickschnack. Angenehme Betten. Großzügiges Bad. Bis auf einen Toaster ist die Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht.

Die Treppe zur Wohnung in der 2. Etage ist gewendelt und hat ein sehr niedriges Geländer. Eine Herausforderung für unsichere Treppensteiger!

Unsere Ferienwohnung hat uns begeistert – die Lage war perfekt, und der Balkon mit Blick auf den Schweriner Dom war ein echtes Highlight. Die moderne, geschmackvolle Einrichtung und das großzügige Bad sorgten für guten Komfort. Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet, und auch technisch war alles auf dem neuesten Stand, inklusive starkem WLAN und einem tollen Fernseher. Eine wunderbare Unterkunft, die keine Wünsche offenlässt!

Wunderbare Wohnung in einem bezaubernden Städtchen.

Die tolle Lage mitten in der Altstadt hat mir super gefallen. Die Wohnung war so gemütlich. Meine Kinder (11 und 13) und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wie zu Hause. Und in dem Bett konnte ich fantastisch schlafen. Normalerweise bekomme ich Rückenschmerzen in fremden Betten, aber dieses war traumhaft.

Ich habe nichts zu bemängeln.
