Three lovingly furnished bedrooms, a separate dining room, and a bright living room with a 65-inch TV and Apple TV offer plenty of space to relax and enjoy yourself.
The modern kitchen is equipped with a Coffee-B machine, a selection of teas, and a dishwasher.
The new bathroom features a comfortable shower. A high chair and a travel crib are available upon request.
Wi-Fi is included, and check-in is conveniently done via a code—at the front door and the apartment door.

Access to the House / Apartment
Access is keyless via electronic locks. We’ve provided you with two PINs for your stay: a 9-digit PIN for the front door and a 6-digit PIN for the apartment.
Parking
Affordable public parking is available just a 5-minute walk from the apartment:
The “Altstadt” parking lot and the “Marienplatz Galerie” parking garage.

Six simple rules for your stay
We want you to feel right at home in our Cosiness Company apartments. There are six rules to follow to make your stay as pleasant as possible:
1. No parties (not even really good ones).
2. No pets (not even really cute ones).
3. No smoking (not even by the window—a €250 fee will be charged for violations).
4. No theft (we’ll be happy to tell you where you can buy everything J).
5. No open flames (in the room, on the balcony, or on the terrace).
6. No intentional soiling or damage (so the next guest can enjoy the place too).
These rules apply to all reservations and are valid in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to charge the fees specified in the Terms and Conditions in the event of non-compliance.
Check-out Information

Used dishes
Please wash your used dishes and put them back in the cupboard.
Used towels
Just leave them on the bathroom floor.
Leave the apartment just as you found it
Take empty bottles, glass containers, etc., with you. Close the windows. Do not leave any perishable food in the refrigerator or in the apartment. Leave the apartment tidy and swept clean.
The last person to leave turns off the lights!
Turn off all electronic devices, turn down all radiators (*), and turn off all the lights.

NIGHTLY STAY TAX: IMPORTANT NOTE:
The city of Schwerin levies a lodging tax equal to 7% of the fee charged to the guest for the overnight stay. As of April 1, 2024, business-related overnight stays are also subject to the lodging tax.

Check-in is from 12:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00.
