Apartment Gustav: Very good location, clean and big enough for a few days stay. It was not expensive at all.

The bed was not comfortable, it was too soft. There is no shower gel, so take some with you. You can put your luggage in the basement but it is your responsibility.

Budget friendly accomodation, walking distance to attractions. Clean and spacious - fully recommend.

The apartment was very spacious and the kids loved the bunk beds too. It is not far from the center and there is a gas station 50m away in case you need to buy something:) There are several apartments in the same property, the complex has a laid back atmosphere with many families or groups looking for accomodation for a great value. Cars can be parked easily within the compound too.

We did not mind this at all, but the walls are not thick so it can be a bit noisy depending on your neighbors :) Again, this is not something negative for us, just noting in case others are more sensitive :)

Only the location as it was close to the city centre

The property was filthy on arrival, beddings were smelly and dirty. The sofa was full of stains everywhere and smelled disgusting. We contacted the owner who kindly arranged cleaning and provided new beddings which unfortunately was not much better in terms of being full of marks and also smelly. In the kitchen the kettle was filthy. The toilet was very smelly. The property has strange high windows and poor ventilation. You can’t look outside and it feels like you are in a cave. The property is right next to a very busy road and you constantly hear loud noises from the cars driving by. The property owner otherwise was very friendly and tried to help. Parking was available for free. The property is in walking distance from the city centre. Dominoes pizza was very close just around the corner.

Cool in the warm summer heat, because in a basement. Modern and newly renovated Spacious rooms

Floor tiles were really dirty, got black feet from walking around in the apartment, even though it has a 38€ cleaning fee. There was also old dust on panels. Stairway leading down to the apartment had an unpleasant smell.

Great location for families

The room was very spacious, it had also a living room and a kitchen, also the bathroom was quite nice. The beds were quite comfortable. The check in was super quick. The location was very quiet perfect for families.

Was a bit far from the center (around 10 minutes from the train station and 20 minutes from the city center) There is no oven in the kitchen so be careful before buying tons fo frozen pizza =)

Schwerin visit

A comfortable room with great beds and a good bathroom with a powerful shower. Quiet despite a busy road and close enough to the station which avoids negotiating busy streets with luggage. Frau Ehlichmann on site was friendly and helpful.

It is more of a hotel room than apartment. Limited self-catering equipment. The major dislike is the single electric point above the hotplates. The opportunity of burning cables is not good. With the ventilation vents for the fridge too close to the sink too I would suggest the layout could be changed. The kitchen cupboard doors also fell off.

Stayed one night, 3 adults in apartment number 5, "Else". The apartment was "okay", nothing ore nothing less. Balcony was nice. Free parking in the street. Free internet ok.

Apartment was at another address than the one in the booking, had to drive another km to get there, after meeting the hostess, who was very nice but didn's speak very much English. Pillows were ridiculously large, I don't think anyone will find them remotely comfortable. Strange damp uncomfortable feeling in the beds, apparently there is some kind of plastic under the sheets, the kind used in children's beds if they are peeing in their sleep, hmmm.... No living room, had to use the kitchen as living room. Fridge was turned down to "1" (lowest setting and therefore highest temperature) upon arrival. Very small bathroom. Kitchen missing items like cutting board and bread knife.

Zentrum nahe Ferienwohnung mit allem was notwendig ist

Praktisch eingerichtete Ferienwohnung (Appartment Frank) mit allen notwendigen Austattungen. Nah zum Stadtzentrum gelegen und ÖPV ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten sind auch vorhanden. Sehr freundlicher, per Telefon erreichbarer Service.

Allerdings führt auch eine sehr befahrene Strasse am Appartment vorbei, so dass das Fenster lediglich zum Belüften voll geöffnet wurde. Die Sauberkeit im Bad hat noch leicht "Luft nach oben", aber ok.

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir waren Wiederholungstäter. Auch dieses Mal war es Klasse. Die Lage ist super und das Auto steht sicher auf dem Grundstück. Das Zimmer ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete. Wir kommen gern wieder. Besonders gut finden wir die Möglichkeit, den einzigen Schlüssel in einem Schlüsseltresor zu hinterlegen. So kann jeder seine Dinge erledigen. Wer zuerst wieder an der Unterkunft ist, kann dann auch gleich ins Zimmer. Das ist bei vielen anderen Unterkünften anders.

Das Wetter hätte schöner sein können. ;-)
