Lekker ruime kamer Met piepklein keukentje zodat je zelfvoorzienend kunt zijn.
Hondenuitlaatplek. Drukke weg en op industrieterrein veel gras-aren. Iets verderop kun je wel langs meer lopen in het groen, wel aan de riem.

Quiet residential neighbourhood.
The place was dusty. The floor was dirty. The listing mentioned a washing machine but there was none to be found which was a disappointment.
