Located within steps of the train and the city's main attractions AND managed by a super host!!!

1. The second floor landing, while large enough for balcony furnishings, was unfortunately made of a metal grid that was incompatible with the legs of the interior furnishings. It would have been lovely to have our breakfast out there in the fresh morning air, instead of only having the lower terrace (shared with other guests, including smokers). 2. The apartment is super warm on sunny days. Our host arranged for us to get a fan. But the apartment really got uncomfortable in the heat. None of that would keep us from returning. 10/10, would recommend!

Great Schwerin stay

The size of the apartment was right for us. After some of our previous accommodation, it was nice to have some space. The location was excellent, and a very short walk to the Main Railway station. Close to landmarks and the Strassenbahn a three minute walk away. Ten minutes away from Schloss Shopping centre that caters for just about anything. The communication between ourselves, Michael, and Katharine was very good, and they attended to our needs as required

Great Apartment from Where to Explore the Area

This apartment was wonderful. It was very comfortable and had nice amenities. Its location was great (near train as well as the town). It was well appointed (bedding, towels were first rate). Host was flexible and met us at the apartment and gave us great information about the area (from a good bakery to good restaurants to various activities). The area is really impressive. We wished we would have stayed longer as visits to Wismar and Ludwigslust were easy to make and Schwerin was a great place from which to visit other towns in the area (especially this apartment).

Internet only worked for a few minutes on the first day due to some difficulty at the service level....our host had no control over it but it was something we did not like. We had our own phone plans so effect was minimal. The place is still great.

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt

Superfreundlicher und fürsorglicher Vermieter. Die sehr schön ausgestattete und gemütliche Wohnung liegt zentral zum Bahnhof und nahe bei der Stadtmitte und ist trotzdem sehr ruhig. Man kann wunderschön im Innenhof sitzen.

Ein toller Schwerin-Aufenthalt in einem erstklassigen Apartment!

Wir haben die Zeit wirklich sehr genossen! Durch die herzliche und offene Art der Gastgeber fühlten wir uns von der ersten Sekunde an sehr willkommen. In der stilvoll und wirklich extrem gemütlich eingerichteten Wohnung warteten außerdem sogar schon kalte Getränke und eine Obstschale auf uns. Durch die zentrale Lage sind Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und tolle Gastronomie fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Gleichzeitig liegt das Apartment selbst sehr ruhig und geschützt und ermöglicht so echte Erholung. Die kleine Terasse haben wir daher auch gerne genutzt, um den Tag ganz entspannt zusammen ausklingen zu lassen. Wir sind sehr froh, dass wir uns für das Apartment "zur alten Konditorei" entschieden haben. 10/10 - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Perle in Schwerin

Sehr ruhiger und idyllischer Innenhof. Tolle Lage, um Schwerin zu Fuß zu erkunden. Sehr geschmackvolle Innenausstattung mit Liebe zum Detail. Willkommensgruß (Obstschale, Frische Blumen in Blumenvase, Sekt...) - wir haben uns als Gäste wirklich willkommen gefühlt!

Als mit dem PKW anreisende Gäste war die Parksituation nicht ganz einfach - auf den öffentlichen Parkplätzen konnten aber immer Möglichkeiten gefunden werden (wir zahlten 10€ pro Tag plus 1,50€ an Gebühren an EasyPark). Uns waren Sofa und die Betten ein wenig zu hart - aber das ist ja Geschmacksache.

Perfekter Wochenendtrip

Perfekte Lage in der Innenstadt Nähe Bahnhof. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Im Kühlschrank war sogar Wasser, Bier, Sekt als Gruß vorhanden. Ein Obstkorb stand auf dem Tisch. Durch die Lage zum Innenhof war es sehr ruhig (kein Verkehrslärm).
