Gute Lage in der Innenstadt, alles sehr gut fussläufig zu erreichen. Zudem war die Unterkunft sehr sauber.
Leider ist die Küche schlecht ausgestattet. Es gibt keine Standardgewürze oder oil zum kochen etc. Zudem war bei uns die Spülmaschine defekt. An dem Fenster im Bad fehlt ein Sichtschutz. Man steht direkt mit der Dusche am Fenster.

Great location, in the pedestrian zone and so close to Schwerin palace, restaurants, shops etc. Manager is extremely responsive and communications were great. The packet of coffee for the coffee maker was a nice touch and appreciated.
Ground floor is a fish restaurant, which does mean a bit of an odour in the building (nothing the owner can do about that though). But a few small niggles in the apartment - dead lightbulb meant bathroom was dim, and lack of any sort of curtain or blind on bathroom window disconcerting to say the least. Also none of the condiments we’re used to seeing in apartments - salt, sugar etc.

Die Lage ist direkt in der inneren Altstadt gelegen. Deshalb gibt es keine Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe. Man erreicht aber alles einfach und fußläufig.
Im EG der Unterkunft gibt es ein Fischrestaurant. Dadurch hängt durchgehend ein Fischgeruch im Treppenhaus und Eingangsbereich. Man muss die Eingangstür zur Unterkunft schnell schließen, dass der Geruch nicht in die Unterkunft zieht.
