Great place to stay in Schwerin

Great location in Schwerin not far from the centre and the lake/palace - super easy communication with the host, easy to get in, nice touches like a bottle of water on a hot day and little Haribo and chocolates. Pleasant, quiet place with a good amount of space and a nice view out onto the courtyard. Great value for money and nice all around! Danke sehr!

Awesome place for stay in the center of Schwerin

Perfect location - close to the train station and city center as well. The flat is fully equipped, including the kitchenette and it is located to the courtyard so no noise. I like the flat's decor, it fits the description and photos on the Booking. The bed is very comfortable. The gift from the host was a pleasant surprise.

We stayed there only for one night, but for a longer stay I would appreciate a chest of drawers or a shelf for clothes and other stuff.

Schwerin ist sehr sehenswert und lädt zum Wiederkommen ein, den Rest haben wir überlebt

das Beste war die Lage

Betten knarrten, durchgängige Matratze (wenn sich meine Frau umgedreht hat, war ich wach und umgekehrt), rund um das Haus war Baustelle, die Fenster waren mit Folie verklebt, für den "gemütlichen" Teil in der Ein-Zimmer,Wohnung gab es einen kleinen Tisch und 2 Stühle

Gute Innenstadtlage mit Parkplatz. Sehr nette Gastgeber.

Die Lage ist super, man kann alle ( wichtigen) Orte/Sehenswürdigkeiten mit Innenstadtlage super zu Fuß erreichen. Und, ganz wichtig, eigener Parkplatz.

Einrichtung ist ja immer Geschmackssache. Schön wären Regale oder Ablagemöglichkeiten für Klamotten gewesen. Eine "normale" Kaffeemaschine für Filterkaffee macht aus meiner Sicht Sinn, nicht jeder kann mit Kapselmaschinen oder hat eine zu Hause. Teelöffel für Kaffee oder auch Eier, damit man nicht Suppenlöffel nehmen muss. Eine Lichtquelle über der Küchenzeile wäre von Vorteil. Nachttischlampen die auch Licht spenden (zum Lesen) machen Sinn. Funktion ist oft wichtiger als stylisches Aussehen. Da bei unserem Aufenthalt das Gebäude eingerüstet war wegen Baumaßnahmen, waren leider auch alle Fenster mit Folie verklebt oder verhangen, so dass man leider nicht lüften konnte.

Für kurzen Stadturlaub ohne großes Reisegepäck geeignet

Lage nahe der historischen Altstadt

Ein Kleiderschrank fehlt und auch eine ordentliche Kaffeemaschine Durch Aushang im Haus wurde durch Hausverwaltung das Duschen wegen Legionellen ausdrücklich verboten. Anruf beim Wohnungseigentümer gibt zwar Entwarnung, doch Unsicherheit blieb. Wir haben aufs Duschen verzichtet. Sehr unzufrieden!

Nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

Es gab einen schweren Legionellenbefall in dem Haus, in dem unsere Unterkunft war und man durfte nicht duschen. Wir wurden darüber nicht informiert. Es waren Bauarbeiten am Gebäude, es war komplett eingerüstet, die Bauarbeiter konnten überall hereinschauen und auch darüber wurden wir vorab nicht informiert. Der Parkplatz war sehr verwildert und direkt neben unserem Auto wurden Teile vom Gerüst gelagert und hochgetragen, das Auto stand direkt an einem Platz ohne Zaun, an dem es mehrere Meter herunter ging. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht und können die Unterkunft nicht weiter empfehlen. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis steht in keinem Verhältnis.

Baugerüst ums Haus, dadurch kein parkplatz vorhanden,die parkhaus gebühren wurden aber promt bezahlt. Dankeschön Fernseher war für uns Rentner zu kompliziert

Det ligger super centralt. Privat parkering. Omsorgsfulde værter, som spørger ind til vores velbefindende. Der var dejligt stille.

Der ikke andet ind godt ,at skulle sige om lejligheden. Det skulle da lige være at sengen knirker.

Einfaches Apartment in Altstadtnähe, reicht sehr gut aus für einen Kurztrip nach Schwerin.

Die Lage und die schönen hohen Wände des Mini-Apartments. Das man einen kostenlosen und abschließbaren Parkplatz direkt neben dem Haus in einem Hinterhof hatte. Es war extrem ruhig. Ich habe die Bahn kaum gehört.

Man hatte vergessen, dass Zimmer zu reinigen, wurde aber umgehend nach Anruf mit der Besitzerin erledigt. War dann auch alles wieder o.k.

Da wir schon älter sind, konnten wir den Fernseher nicht nutzen, da wir ARD oder ZDF nicht einschalten konnten. Netflix sehen wir nicht. Es war keine Anleitung vorhanden in diese Sendung zu kommen

Es war sehr schön und gemütlich.

Es war insgesamt sehr schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders haben wir uns auch bei der Kälte über das kleine Zubehör, wie Tee und Wein, gefreut. Es war sauber und die Einrichtung war auch sehr hübsch. Bei Fragen oder Problemen waren die sehr freundlichen Vermieter schnell zu erreichen.

Es fehlte höchstens eine kleine Mikrowelle.
