Would have been a 5* review - 1* though as stay ruined by money-grabbing deceitful owner.

Schwerin is fabulous! Location was good (but be prepared for the fact that the building is on a very busy road) though the description is a little misleading. I'd love to know where the city and/or castle views are from the building. I liked the quirky deco. The kitchen was fairly 'complete' but luckily I had a bottle/can opener with me.... Who hides spare toilet rolls behind curtains or indeed doesn't have frosted opaque glass in the windows of a bathroom? The bed had a 'topper' rather than a mattress as such but I slept quite well. I parked about 400m away on the Altstadt car park for 10€ a day so that, compared to other cities, seemed reasonable. Kitchen workspace was limited but I managed OK. The price I paid in 'off-season' was very reasonable (but see below).

Where to start? If it says 'Pet stays are included' in the price and the online description, one doesn't then expect to get an email confirmation from the owners via Booking.com demanding 25€ per pet per night. I wrote in advance for clarification. Mustafa, the owner, didn't answer. I took it to mean that the advertised pet stays included offer was valid. 25€ per pet and night is in my experience way above the usual 5€ to 15€ I've paid elsewhere. That should have rung alarm bells. I extended my stay by one night and was charged a second 'cleaning fee' of 45€. I raised this with Mustafa who agreed it shouldn't have been levied a second time. He said I could deduct the 45€ from the pet fees I owed them. What pet surcharge?! I have waited 3 weeks to write this review to give Mustafa time to refund my 45€. He hasn't. Getting in touch with Mustafa is not easy either. The Whatsapp phone number one is given goes to an Allianz Insurance recorded voicemail so he's evidently using his work phone for personal business. An alarm was going off on the first floor for a while one day. A fellow guest couldn't get him to answer so I tried too and left a message. I saw him in the entrance hall on another occasion but he turned his head away and wasn't prepared to greet me (before the issue with the pet surcharge and the cleaning fee). Hardly a welcoming proprietor.

die Wohnung war theoretisch gut ausgerüstet

während des Buchungsprozesses war nicht ersichtlich, dass die Wohnung im 3.OG liegt. 54 Treppenstufen nach einer Hüfte op sind kein spass. hätten wir das vorher gewusst, hätten wir nicht gebucht. die Heizung im Zimmer war auf null und damit der erste Abend sehr kalt. das Bett war sehr breit aber die Matratze auf einer Seite massiv durchgelegen. im tv konnte man keine privaten Sender ( RTL,SAT,....) empfangen wegen fehlendem Modul.

Gute Lage mit einigen Abstrichen beim Komfort

Die Lage nahe der Altstadt ist gut.

Die Ausstattung lässt in jeder Hinsicht zu wünschen übrig. Es gab kaum Geschirr. Das vorhandene Geschirr war sehr verschmutzt. Wir haben alles, was wir benutzen wollten abwaschen müssen. Es gab z.B. nicht mal eine Suppenkelle oder Frühstücks- bzw. Schneidebretter. Der Smart TV hatte kein normales Fernsehprogramm. Es war nur möglich über eigene Streaming Dienste etwas zu gucken. Es gibt keinen Geschirrspüler. Das Handtuch war ebenfalls verschmutzt

Отличная квартира, чисто и аккуратно, кровать удобная. На кухне все заявленное при брони присутствует. В пешей доступности продуктовые магазины, Шверинский замок, рядом автобусная остановка. Ключи находятся в ящике за входной дверью.

Die Unterkunft war hervorragend. Alles war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Tolle Lage, geräumig und gut ausgestattet.

Kurze Entfernungen zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt. Geräumige Wohnung mit einer "Wohlfühlausstattung". Die Küchenausstattung ließ die Lust zum Kochen und bruzeln aufkommen. Danke für die Tee- und Kaffeeutensilien, diese haben den Morgen noch schöner gemacht. Vorrätige Gewürze haben gezeigt, dass jemand gut mitgedacht hat.

Zum essen gab es nur eine Bar mit zwei Barhockern. Schwierig bis unmöglich für die Gäste, die sich zum Essen nicht zusammenfalten können oder wollen. Haben dann Beistelltischchen, Sessel und Bettkannte nutzen müssen.

Geeignet für ein langes Wochenende

Die Wohnung liegt sehr Stadtnah. In 10 Minuten ist man beim Schloss. Check in war einfach. Im Hinterhof konnten wir die Räder abstellen. Es gab einen Garten und einen raucherbereich. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Und sehr sauber. Sehr große bequeme Betten.

Leider war Internet TV nicht immer verfügbar. War aber nicht wirklich wichtig.

Gemütliche, große, gut eingerichtete Wohnung in Altstadtnähe.

Schön eingerichtete, sehr saubere Wohnung mit allem, was man so braucht und nur wenige Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Das Ein-/Auschecken verlief kontaktlos und sehr einfach, die Infos dazu kamen sofort nach Buchung.

Das Haus liegt direkt an einer größeren Straße, der Verkehrslärm ließ allerdings in dr Nacht nach.

Schoon en op fijne locatie

Het is een schoon appartement dat op een mooie locatie ligt. Je loopt zo het centrum in en naar het Slot. Wel ligt het aan de doorgaande weg wat je met open ramen hoort, maar die ramen geven ook de optie om heerlijk in de zon te zitten. Appartement heeft ruimte genoeg voor twee of drie personen en voelt prettig.

De bedden vonden wij te hard, de slaapbank helemaal, daarop hadden we een eigen matje gelegd voor comfort. Iets meer bekers / koffiemokken zou fijn zijn, maar de rest is prima aanwezig. Wij hadden s nachts de ramen aan voorzijde dicht voor het geluid en achter helemaal open. Gaat prima. De tuin is een gedeelde tuin een verdieping lager.

Gute und unkomplizierte Apartments in Schwerin!

Gute Einrichtung, viel vorhandenes Zubehör und gute Matratze. Super unkomplizierter Check in/out, Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder.

Apartment unterm Dach und damit überall Velux-Dachfenster, die nur bedingt abzudunkeln waren. Wer wirklich im Dunkeln schläft, hat hier ein kleines Problem. Schlafbrille mitbringen! Der Frühstückstisch in der Küche ist viel zu hoch. (Man wollte den Heizkörper nicht umbauen, darüber musste dann der Tisch…) Im Bad dürften ein paar mehr Handtuchhalter sein. Da waren mal mehr, geblieben sind die Bohrlöcher. Der Duschgelhalter dürfte auch gerne wieder an der Wand befestigt werden, wo er auch mal war, gleiches Thema…die Bohrlöcher gibt es noch. Bringt einfach kurz ein paar Dinge an der Wand an, dann ist das Bad auch wieder gut.

Empfehlenswert mit kleinen Abstrichen

Die Lage ist super,ziemlich dicht am Schloss und am Hafen ebenfalls dicht am Zentrum ,der Straßenlärm war etwas belastent. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und freundlich, hell und modern eingerichtet. Auch ohne Auto kommt man mit den Öffentlichen überall hin. Kleiner Nachteil, die Wendeltreppe , da ich gehbehindert bin und ich im Rollstuhl sitze .

Die Lage ist super! Die Zimmer sind sehr schön!

Die Ausstattung der Küche: spärliche Ausstattung an Geschirr, der Stopfen passte nicht in die Spüle. Es gibt keine Parkplätze. Die Parkplätze in der Seitenstraße sind Anwohnerparkplätze und für maximal 2 Stunden per Parkscheibe zu nutzen. Eine Anregung an die Vermieter: Anwohnerparkausweise an die Mieter auszugeben.

Schöne,sehr helle & gut ausgestattete FeWo. In 10 Minuten Altstadt erreichbar, in 5 Minuten Schweriner Schloss.Wir haben einen gebührenpflichtigen Parkplatz in der Nähe genutzt, war für uns ok. Check-in & Check-out sind kontaktlos und einfach.Wir haben uns da sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt.

Ja, wenn jemand doch mehr Ruhe braucht, dann wäre wahrscheinlich die FeWo wegen des Straßenlärmes nicht passend.

Entspannter Aufenthalt in einer spannenden Stadt

Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr gute Lage, nut wenige Gehminuten zum Schloss, den Seen und Innenstadt, sowie Restaurants und Kneipen! Die Ausstattung ist modern und ansprechend. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und entgegen kommend. Wir hatten auch Glück mit einem kostenlosen Parkplatz in der Nebenstrasse. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank noch einmal!

Die Ausstattung ist in grössten Teilen modern und ansprechend. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten (lockerer WC-Ständer, Sessel, Fussboden) sollten behoben werden, um den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer zu gestalten. Der Vermieter will sich darum kümmern. In Hochzeiten wird es vermutlich schwierig einen kostenfreien Parkplatz zu finden. Kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz mit Tagestarif fussläufig erreichbar.

Die Wohnung ist großartig. Gut ausgestattet – absolut blitzblank sauber. Die Lage ist fantastisch – 3 Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt.

Nur drei Kleiderbügel – nicht ausreichend. Sie kosten fast nichts – einfach ein paar zusätzliche aufhängen.
