very spacious, easy checkin and checkout

there is only stairs with no lift, so if you got luggage it might be quite a work out to carry them up to the apartment.

Great stay but suitable more for sharing basis

Great location. Everything was accessible by foot and the local car parking lot was also close by may be 5mins walk. The apartment had very spacy rooms and high ceilings and also huge windows which made the place very well ventilated. It also has a fridge, dishwasher and a functioning kitchen with all the utensils one needs.

The apartment was more or less like a student rental concept rather than a hotel concept. They charged on the basis of person and not on the property and they were very insistent about the number of persons and also increased the price according to the number of persons. This concept is usually found in other companies but not in booking.com. So always be aware of the price before booking. They even provide the beddings and towels based on the number of people. so be careful to pre-book and check the price beforehand.

great location- very clean - very spacious

Only wish the towels were softer - they are very stiff, also the bottom sheet on the bed is synthetic more like a mattress cover and causes one to get hot. Thicker towels and cotton sheet on the bed would be perfect!

The contact with the owners went very well. The stay was wonderful, we had everything we needed.

The stairs xD xD xD We had the top apartment. Aaaaannd the doorbell didn't work. I think the doorbell of our apartment and the doorbell of another adjunct apartment where interchanged by mistake or something like that. We still loved it there.

Apartment is situated within few 100m of af all downtown Schwerin sights. Spacious and with large kitchen with seating for all. Very nice with the complementary coffee and tea after a long drive.

Schönes Appartement. Alles da was man benötigt. Mitten in der Altstadt. Cafe/Bäcker direkt nebenan.

Es war ein TOP Lage.Mitten in der Altstadt. Alles leicht fussläufig zu erreichen.

Es gab leider keine Parkmöglichkeit in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ist aber normal mitten in der City. Leider war das Warmwasser zum Duschen ab 22 Uhr sehr schnell verbraucht, bzw. nicht mehr heiß genug. Am Morgen lief es dann wieder.

Wundervolles Apartment im Zentrum von Schwerin. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Unterkunft hat einen stylische Altbaucharme und ist sehr komfortabel ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Sehr ordentlich, super Ausstattung und unfassbar gut gelegen. Man konnte alles perfekt zu Fuß erreichen. Die Einrichtung ist auch sehr gut gelungen.

Schöne Wohnung in Super-Altstadtlage

Die Wohnung liegt in der Altstadt, daher hatten wir kurze Wege zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie Schloss, Museen und zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Cafés aller Art. Die Wohnung ist schön und gut ausgestattet, in der Küche war alles vorhanden. Für Kaffee-Kapseln und Getränke gab es eine "Kasse des Vertrauens" - das ist eine gute Idee, vor allem bei später Anreise. Die Betten waren für uns gut, nicht so weich. Die Raumaufteilung mit der Wohnküche in der Mitte hat uns gut gefallen. Der Vermieter war immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich.

Wie bereits andere Gäste schon geschrieben haben, gibt es bei der Sauberkeit noch etwas Optimierungsbedarf. Die Handtücher müssen dringend ausgetauscht werden.

Zentrale Lage

Einrichtung mit erheblichen abnutzungsspuren. Regale schief, lose Vorhänge Stühle, wo man sich nicht so stark anlehnen sollte. Matratzen sind extrem hart/ durchgelegen. Duschabtrennung defekt, dadurch das ganze Bad " nass". Handtücher, waren von schlechter Qualität und dadurch so hart, das man Mühe hatte sich hiermit abzutrocknen. Bei unserer Ankunft, war das gesamte Apartment in einem sehr dreckigen Zustand. Die Appartements haben ein Problem mit der Heizung, was erst nach Rücksprache mit dem Vermieter durch uns selbst instandgesetzt wurde. Bis dahin hieß es Fenster auf, wenn es zu Warm wurde. Die Appartements wurden am 2`Tag durch den Vermieter gereinigt. Das Preis Leistung Verhältnis ist überhaupt nicht gerechtfertigt, denn unter Deluxe verstehe ich etwas anderes. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hilfreich. Auf Mängel hat der Vermieter relativ schnell reagiert.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in der Altstadt von Schwerin. Sauber und gut ausgestattet. Auch wichtig: Guter Tipp zum Parken.

Kleine Kritik auf hohem Niveau: 1-2 dezentrale Lampen (keine Deckenlampen) waren das Quäntchen Plus an Gemütlichkeit.

Schöne, große Wohnung im Herzen von Schwerin

Eine sehr schöne, große Wohnung mitten im Herzen von Schwerin. Die Innenstadt ist wenige Schritte entfernt, ebenso das Schloss und erst recht das legendäre Café Rothe. Im hinteren Schlafzimmer ist es sehr ruhig. Vorne raus durch Baustelle und Straße schon etwas lauter, ohne Baustelle sicher auch angenehmer. Die Küche sehr groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles in allem eine gute Zeit.

Von anderen auch angemerkt und für eine Wohnung dieser Qualität und Preisklasse eigentlich ein Muss: Die Betten sollten wirklich bessere (nicht knarzende) Gestelle und vor allem wirklich bessere Matratzen haben. Das ist DER Punkt, der die Wohnung insgesamt sehr verbessern würde.

Verbesserungswürdig

Die Wohnung war ruhig und gut gelegen.

Die Möbel waren zu billig (alles von IKEA). Es war speziell in der Wohnküche sehr ungemütlich. Es fehlte eine Sitzecke mit Teppich, Sofa, Sessel und Couchtisch zum entspannen. Der Müll wurde nicht getrennt. Die Nachttische waren so reduziert, dass Brille und Armbanduhr durch die Ritzen durchfielen!!! Von den Gardinen waren nur 50%vorhanden. Die Fotos bei Booking.com haben uns getäuscht.

Das Appartement ist sehr zentral gelegen, sehr sauber und die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und jeder Zeit erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt.
