Saubere und ruhig gelegene Unterkunft

Sehr saubere und gepflegte Wohnung ein paar Gehminuten von allen Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Das Schlafzimmer geht in den Hinterhof und ist somit sehr ruhig. Die Betten waren bequem und das Bad sehr modern.

Wir hätten uns noch ein kleines und mittleres Handtuch fürs Gesicht zusätzlich zum grossen Handtuch gewünscht. Wir hätten sicherlich unkompliziert die Gastgeber um ein extra Handtuch bitten können. Dafür hatten wir jedoch in dem Moment keine Zeit

Die Wohnung ist im 3 OG und die Treppe war sehr eng, für ältere Personen und Kinder nicht ideal. Ein Fahrstuhl ist nicht vorhanden.

Das Appartment Nr. 5 war schön groß. Die Betten, auch die Schlafcouch waren sehr bequem. Die Küche ist schön groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Appartment ist gut gelegen, das Zentrum fußläufig erreichbar.

Es war einfach perfekt dort!

Die Unterkunft ist absolut super. Eine sehr geschmackvolle und gut funktionale Wohnung. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und trotzdem sehr zentral zur Altstadt und direkt beim Bahnhof Schwerin Mitte. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!!

Perfekte Unterkunft für Bahnreisende

Schönes Zimmer sehr nah am Bahnhof. Auch in die Altstadt war es zu Fuß nur ein Katzensprung. Das Zimmer war gut aufgeteilt und mit Küche gut ausgestattet. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt

Das Bad war wirklich winzig. Selbst Umdrehen fast nicht möglich.

Wir brauchten eine Unterkunft in Schwerin Paulsstadt

Zentrale Lage. Das Bad war sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Größe war mehr als ausreichend. Die Küche haben wir nicht benutzt.

Die Ferienwohnung war teuer. Für den gezahlten Preis bekommt man schon ein 3* bis 4* Hotelzimmer mit Frühstück. Die Baustelle hinter der FeWo sah nicht schön aus.

Wir kommen gerne wieder

Super Lage. Bäcker gleich nebenan und nicht weit zur Stadt mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Schloss ist auch in 15 Minuten Gehweg zur erreichen.

Die Parkmöglichkeiten,wenn man ein paar Tage das Auto parken muss,geht es ganz schön ins Geld.

Sehr nette Betreiberin, wirklich gute Lage, eine Menge Ausstattung, Betten super. Es gibt nix zu meckern, wenn es um die Zimmer geht.

Das Hauslicht ist ein Problem, vor allem wenn man oben wohnt. Die Schaltung geht viel zu schnell aus, die Lichtschalter sind aber nicht beleuchtet. Dadurch ist es stockfinster, ein bisschen gefährlich und wenn man Pech hat, klingelt man aus Versehen bei anderen Wohnungen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung direkt im Zentrum

Die Lage ist super praktisch und sehr angenehm (ruhig und schön). Wir hatten nicht das Gefühl in einer Unterkunft zu sein, es fühlte sich an wie zuhause. Es war sehr sauber, bei der Ausstattung fehlte es an nichts. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Dass unser Aufenthalt so kurz war. Man möchte sofort länger bleiben.

Klein aber fein

Nur ein paar Gehminuten von der Innenstadt und vom Bahnhof Schwerin Mitte entfernt. Kleines Appartement aber sehr durchdacht eingerichtet. Der Kleiderschrank als Treppe hat uns gefallen. Ruhige Nebenstraße. In dem Café gegenüber kann man Brötchen holen und in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß kann man auch Lebensmittel einkaufen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Wohnung wirkte mit Ihrer grau/weissen Einrichtung klar und freundlich. Die Küche ist mit Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Geschirrspüler und Herd ausgestattet. Die Dusche hat einen guten Wasserdruck. Die Lage ist optimal, direkt am Bahnhof Schwerin Mitte und ca 10 Gehminuten ins Stadtzentrum.

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen. Die Wohnung ist super schön eingerichtet es gab wirklich nichts zu bemängeln. 5 Minuten Fußweg bis in die Innenstadt Parkplätze gibt es reichlich vor der Haustür ein gelungener Aufenthalt in Schwerin.

Gemütlich, guter Ausgangspunkt für weitere Ausflüge mit dem Zug und Zu Fuß.

Modern und sauber, bequemes Bett, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, Parkplätze vor der Haustür (kostenpflichtig), S Bahn vor der Haustür, in 15-20 min zu Fuß am Bahnhof und in 10 min im Zentrum, 5 min zu einem großen Einkaufscenter.

Info vorab zur Parksituation stellte sich etwas anders dar, mittlerweile sind fsst alle Straßen im Umkreis kostenpflichtig. Entweder 10€ in Münzen pro Tag oder easyPark App. Haben wir erst zum Schluss gemacht und war gut. Treppe im Haus ist recht steil und eng.
