Eine wunderschöne, gut eingerichtete große Wohnung, mit 2 großen Schlafzimmern, einem großen Bad und einer zusätzlichen Toilette. Sie liegt im 2. Stock, die Treppen lassen sich aber gut steigen. Man hat viel Platz. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Viel Geschirr. In das Zentrum der Altstadt oder zum Schloss läuft man ca. 15 Min. Der Parkplatz hinterm Haus ist etwas eng für SUVs. Man muss rangieren können. Auf der Straße vorm Haus findet man kaum Parkplatz. 5 Min. entfernt fährt die Straßenbahn. Eine mit viel gutem Geschmack eingerichtete Wohnung. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder

Wir haben und in der gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung "Charmantes Altstadtquartier" sehr wohl gefühlt, es fehlt an nichts, auch Verbrauchsmaterial war reichlich vorhanden! Die Lage in der Demmlerstraße ist sehr ruhig und von den übrigen Hausbewohnern haben wir auch nichts bemerkt. Wir können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Die FeWo ist modern ausgestattet und bietet für 4 Personen genügend Platz auch im Bad. Sie liegt nur wenige Meter vom Ostorfer See entfernt und auch bis zur Innenstadt und Schluss sind es nur 15 min zu Fuß. Die FeWo liegt im 2. OG eines Altbau-Mehrfamilienhauses mit Parkmöglichkeiten im Hof durch eine enge Einfahrt. Auch Fahrräder können dort abgestellt werden. Wir hatten netten Kontakt zu den Vermietern. Vielen Dank Fam. Wir waren für 12 Nächte zu Gast in dieser sehr mordernen und liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung (2 Erwachsene + Kind). Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr geraümig (4 Zimmer !). Vom großen Badezimmer mit Dusche, Badewanne und zwei Waschbecken, über das gemütliche Wohnzimmer mit tollen Echtholzmöbeln und großem TV, bis hin zur sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche mit großem Esstisch. Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sogar ein Spielzimmer ist vorhanden. Selbst für zwei Familien ausreichend groß. Die Zufahrt zum Hinterhof ist etwas eng aber wenn man zwei mal rein gefahren ist, kein Problem mehr (Mit Ford Mondeo). Die Lage der Wohnung ist absolut perfekt, da man in nur 20 min zu Fuß beinahe alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Innenstadt erreicht. Bus und Bahnhaltestelle 5 min zu Fuß. Wir hatten eine Wirklich schöne Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.
