Everything was good for the price paid. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The location is really good, right in the center.

Comfortable stay in a great location.

Perfect location. Easy check-in process. Everything was clean. The room is spacious. The kitchen has cutlery and equipments which came in handy.

Having the bathroom outside, but not a major issue. The price was a little high, and free parking is not provided, which comes expensive if you are staying over 24 hours. The housekeeper did not speak any English.

Dirty sheets with hair

Good location, not too far away from the station and the castle.

The bed was full of hair (not just one or two, I really mean full) and the room was dusty. We contacted the owner and to be fair he replied quickly. However we were told where in the apartment we could find more bed lining and to replace it ourselves. Honestly it seems clear they didn't clean after the previous guests checked out. I can't recommend this place at all.

Extremely clean, central and fully equipped!

Very central, just a 5 minutes walk to the train station and close to all attractions. The appartment is fully equipped, renovated and extremely clean. Very spacious room. Easy check-in and check-out process.

For some maybe the tram passing by could be a bit noisy at night, but this did not bother us at all. We had a perfect night sleep.

Clean, big and comfy room, 5 min walking to the castle

The room and the apartment in general were really clean, nice smelling, beautiful, comfy. We had everything we need in our room, in the bathroom and in the kitchen. Our room was pretty big and light. The reason to stay there was to see the Schwerin castle - the house is located 5 min walking to the castle which was perfect for us. We got the keys from the lock box - it was very easy to find.

There was a tram line outside the windows so one needs earplugs to sleep because the trams run almost all night. However, there's another room with windows coming to the yeard which is quieter. It's # 3. I think it's better.

Overall a very pleasant stay, and a very very good location! Can recommend.

You have to buy your breakfast and make it yourself. Pretty easy to purchase some stuff from the stores nearby at the centre. There's a fridge you can store it in, but keep in mind it's a shared fridge between the three rooms.

Personally didn't like the pillows on the beds, they felt like they were nonexistent... like straight-up air.

It is a remark, not what I don’t like. - no elevator - Stairs are quite slope and longer step than usual. For above 60 persons, this could be a bit challenge.

Perfect location with close to everything, exept for a parkingplace.

The location was super. Just a few minutes walk to the castle and even closer to the center of the city. Also close to an excellent China-restaurant. The flat was super, with everything, even a washing-mashine. It was absolutely worth it so share kitchen and bathroom with two other rooms. ( I think one of them was empty )

It was hard to find a parkingplace in this city. We found one about 800 m´s away.

Everything was clean and organized, great location near the Schweriner Schloss. The room is simple but modern, I felt like the host took care to make the guest feel comfortable in all possible ways. The price is fair. I would recommend the stay.

The bathroom and the kitchen are shared with other guests, however everything was perfectly clean and spacious, so that was not a problem at all.

Beste Wohnung

Um erstmal die negativen Bewertungen zu bewerten: 1. Man ist mitten in der Stadt und dass da ein Tram fährt kann schonmal vorkommen, dazu ist die Tram super leise im Vergleich zu Berlin. 2. Sauberkeit: Alles war super sauber und ich konnte weder ein Haar noch ein Staubkorn finden 3. Ja, es ist ein Appartement wo auch andere Menschen leben aber auch das Badezimmer war sehr sehr sauber. Man hat in dieser Wohnung viele positive Sachen wie zum Beispiel einen sehr großen Fernseher und eine Siemens Kaffemaschine. Alles andere ist auch vorbereitet und einsatzbereit im Vergleich zu manchen anderen Wohnungen.

Eine Nacht war zu lang.

Die Lage und die moderne Ausstattung waren das einzig gute.

Rote Bisse am Bein nach nur einer Nacht. Mitbewohner hinterlassen Schamhaare, dreckiges Geschirr, und auch mal Zucker über der gesamten Arbeitsfläche verteilt. Staub ohne Ende, vorallem an der Bettumrandung, unter dem Matratzenschoner wurde wohl nie sauber gemacht, das Bad verlässt sich auf Eigeninitiative, der Dreck sammelt sich in der Besteckschublade an. Der Wasserkocher ist so dreckig und verkalkt, dass sich bei jedem Befüllen die Flocken vom Wasserkocherboden als Gewürz in das Wasser mit einbringen, sodass man auf den Herd oder die Mikrowelle zurückgreifen muss. Im Schrank lagen zerknüllte Handtücher (nicht meine), ich vermute, von der Person die vor mir das Zimmer gebucht hatte. Der Teeschrank ist zwar für die Apokalypse gewappnet, dafür mangelt es an allem anderen. Zu genau wollte ich nirgendwo hinschauen.

Die Lage war prima für uns. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren groß genug

Die Küche war etwas spärlich eingerichtet, aber für eine Nacht war es ok. Leider war im Zimmer der Müll von den vorigen Gästen nicht weg geräumt und auch Handtücher schienen benutzt zu sein . Dafür finde ich dann 70€ zu bezahlen ein bisschen viel
