Die Lage, der Ort, die Nähe zu Schwerin mit einem der schönsten Schlösser, die ich je gesehen habe, ist großartig! Die Wohnung ist hell und sauber, der Parkplatz eng, aber ausreichend, die Umgebung einladend grün und eine Tankstelle gibt es in der Nähe, bei der man noch schnell etwas besorgen konnte, falls nötig.

Die Wohnung ist gut geeignet, wenn man eine Unterkunft in der Nähe von Schwerin benötigt. Lage und Größe der Wohnung sind gut. Auch das Bad ist modern.
In der gesamten Wohnung sieht es aus, als seien die Handwerker nicht fertig geworden. Fehlende Verkleidungen von Rohren sind zwar nicht lebensnotwendig, tragen aber nicht zum Wohlfühlerlebnis bei. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist weitgehend in Ordnung; allerdings fehlt ein Brotmesser. Der Wasserkocher ist defekt. Das Mobiliar ist einfach, was an und für sich kein Problem ist - mit Ausnahme des extrem unbequemen Sofas. Bedenklich ist aber die kaputte Stufe vor der Haustür. Hier besteht akute Unfallgefahr.

Es war alles sehr gemütlich eingerichtet.
Man hat sich direkt wohl gefühlt.
Am Tag der Anreise wurde man direkt benachrichtigt das Handwerker in der Wohnung sein könnten, da die dort was ausgetauscht haben & man sich dementsprechend nicht erschreckt falls die dort noch am machen sind. Das fand ich sehr gut. So konnte man sich darauf einstellen das da vielleicht noch Leute sind. :)
Das einzige war, das der Wasserkocher nicht entkalkt war. Aber das war jetzt auch nicht wirklich schlimm.

The property was spacious and the kitchen had any dishes you need to cook.
There were no hand towels, no kitchen towels. The internet didn’t work the first two days. I was told “it was working fine two hours ago”, but my upstairs neighbor was told something else. I was also told by the host that because it was Sunday they would
NOT come to look at it. It would have to wait until Monday before noon, but I only heard from them after 15:00. The host offered to reimburse me 5 euros a day, although using data to work cost more than that. And I have not yet been reimbursed.
It was pretty cold there (around 6 degrees at 20:00) and the heaters were cold to touch from 20:00 onwards, although the host said there was no night controls.
