Superb

Comfortable and functional apartment with great kitchen amenities. Very good location in central Schwerin with the palace and a supermarket down the road, and just a short walk from several attractions and restaurants - we even found a nice little nook to go swimming in the Schweriner See (away from the harbour and main waterfront areas) a few minutes walk down the street. The host was very hospitable and a delight. We very much enjoyed our stay in Schwerin and hope to visit again one day!

Probably owed to the age of the house/plumbing the water temperature is regulated quite poorly. Not ideal with small children. Also, carrying small kids up and down the stairs to get to the apartment might be tricky if rented for longer .

Bed and pillows were really soft and gave no support, WI Fi very slow in the room we were in, street in front very loud at all times and the apartment gets very warm so with open windows impossible to sleep

We were in need of a reasonably priced self-catering accommodation in Schwerin and the apartment was perfect! The apartment was well thought out, had great facilities and was in a perfect location close to the old town. Also, the bed was so comfy I slept better than I had in weeks!

The apartment was in a good location. Clean, cozy, in a quiet area near a supermarket. Great space for stay with kids. Staff gentle.

I expected four beds ready for sleep and there were only three ready. The sofa bed was not ready for sleep and not covered. I didn't like the pillow. Pay for a towel.

Парковка во внутреннем дворе, до центра 10 минут пешком, оборудованная кухня с духовкой, тостером и микроволновой печью. Достаточно посуды, чтобы готовить. Выезд в 11. Достаточно тихо для центральной улицы. Плотные шторы и жалюзи целиком блокируют свет.

К сожалению кофеварка без фильтров, нигде в описании не указано, что их нужно привезти с собой. Один нож 5 см длиной. Нет разделочной доски.

Ideale Fewo für einen Städtetrip.

Die zentrale Lage der Fewo ist top, alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Ebenso der reservierte Parkplatz auf dem Hof, parken hätte sonst schwierig, zumindest weit weg sein können. Werderstr. ist eine Durchgangsstraße an einer Ampelkreuzung und mit Bushaltestelle. Aber man fährt ja auf einem Städtetrip nicht in eine Fewo, um darin tagsüber zu chillen.

Die zentrale Lage. Schloss, See, Restaurants, Cafes, Kirchen und Supermärkte: alles bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Thermofenster und die vielfältige Beleuchtung. Die Nachbarn in den anderen Fewos hat man nicht gehört. Auch nicht die begleitenden Hunde.Zentral

Freundliche Vermieterin! Sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, allerdings war unser Appartement ein Studio (ohne Sofa)..

Die dünnen und weichen Matratzen sind nur für leichtgewichtige Personen geeignet!

Ea war ansonsten ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wurden auch gern einmal wieder kommen.

Die Wohnung war zentral gelegen und nur wenige Minuten zur Altstadt und zum Schloss, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen,

Es wäre schön wenn es einpaar Gesellschaftsspiele oder Kartenspiele vorhanden wären. Ebebso einpaar Prospekte für Unternehmungen.

Wir haben uns im Appartment Spatz sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Lage ist super, kurze Wege zum Schloss, in die Altstadt, zum Pfaffenteich. Parkplatz vor der Haustür, und am letzten Tag konnten wir bequem auf einen kostenlosen Parkplatz in der Nähe umparken (Empfehlung von Frau Hollander, danke nochmal dafür). Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir nachts in den Hausflur stellen. Nette Vermieter, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden diese Unterkunft immer wieder buchen.

Das Bett ist sehr niedrig und die Matratze gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wir haben aber trotzdem gut geschlafen, und mein empfindlicher Rücken hat nicht gemeckert.

Zeer mooi appartement in centrum Schwerin.

Goede ligging tegen de rand van het centrum. Dat maakt alles goed te lopen. Slaapkamer fijn aan de achterzijde van het appartement, zodat er minder last was van stadsgeluiden. Ook fijn dat er parkeerplek voorhanden is (wel reserveren). Appartement is voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt, mooi ingericht en is mooi ruim.

Rookplek op de parkeerplaats net onder het raam van onze badkamer.

Kurzurlaub in Schwerin

Die Größe und die zentrale Lage des Appartements war gut. Das Badezimmer schön und es war sehr sauber. Auch die Ankunft und die Schlüsselübergabe lief hervorragend.

Die Wohnung liegt an einer viel befahrenen Straße. Es war sehr laut. Man könnte nur mit geschlossenen Fenstern schlafen. Die Ausstattung der Küche war nicht besonders. Es fehlen scharfe Messer um Brot zu schneiden. Es gab Salz und ein paar Gewürze. Wir hätten uns noch etwas mehr Ausstattung gewünscht (Öl und Essig). Handtücher sollten im Preis inbegriffen sein.

Sehr gute Lage, direkt an der Altstadt. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und die Vermieter unkompliziert. Parkplatz (gegen kleinen Aufpreis) im Hof. Bestens geeignet für einige Tage Aufenthalt.

Beim Duschen war der Durchlauferhitzer nicht mein bester Freund.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Sehr nah am Schloss und dem Stadtzentrum. Das gesamte Management (Ankunft, Abreise, Lösung eventueller Fragen) ist sehr gut organisiert.

Dieses Appartment nicht wieder!

Sauberkeit war i.O.

An Stühlen löste sich das Kunstleder ab. Diese waren, laut Aussage der Vermieter, schon der Ersatz für defekte Stühle. Das Appartment "Spatz" hatte die Fenster zur gefühlt meist befahrenen Kreuzung der Stadt. Die Lautstärke bei offenem Fenster war nicht zu ertragen. Damit auch das Lüften in der Nacht nicht möglich und das bei sommerlichen Temperaturen.

Super Preis Leistung

Die Lage ist unschlagbar - sogar ein Bootsanlegestelle ist um die Ecke. Kostenloser Parkplatz und das Auto blieb das ganze WE stehen. Die Küche ist top eingerichtet.

Die Kissen sind sicherlich Geschmacksache - unsere waren es nicht. Wenn man gerne dunkel schläft empfiehlt sich eine Schlafbtille. Schade, dass es kein Gefrierfach gibt.

Wohnung in fußläufiger Entfernung zu Altstadt, Schloss und Seeufer

Obwohl die unmittelbare Umgebung der Ferienwohnung nicht direkt als idyllisch bezeichnet werden kann, liegt sie doch nahezu optimal für einen Besuch der Schweriner Innenstadt und des Schlosses. Die Wohnung ist modern und vollständig eingerichtet, für bis zu 3 Personen ausreichend groß und wurde uns ausgesprochen sauber übergeben.

Negativ: Handtücher mit Aufpreis, wenn nur ein Zimmer dann lieber mit Schlafcouch, TV auch nicht mehr zeitgemäß (mediathek und andere Angebote sollten selbstverständlich sein)

Parkplatz auf dem Hof. Schlafzimmer zum Hof, daher Nachts sehr ruhig. sehr gepflegte Umgebung. nur 400 Meter zum Supermarkt.

die in der Beschreibung angegebene Waschmaschine war nicht in der Wohnung, Die Dusche hält die Temperatur leider nicht.

Es war ein sehr schönes Wochenende und es gab alles, was wir brauchten.

Es war sauber und alles, was man so braucht, war vor Ort. Das Schlafzimmer war ruhig Richtung Innenhof gelegen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Parkplätze und Hundemitnahme günstig machbar. Zu Fuß in 10 Minuten am Schloss und in ca 15 Minuten in die Stadt.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße, sodass in der Wohnküche der Straßenlärm gut zu hören war. Die ganze Stadt Schwerin war trotz offensichtlicher Pflegeaktionen und -Bemühungen ziemlich dreckig (Geschmiere an den Türen und Wänden, Scherben, Hundekot und Müll in den Straßen,…).
