I really liked the castle.

Good location, nice and quiet district. The apartment has fully equipped kitchen with stoves, oven, fridge and cutlery. In bathroom they even have a washing machine.

Could have been cheaper. Apartment and bathroom were not very clean. Also, there were creepy sounds inside the apartment - it was something in between clicking and creaking.

The property was really easy to reach and directly in the city centre. No problem with collecting keys. The host was really really nice and helpful and the apartment left nothing to be desired and very clean. I will definitely be back!!!!!

excellent location, modern furnishing and a spacious room

the location was perfect, in the middle of the shopping area and a few blocks away from the open air venue schwimmende wiese. also the railway station was on the walking distance. the apartment was in good condition with modern furnishing. the room was spacious and comfortably cool in the july. the kitchen was fully equipped. the shared bathroom served fine, as people usually have different scedules. i did'nt even meet the other residents.

Great comfort in Schwerin's Old Town

Amazing central location yet still surprisingly quiet, perfect to be well rested at and be able to get work done during the day in. The renovation was clearly done well thought-out, as the furniture and equipment throughout the apartment were of high standards.

The HDMI connection to the TV was laggy in picture frame-rate, surprising for a Samsung, but of course this is just nitpicking.

Super mit den Öffis zu erreichen. Aber auch zu Fuß sehr zentral. Küche war super ausgestattet. Kaffe und Tee ist vorhanden.

Leider fehlte ein Duschtuch. Es war nur eins statt zwei vorhanden. Und auch ein zweiter Stuhl im Zimmer wäre schön.

Enttäuscht

Die Lage war tatsächlich das einzige.

Wir haben eine Ferienwohnung gemietet und schlussendlich nur ein Zimmer für uns hatten, was man zu jeder Zeit abgeschlossen haben sollte. Küche und Bad musste geteilt werden, für zwei Nächte hatten wir jede Nacht wen anders mit da. Die Reinigung der Räume wie u.a. Bad und Küche ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Möchte nichts unterstellen aber wir sind uns nicht sicher ob die Bettwäsche tatsächlich frisch gewaschen wurde.

Sehr zentral gelegen, top location. Küche, Kaffeemaschine und Tee vorhanden.

Leider ist es sehr schmuddelig, schmierig, verstaubt und ungepflegt. Es kleben Haare überall. Die Duschkabine ist übersät mit Spritzern. Alles wirkt heruntergekommen, beim genaueren Hinsehen. Die Betten waren einfach und unseres Erachtens viel zu weich. Treppenhaus ist alt und dreckig. Enge Treppen in den 2. Stock, sehr dunkel. In den Schubfächern liegen Krümel, der Boden ist sandig, der Küchenboden nicht gewischt und alle Armaturen schmierig. Staub auf vielen Gegenständen.

Zentral und einfach, aber Krümel im Bett

Die Unterkunft ist super zentral und einen Kurzurlaub ausreichend bestattet. Das Check-in ging einfach und wir konnten unser Gepäck davor in einem Geschäft nebenan abstellen.

Leider waren auf dem Bettlaken viele kleine Krümel und Haare, außerdem ging nachts ständig das Licht durch den Bewegungsmelder im Flur an, obwohl sich dort nichts bewegt hat. Eine Decke konnten wir auch nicht über die Tür schmeißen, sodass wir im leichten Schlaf ständig geweckt wurden.

sehr gute Ferienwohnung, war alles vorhanden sogar Kaffeeautomat mit Kaffeesahne im Kühlschrank und Kaffeebohnen im Automaten sowie Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel ein Super Ferienwohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen beste Ferienwohnung die ich bis herr gesehen habe

das es nur eine Sitzmöglichkeit im Zimmer gab aber das ist wohl oft so

Die Lage war genial. Alles gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Sehr geräumiges Zimmer und die gemeinsam benutze Küche und Bad waren immer sauber!

Keine Option für einen erneuten Aufenthalt.

Die Lage ist großartig - mitten in der Stadt und doch ruhig.

1) eigene Schuld, da überlesen, dass das Apartment ein Gemeinschaftsbad hat (weshalb gibt es so etwas überhaupt heute noch? En-suite ist doch inzwischen Standard) - in Folge dessen: nicht aufs Klo gehen können, wenn man muss, nicht duschen, wenn man möchte. Dazu kommt die gemeinsame Küche. Muss man halt abkönnen, dort fremden Leuten ohne Hose zu begegnen. Es handelt sich also bei der Unterkunft um nicht mehr als eine Drei-Zimmer-Wohnung, deren Zimmer jeweils separat vermietet werden. 2) Sauberkeit: sorry, aber das ging nicht. Mülleimer noch voll von Gast zuvor, Handtücher nicht vollständig (die Suche nach dem zweiten Duschtuch ergab, dass dieses zusammengeknüllt im Kleiderschrank lag - ob es sauber war, wäg ich daher zu bezweifeln), Staubschicht auf vielen Flächen, Heizkörper im Bad fleckig vor Schmutz, Toilette ebenso, Flecken auf den Läufern im Zimmer. Keine Ahnung, woher die guten Bewertungen kommen - vermutlich, weil die Wohnung vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert wurde. Leider wird sie aber offenbar nicht gepflegt.

Gute Lage - pragmatisch passend

Perfekte Lage, um schnell zu Fuß vom Bahnhof anzukommen und in die Innenstadt zu gelangen. Prima, für einen Kurztrip.

Teilt sich da Bad mit anderem Gästezimmer, was zu nervigem Warten am Abend/Morgen führen kann. Schlüssel leider nur an einem Bund vollständig.
