Apart from the minor shortcomings mentioned, the apartment suited us very well, and we would stay there again.

Spacious apartment, excellent location for exploring the old town, and very close to public transport and a good supermarket.

Difficult to locate the apartment after entering the building, apartment door very difficult to open until I learnt its idiosyncrasies; no local information provided, no complimentary tea and coffee; microwave oven cord does not reach a power socket so is useless. These could all be easily remedied, but they meant that our initial impression was unfavourable

Close en to the center and the price is cheap.

The room was fine but the bed needs replacing. The slatted base was a complete disaster. You could not even sit on the bed or you went straight through it. Had to fix it 5 times within 2 days.

Exactly what the description showed

The minor inconveniences described above are only mentioned for completion's sake, the price and location more than make up for it. It is really close to some parts of the Altstadt, but not too close to the busy parts of it like the shopping mall or the Dom. Everything was clean and what we expected.

It took us ages to find the light switch in the bath (it takes a few seconds to start working). The apartment's clearly been in use for a while, as it shows in the mattress and the lights. the water faucets are old-fashioned in how much water comes out of it.

Teilweise eine Stunde Stühle rücken über uns zwischen 7 und 8.00 Uhr und gehen Abend.

hatten aber trotzdem einen rundum guten Aufenthalt in Schwerin, waren tagsüber nur unterwegs gewesen

Ausstattung, sogar das Handtücher und Bettwäsche gestellt wurden die Lage der Wohnung ist super, kurze Wege in die Altstadt

die Raumhöhe war nicht so toll, hätten nicht gedacht das es ein Kellerraum ist, unter einer Untergeschosswohnung hatten wir es anders erwartet als die Realität ist, auch das lüften des Raumes war mit einem Fenster schwierig, zum anderen hatten wir nasses Geschirr im Schrank- hatten darüber sofort den Vermieter informiert, aber für die 2 Übernachtungen war es soweit ok., da wir tagsüber unterwegs waren wenn Anreise mit dem Auto ist die Parksituation schwierig, das sie auch nicht kostenfrei ist, war uns nicht bewusst

Zentrale Lage und mit dem Bus 11 vom Hauptbahnhof bis Schelfmarkt super zu erreichen.

Das Zimmer im UG ist ziemlich warm und wenn die Fenster gekippt sind, leider auch sehr laut (Kopfsteinpflaster).

Die Kellerwohnung wurde gut beschrieben, wir haben aber beschlossen: Eine Kellerwohnung kommt für uns nicht mehr infrage

Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut: Alles ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen.

Die Raumluft in der Ferienwohnung war unangenehm. Die Kellerfenster waren deshalb immer angekippt, dadurch haben wir aber jedes Wort der vorbeilaufenden Fußgänger /Autoparker verstanden und der Rauch von Zigaretten zog rein. Handtücher rochen muffelig.

Schnuckeliges kleines Keller-Zimmer

Alles an Ausstattung, was man brauchte inklusive Seife und Spülmittel. Gemütliches Bett, das man auseinander ziehen konnte. Deckenhöhe (ca. 195 cm) bei unserer Größe, 180 cm, völlig ausreichend. Einkaufsmarkt direkt um die Ecke, Schlüsselübergabe via Safe.

Keine ausreichende WLAN-Verbindung, hatten zum Glück ausreichend mobile Daten. Ansonsten nichts Negatives zu sagen.

Günstiges und zentrales Kellerapartment mit eingeschränkter Wohnlichkeit (bis Körpergröße 190 cm)

Es handelt sich um einen ausgebauten Kellerraum, nebenan sind andere (nicht ausgebaute) Kellerräume, die Heizung, die Gasversorgung. Der Zugang erfolgt also tatsächlich über eine Kellertreppe. Die Fenster sind vergitterte Kellerfenster auf Höhe der Unterschenkel der Passanten. (Nächtliches) Lüften geht also nur eingeschränkt. Eines der Gitter lässt sich mit Schlüssel von innen öffnen, damit ein Fluchtweg besteht. - Das ist alles so auf den Bildern erkennbar, also transparent. Zimmer, Mini-Küche und Bad sind sauber und funktionell, alles ist da, was man braucht. Alles in allem nicht superansprechend oder komfortabel, sondern über das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und die Lage attraktiv. Man wohnt quasi in der Altstadt. Bis zu den Teichen, der Gastronomie und Schloss Schwerin sind es jeweils nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Das ist also unschlagbar. Dafür ist das Parken schwierig, will man nicht lange Fußwege in Kauf nehmen. Der gesamte Parkraum ist kostenpflichtig, wobei ein Tagessatz von 10 EUR durchaus akzeptabel ist.

Das "Kellerraum-Flair" lässt sich nicht übersehen. Außerdem ist die Stehhöhe für Menschen ab 1,90 m Größe nicht ausreichend. Man ist quasi mit dem Kopf an der Decke und am Rauchmelder. Nimmt man das in Kauf und berücksichtigt den relativ moderaten Preis, so kann man durchaus zwei Tage ansprechend hier verbringen, wenn man das Apartment vor allem als Schlafstätte sieht.

Die Lage war super, alles sehr zentral und nah gelegen.

Die Parkplatzsuche war nicht einfach und die Kosten für die Parkplätze sind auch nicht niedrig.

Gute Lage, aber schlecht gereinigt.

Das Zimmer hat eine gute Lage in der Innenstadt und ist angemessen eingerichtet. Als am ersten Abend das Wasser in der Dusche nicht ablief, war der Vermieter gut zu erreichen. Er hat sich am nächsten Tag um das Problem gekümmert und Handwerker beauftragt.

Es waren Ameisen in der Küche und Haare im Abfluss der Dusche. Als ich den Vermieter darauf angesprochen habe, leitete mir dieser eine unverschämte Nachricht der Reinigungskraft weiter. Meine Bitte um Erstattung eines angemessenen Teils des Übernachtungspreises aufgrund der Mängel wurde abgelehnt. Das habe ich so noch nicht erlebt. Sehr enttäuschend! Die Betten sind leider mit synthetischer Bettwäsche bezogen. Ich empfand das als sehr unangenehm. Ich habe stark geschwitzt und sehr schlecht geschlafen. Die Fußbodenheizung war sehr warm und ließ sich nicht regulieren. Um das Zimmer herunterzukühlen musste ich die Fenster öffnen. Aufgrund der Lage im Keller und direkt an der Straße war es dann sehr laut.

Das Zimmer ist super und toll gelegen.

Hier kann ich nichts schreiben, ich möchte nur großen Menschen den Hinweis geben, dass die Deckenhöhe sehr niedrig ist. Mich hat das aber nicht gestört (ich bin auch relativ klein).

清潔、部屋が広い、家電が揃っている（冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、オーブン、湯沸かし器、コーヒードロップ、ドライヤー、暖房、テレビ、無料Wi-Fi）、タオルが置いてある、食器や調理器具も自由に使える、静か、暖かい、3重の扉で安全、枕の上にチョコレートがあった、全てが利用可能（他国でこのようなアパートを借りた際、写真と違う部屋、動かないエアコンと時計、水しか出ないシャワーで、とても残念だったことがあったので）

あまりないが、強いて言うなら扉が重くて開けずらかった。慣れないうちは開かずに何度か焦った。
