The vacation apartment is located on the first floor in a quiet residential neighborhood with a view of a park and is also accessible by elevator.
A parking space and a lockable bike storage area are available in the courtyard.
The apartment faces two directions, with a loggia facing southwest and a balcony facing northeast. The enclosed bedroom on the courtyard side offers a quiet environment for a restful night’s sleep. A sleeper sofa is available in the open living area for a third guest.
All windows can be shaded with exterior blinds for sun protection or completely darkened at night.
The open floor plan and modern furnishings provide a high quality of stay for our guests.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the vacation rental, as well as on the loggia and the balcony!
