Die Ausstattung und Lage ist wirklich sehr gut - zentrumsnah und trotzdem ruhig. Das beste Kopfkissen forever. Ich habe super gut geschlafen. Und alles ist wirklich sehr sauber.

Very organised and clean cosy apartment. Everything is well labelled, mostly in German but also key items are in English as well. You can also request a dedicated parking spot for 12 euro per night. There is also an electric car charging point, however we did not use this facility. There was a free complimentary water bottle and there were some snacks available for 1 euro. The bed side tables also have power as well as with 2x USB type A ports for charging phones etc. Bring your own cable. The place is very close to the tram line. So if you wanted to use public transportation of this type it would not be too far to walk.
The heating/humidifier unit is a little noisy. You can turn it off but we chose to leave it running all night. We could sleep okay. However, if you are sensitive to noise I would recommend turning it off for the night. There is also a small set of stairs to go down to the apartment. So if you have mobility issues consider this before booking. We had no trouble carrying our suitcases up and down the stairs.
