"A Gem in Downtown" - Apartment with a Balcony

Our gem is located in the heart of Schwerin’s Old Town. With its 2.5 rooms, our apartment offers everything you need for a short or even longer stay. We’re just a stone’s throw away from the State Theater, the castle, the cathedral, and more. If you’re arriving by car, the parking garage at the castle is conveniently located just a few minutes’ walk from our apartment. Check-in usually takes place between 16:00 - 20:00. Check-out should be by 11:00 a.m. However, upon request, these times can be adjusted individually by contacting us at 0152-277 876 35, or 0176-311 194 15.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
The city of Schwerin levies a lodging tax equal to 7% of the fee charged to the guest for the overnight stay.
As of April 1, 2024, business-related overnight stays are also subject to the lodging tax.
Please note that the 7% lodging tax is already included in the price.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
