Die Lage ist sehr schön, direkt am Schweriner See mit Blick auf den See von der Terrasse. Die Wohnung (unsere in der 1. Etage) ist modern, für 6 Personen gut zu bewohnen (+Hund), ein schöner großer Balkon mit ausreichend Bestuhlung, 2 schöne Bäder mit großen Duschen und in einem sogar Sauna (allerd von uns nicht benutzt). Fußläufig ist Schwerin Stadtzentrum gut zu erreichen und das eher kleine Landesstädtchen hat trotzdem viel zu bieten. Im Kanuverleih nebenan konnten wir uns Kajaks ausleihen.
Die Metallgittertreppe in die 1. Etage war für den Hund eine Herausforderung. In der Küche könnte etwas mehr Ausstattung sein, aber insgesamt reicht es - muss der Geschirrspüler nur öfters laufen, wenn man zu sechst ist.
