Needs updated a bit more, one of sofas in living room not very comfortable, shower not the best ( needs upgraded) and cleanliness wasn’t the best.

Excellent accomodation, hosts were available to answer any questions. Wlaking distance to the city centre

Parking was confusing but sorted in the end. Just make sure to use the parking permit located in the house. Minor issue but was sorted with a quick email to the host.

Clean but run down and overpriced

the property had parking and was a nice sized space. The staff on the phone were extremely pleasant and helpful before and throughout our stay.

The area the property was situated is run down and we felt uncomfortable walking places - this is more a reflection on our own research when choosing a location. The property was definitely clean, although the decor was dated and the paintwork etc made it feel dirtier than it was at times. Both bathrooms being right next to the kitchen and living room areas was a down point to this property as it put us off eating in these rooms. The beds weren’t particularly comfy and the pillows were like sleeping on bricks. The property was priced around average in comparison to other properties we looked at in Liverpool, and given the area and the extent to which this property was run down and in desperate need of renovation, we feel that it was in no way value for money and feel a bit robbed to be honest. We booked this property due to the football theme and less than 2 weeks before our arrival were notified this had changed with no notice, which resulted in our 8 year old feeling very disappointed.

The house is spacious but the facilities need to be improved especially the toilet and bathroom. The wifi is too slow.

the small WC has no window and and cramp. The wash basin is very very small. The ceiling in the WC is very Low! The bathroom is also quite cramp and cannot use the WC comfortably. The Wifi is very very slow!

Lovely place for a weekend Liverpool/Everton

Enough beds, it was a quiet neighborhood and only a 20 minute walk to the center of liverpool. Easy 7 pound can ride

It wasn't bad, but the shower was quite small for us tall Dutch people. For the rest, it was clean and the water was warm.

I was charged an early check in fee after originallyi informed it was fine to check in a month prior to my stay with no fee mentioned at that time.

Headboard broken, very dusty although we pay 70.00 cleaning fee, garden was full of fag butt's, walls was dirty, settee broken and bathroom door was also broken

Great Football Themed family home

Very clean, design was great, we had a car so easy to get around the city from location, plenty of parking. Comfy. Very cute house.

Not enough cupboard space and cooking equipment for a family of 5 let alone 8…. Sockets to far from side bed tables that u couldn’t plug lamps in unless they go on the floor near the electrical point. Minor things that can be lived with but hopefully can be rectified by owners x

We can recommend this apartment.

Cosy and practical for family with teenagers. We loved the interior design! With three bedrooms, two toilets and nice living room with big TV we stayed in two of three nights! Walking distance to both Anfield and city center.

Very cold upon arrival. Several taxi drivers had a hard time finding the adress. Expensive.

The cleaning of the house could have been done to a higher standard. Stuff from previous guests were left in the fridge. Also, the sofa bed was slightly broken but still able to use.
