5 night in apartment

The accommodation was nice and close to the city center. It was also quite quiet. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. Everything was clean

I felt the kitchen was missing some equipment. The freezer needs defrosting. I also missed having a drying rack for clothes and a broom, especially since no one came to clean during my 5-day stay.

You have to pay £150 deposit to a separate bank, but it's been returned. It's not something I'm used to doing. Maybe this should be an online secure system ?

We weren't expecting luxury, but they didn't get the basics right.

It was a good, central location. The apartment size suited our family of 5. Access was straightforward.

Bathroom: no hand towel provided; heated towel rail and extractor not working and window didn't open, so very damp. Main rooms: large gaps in windows meant lots of road noise and drafts (in February!). Bed linen cleanliness questionable. The fridge smells. Communication with hosts poor.

Worst place will not be returning. Even the main stairwells are filthy and smells heavily of smoking.

The location

When we arrived at the property I messaged the host regarding parking. It quite clearly states that there is parking and reservation is needed. I had already previously messaged on the 21st regarding this with no reply. Sean then tell me that there is no parking available is it on a first come first served basis which is not how it is mentioned on booking. Com. Once in the apartment I quite quickly noticed how dirty the floor was. There were used cotton buds left on one side of the bed. The kitchen tap was lose, the tv remote didn’t work. All skirting boards need a good clean. Some kitchen cupboards broken and when I stripped the bed on departure the mattress was heavily stained. I have to say it’s one of the worst places we have stayed in and the communication from the host was terrible and quite frankly I found him to be rude.

Self catering but no cutlery. No bedding for the sofa bed . 2 t bags. 2 coffees but appartment for 6? Address and Directions totally wrong DO not follow the address on maps put the menswear shop mext door to the building in the photo into maps. SERIOUSLY have no idea why. My friends arrived 2hrs before me and waled 11000 steps then got a taxi. I did very similar. Much better appartment available

No bedside lights working in either room No cutlery, not even a teaspoon to stir a coffee! Missing hand towel only two provided for 3 people Shower was hot but shower door is so small insufficient for a proper shower bathroom flooded Bathroom sink partially blocked so didn’t drain away Bedroom blinds broken and unusable so no privacy and light disturbance in the morning Key safe, old and very stiff, took 15 mins to open No mirrors in bedroom Bathroom mirror light not working Oven not working Bathroom door handle broken on outside No anti slip in the shower, dangerous as very high sided bath and it was very slippery with nothing to hold on to! Next to nightclubs!

Location was really nice.

We booked a Penthouse Apartment and we were given only a regular apartment. After contacting the host Sean with this issue he just ignored. No apologies, no nothing. Just ignored and never came back. Be careful with this one. Also host asked for a deposit outside the booking.com platform. Which was very unusual. At one stage I was thinking I'm getting scammed. Please read reviews on other websites about this apartment and other people's struggles

Great apartment

Lovely apartment in a great location. Short walk from Lime Street Station and located very close to Mathew Street for the night life. Perfect for visiting the city either as couples or with friends. Lots of space to enjoy our stay comfortably. The host Sean is also really nice. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Liverpool.

Apartment with lots of space - and more central impossible!

More central impossible - and despite being on a very busy road, the flat was quiet at night thanks to the good sound insulation. Light and spacious, with a very comfortable sofa, kitchen with oven, cooking rings, microwave and kettle.

Everything was fine - next time we come to Liverpool, we hope it's available!

Four of us stayed for the football . This was a perfect location to stay . Four comfortable clean double beds , facilities were spotless . And it’s right in the city centre about 500 yards from princes street , I couldn’t fault this location for a small group or small family with children ,

One minor issue was the lack of light protection on the velux bedroom windows and master bedroom windows which had a circular arched widow frame which had no protection from outside light if you like a dark bedroom in the early morning . That could be improved

Great location, very spacious and clean apartments. They were perfect for our weekend away. We had great communication from Sean leading up to and on the day of our arrival with very clear instructions on how to enter the property and apartments.

A mirror in each bedroom would be a useful addition.

The space was great and the kitchen and living room facilities. Bathroom was very clean. Bedrooms very spacious. Hairdryer in room as well.location close to everything. Very reasonably priced. Would stay again.

Keypad to get in!!! In saying thst once mastered it was ok. Rooms were very warm. Could do with fans in there. Reception area could be a bit more welcoming.very dull and dark. Wouldn’t stay here ever again .

Booked this over a year ago. Had contact night before stay had a message to say apartment unavailable as electrics wasn’t working. Offered another apartment.accepted but within 45 minutes of arrival another message to say that plumbing had gone.Toilet overflowing and stagnant water in shower. Arrived and apartment smelled really bad. No open windows and floor was dirty .
