Staff was wonderful and lobby was clean. Our room was decently cleaned but needed some work.

The breakfast was nice. Clean areas and very good food

The heat went out in the middle of the night. Made a loud screeching noise and wouldn't stop. We could call and try to switch rooms but kids were sleeping bc it was midnight and would be hard to move around. So we slept without heat.

They overcharged me 120$ right when I came over and the staff didn’t seem to know anything.

I like the comfort of the room and how clean enough it was.

I didn’t like being overcharged right as I got there, the girl that worked there didn’t seem to know what she was doing. She asked for my card to pay upfront for the hotel but I already did ahead of time through booking.com. My boyfriend told me it should just be a temporary hold of 120$ but it doesn’t seem to be the case especially since she didn’t clarify that. Went to talk with her about it and she shut us down telling us that her manager isn’t here and we’ll have to wait the next day. Next day comes and no manager was there so we just left.

I was put in a handicap room though l’m NOT. Couch in the room was terribly stained. Vanity top in the bathroom was in disrepair. Toilet seat was broken. My room was never cleaned during my stay even after l personally asked for my room to be cleaned.

Everything was clean! Hotel Staffs were friendly! Breakfast was delicious! As a Japanese customer, I wasn’t sure that it’s allowed to eat wrapped apple directly because there’s nothing to read about it. The apple was delicious and better than Japanese one, but is it already washed, right?

the location was perfect for us to get to our appointment The staff went out of their way to help us with all of needs and were especially kind and courteous to us esp Jonathon he went out of his way and didn't make me feel like a bother When we first got here I left the room with the room card but not the room number and couldn't remember and your cleaning staff went out of their way to help me They really showed the meaning of customer service and I would stay here again and recommend you to anyone

Convenient location with a clean and comfortable room and a nice breakfast.

The staff at the desk were very friendly. There was a problem with their computer system, which caused a slight delay for our check in and they offered a water and a soft drink for the inconvenience.

We stayed two nights and on the first morning, we arrived toward the end of breakfast, but it was still within the posted time and there was not much food left. We were able to get something, so not a huge issue. The second morning there was plenty of food.

Most of the staff was very helpful and friendly except for one of the reception staff.

The breakfast was pretty good with varied selections. The first day was the best during our 4 night stay because the bacon was delicious. It was disappointing that it was not offered again however.

The housekeeping was disappointing in that our room was completely missed one day and when we did have service, the room was not cleaned very well.

Utterly dissatisfied due to double payment done because of staff's inability to process the payment

Cleanliness and breakfast options

The reception staff is not trained at all to manage payments. I had already paid the whole amount through American Express credit card; however, the reception team was not able to process it. I had to again swipe my HSBC credit card to make the payment. So I have ended up paying twice and I am utterly dissatisfied with the whole experience. Customers need to be made aware of this problem with Booking.com/Holiday inn bookings to avoid double payments.

Very comfortable and easy.

They remodeled since my pervious stay> Now it's very appealing and they added a meeting room which is also used at breakfast.. Breakfast was good.

The floor of the wheelchair accesible bathroom gets very wet when you use the shower. The floor turns slippery and the rug provided is not enough to contain the water from the shower. I do not know if the design can be improved or if its necessary to provide two or three rugs.

Honesty is the best policy

The bed was so comfortable. I wanted to take it home. Breakfast was great. The staff were amazing.

The room was not cleaned correctly. My fiance found erectile spray meds and crunchy tissues and a towel on top of the cabinet. It was so gross 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢 swimming pool tasted like complete salt and had a bandaid and chewing gum at the bottom and was freezing.

Easy to get to, nice hotel. Liked the large non tub showers. Like the couch.

Would like a table that can be used easier between guests on the couch. We like to play cards and reaching over to the coffee table got tough after a while
